OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY

We have been inspired by the industry’s enthusiasm as we return to live events and have been thrilled to safely host more than 4,000 executives this summer. As we continue to overcome and emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, we know the best way through the latest developments and to keep the industry thriving is by working together. As such, we are updating our event safety guidelines & protocols as follows:

In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all participants wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.

Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.

Attendance at the event will be capped and no tickets will be sold at the door. 

Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.

Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.

Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.

As local regulations and guidance evolve, the CRE industry continues to lead the way forward. We look forward to gathering safely to do what we do best: network, connect, and engage to do more business. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Bobby brings over three decades of expertise in architectural design, storytelling, project management, and community planning. Throughout his career, he has successfully undertaken numerous regional and national projects, with a strong emphasis on creating comfortable and welcoming homes. Bobby’s comprehensive experience encompasses all aspects of community development, ranging from initial land acquisition and zoning to the final stages of construction and occupancy requirements. He is well-versed in planning, real estate, engineering, and construction management. His primary focus lies in collaborating with clients and the community to develop residential and mixed-use projects that not only provide residents with a sense of “home,” but also contribute to the overall improvement and connectivity of the neighborhood. Most importantly, Bobby ensures that these projects are both functional and financially sustainable. His unwavering passion and dedication to creating impactful and attainable housing, align perfectly with KEPHART’s mission statement of “EVERYONE deserves a well-designed place to live, work, and play.”

Joe is the CEO of Electra America and CEO and Co-Manager of American Landmark. An expert in value-added and distressed real estate repositioning, and multifamily acquisitions, operations and disposals, Joe has overseen four successful multifamily portfolio builds totaling 100,000 units, with a value in excess of $7 billion, over the last 15 years. He was the original founder of Landmark Apartment Trust, which sold its portfolio in 2015 for $1.9 billion.

Joe and his partners returned to the private sector in 2015 to begin a new portfolio build under the Electra America brand. As CEO of Electra America, Joe oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, from finance to property management. An honors graduate of Cornell University, Joe holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Delaware Law School. He is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including AIPAC, Hillel, and The Cornell University Tower Club.

Ryan Reyes

Ryan Reyes serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of Argyle Real Estate Capital, which he founded in 2022. Prior to Argyle, Ryan served as the Chief Investment Officer for the US Division of a Switzerland-based, international real estate company with over $5B AUM where he also sat on the Global Acquisition Committee. Over the last three years, Ryan led the US investment team and acquired over $1.5B of apartments. Ryan began his real estate career with an investment company specializing in residential real estate where he held various roles in acquisitions and construction management to spearhead the company’s growth from $50M to $1B during his 7-year tenure. Prior to his real estate career, Ryan served as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security's Special Operations Group. Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa, where he also served as captain of the NCAA swim team.

Drew Schwartz is a member of the Capital Markets team and is focused on both asset and corporate finance. Since joining FCP in 2015, he has also worked on the multifamily acquisitions and asset management teams. Drew graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he earned his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.

David Shanks’ background is in Real Estate and Tax Law. He started his career in Miami working for Gibraltar Private Bank (Iberia) as a Fiduciary Officer focusing on Real Estate and Probate Escrow Accounts. He was recruited by First American Title’s Commercial Division where he worked as Transaction Counsel until eventually moving to Stewart Title. David is now the Florida Operations Manager for Stewart Title’s Commercial Services Division (CS). He has authored articles and classes on Real Estate, Title and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Stewart’s CS Division focuses on larger commercial transactions including multistate, multisite portfolio transactions and complex lending transactions. He supervises an office which closed over $6 Billion in transactions in 2019.

As Vice President West Coast for BTI Partners Marina Pointe project, Scott manages the day to day operations for the condo towers, retail center and marina. He is a Florida State licensed building contractor with 35+ years experience specializing in luxury homebuilding, multi-family, commercial and medical facilities.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, he held senior management roles with national homebuilders and private companies in commercial, medical, residential and franchise operations.

Scott owned a construction company and was a senior instructor teaching the Florida State contractors exam for 16 years.

Grayson Silver, AIA, is the Managing Principal of the Tampa office for Baker Barrios Architects and leads our Vertical Mixed-Use practice. Mr. Silver specializes in complex projects that integrate Living and Lifestyle with Retail, Office, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, and Cultural Attractions. With over 25 years of experience, Grayson believes in the value of Multi-Family development through unique urban design and placemaking. His experiences are key to guiding our clients on strategic development issues to inform the sensible design of buildings that transform the identity of community. Recent Multi-Family projects in the Tampa Bay area include over 1,200 dwelling units ranging from luxury condominiums, market rate apartments, and housing that is affordable. In addition, Mr. Silver has worked on Multi-Family projects spanning from Texas to New Jersey. Grayson and his team embody a collaborative design and project delivery process incorporating owner, contractor, local authority, and community stakeholders to transform the present, shape the future, and make tomorrow a better place.

CJ began his career in the AEC industry 10-years ago after graduating from University of Florida’s Building Construction program. CJ now serves as Director of Preconstruction for Juneau’s Florida Region and has played an instrumental role in the opening of Juneau’s Central Florida office in Tampa in 2019. During the last year, he has led Juneau’s preconstruction efforts on over $1.5 billion worth of projects for multi-unit product throughout the Southeast including multifamily, senior living, on/off campus student housing, and hospitality. CJ has his finger on the pulse of the multifamily market in Central and South Florida, bringing valuable input into the design and preconstruction phases of our projects to provide Juneau’s clients with predictable outcomes to meet project proformas.

Christina Villa, AIA, NCARB, is a Senior Associate at Stantec’s Miami office. The 37-year-old began her architecture career at the global design and engineering firm after receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. In her 15 years at Stantec, she has succeeded in different aspects of the architecture industry, including design, zoning, and construction, and has worked across multiple building sectors such as residential, hospitality,

and healthcare. Christina looks to build personality and purpose within the communities and buildings she interacts with, developing impactful characteristics for the city and managing projects to precision. She and her team of architects and engineers have designed several multifamily residential projects including Adela at MiMo Bay Apartments in Miami, Kenect in Miami

Worldcenter, Manor Miramar in Broward County, and 334 in St. Petersburg. One of the projects she’s most proud of is the adaptive reuse of the former Miami Heart Institute Hospital in Miami Beach into a luxury multifamily development called The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. Seeing the project come to fruition has been a very rewarding experience for her.
