Dominic Pickering serves as Executive Director of Marina Pointe, a premier waterfront condominium community overlooking Tampa Bay in the Westshore Marina District. He oversees sales strategy and buyer engagement for the luxury development, which reflects BTI Partners’ vision for modern waterfront living in one of Tampa’s most sought-after locations.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Dominic has worked across multiple domestic and international markets and has closed transactions with buyers from six continents. His background spans mortgage lending, property management, and currency exchange, giving him a comprehensive, global perspective on high-net-worth real estate transactions.

Dominic holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom and a Marketing degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London.

With 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Alison Williams, vice president, specializes in the origination of debt and structured finance for commercial real estate transactions encompassing all property types. Ms. Williams is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Tampa, Florida office.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Williams, served as vice president in NorthMarq Capital’s Tampa, Florida office for more than 11 years where she was responsible for new loan origination utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, bank, and life insurance companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has closed over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions and most recently closed $200 million of loan originations in the Southeast in 2016.

Ms. Williams graduated from Florida State University where she double-majored in finance and real estate. Ms. Williams is a member of numerous professional organizations focusing on multifamily, retail, and hospitality real estate trends throughout the United States.

Frank Guerra is a Founder and Principal of Altis Cardinal as well as Altis, LLC. Prior to that, Frank was Principal and President of Neo Development and Neo Holdings. Frank has overseen development and construction of several high-rise and mid-rise residential projects totaling over 3,000,000 square feet (over $850 million) as well as property and asset management of residential and office assets in excess of 2,300,000 square feet. Altis Cardinal has developed particular expertise in the multifamily space having acquired or developed over 2,000 units throughout Florida, Texas and Nevada. Previously, Frank led a distinguished legal career – most notably practicing real estate law at Bilzin Sumberg in Miami.

Frank earned his law degree with an emphasis in real estate and transactional law, and Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, both from George Washington University. Frank is a licensed attorney and member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Mr. Rollison is renowned for creating successful places for his clients

while providing distinctive client service. He is expert at making

informed development decisions, maximizing site potential and

project viability while providing imaginative and innovative designs.

With a strong background in strategic and master planning, and

conceptual and architectural design, Mr. Rollison helps his clients

create recognizable addresses within the global marketplace.

Mr. Rollison’s professional mission is creating dynamic and vibrant

places that are celebrated destinations which promote social engagement in our communities. He has

fulfilled this mission throughout the world with projects in the United States, Canada, Turkey and China.

called upon to share his knowledge and expertise and, as such, has been a featured speaker/presenter

at the Florida Redevelopment Association Annual Conference, the University of South Florida School

William A. Finfrock is the president of FINFROCK, a vertically-integrated, single source Design-Build firm

based in Apopka, Florida – one of Central Florida’s largest employers and ranked #9 of the 100 largest

privately held companies in Central Florida by the Orlando Business Journal in 2019.

Bill is part of the third generation of the Finfrock family to lead the 75-year old company founded by his

grandfather and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has played a

significant role in FINFROCK’s growth through a multitude of various business activities from executive

oversight to real estate development. Under his leadership, the company has more than quadrupled in

size due to significant projects including hotels, student housing and luxury multifamily residential

properties. Between 2016 and 2022, FINFROCK will deliver hotel and student housing projects totaling

over 6,200 rooms.

As the president, William ensures project goals and initiatives are met – from conceptual architectural

and engineering design, through manufacturing and construction to a final certificate of occupancy. He

is the key point of contact for the customer and works with all FINFROCK departments to ensure

projects are running smoothly and the customer is satisfied.

Bill is a 1992 civil engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from The

Crummer Graduate School of Business in 1997.

He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida and a certified general contractor in Florida

and Virginia. Bill is also an active member of the community, having served as Chairman the Board of

Habitat for Humanity/Seminole County & Greater Apopka, Inc and Chairman of the Florida Hospital

Cancer Institute Board. In 2009, he was an Orlando Business Journal Honoree for the 40 Under 40. He is

also a graduate of Leadership Orlando.

Bill is a native of Winter Park, Florida and resides there with his wife Jennifer and two children.

A veteran of the multifamily housing sector, Brad serves as Managing Principal of Baker Barrios’ Chicago studio, as well as the Residential Practice Leader for the firm. Throughout his over 16 years in the design industry, Brad has worked on projects across the country and abroad, with a particular emphasis on developments in the Southeast and Midwest. With a mix of programs ranging from suburban developments to transit-oriented infill sites to large-scale mixed-use buildings, his focus always remains on creating environments and spaces that generate a sense of home while finding ways to also weave in context and connection with the community. His collaborative approach and passion for residential and community design is reflected in the countless units and communities designed for his clients that view Brad as their trusted “go-to” advisor, centered on delivering projects that are both aesthetic and financial successes. Brad is an alumnus of the University of Illinois School of Architecture, and a member of the AIA, National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Ryan is known for his passion, success, and performance-driven approach, and boasts a proven track record of establishing enduring strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Throughout his career, Ryan has played a pivotal role in the launch and implementation of various cutting-edge technologies, including high-speed internet, digital and high-definition video, IPTV, DVR, extensive fiber deployments, small cell, and home security.

For three years, Ken was the Regional Director for Knoll for the Houston Region. Will Duncan, AIA is a Managing Principal in the Dallas office of WDG. Much of his 20 year career at WDG has focused on applying the firm’s expertise in urban planning and design to projects nationwide with an emphasis on Mixed-use multifamily developments. Most recently, WDG completed the 390-unit Novel Midtown, Tampa and 298-unit Axio at Carillon in St. Petersburg. Will is licensed in and has active projects in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Kansas. In addition to his role leading the planning and design processes in the Dallas office, Will is an integral part of the office’s growth through recruitment, management, mentorship and process innovation.

Colin Wells has 18 years of experience in telecommunications and over 15 years in the multi-family space. Currently the Central Florida Residential Account Director for Summit Broadband, Mr. Wells began his career with Bright House Networks in 2004 and grew with the company through a transition to Spectrum. Mr. Wells has negotiated contracts for more than 150,000 multi-family units Form Tampa through Central Florida, specializing in Bulk and Marketing contracts for Apartment communities and Condominium Associations. His passion for the industry led him to Summit Broadband in 2021 and he is currently a top producer in securing new business and driving company growth.

Chris Eastman

Chris Eastman is a Project Executive for Suffolk’s Southeast region. Suffolk is one of the nation’s largest privately held construction management firms serving clients in the healthcare, science and technology, education, federal government, and commercial sectors.

During Chris’ 27-year career, he has amassed construction and development experience including Class A office, residential (for sale and for lease), institutional, mixed-use urban, and waterfront development of more than 8,000,000 square feet.

Chris earned a BS in Building Construction from the University of West Florida and holds a current, Class A, Florida General Contractor’s License.

As a Project Executive, Chris provides leadership and oversight on Suffolk projects in the Tampa area and is responsible for ensuring the project teams provide a superior level of client service through the implementation of Suffolk’s ‘Build Smart’ vision.

He is a member of the US Green Building Council, Tampa Bay Builder’s Association, St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, Leadership Tampa Class of 2003, and the Tampa Downtown Partnership serving on the Urban Design Committee.

Chris recently became involved with the DreamIt program through his involvement with the Water Street Tampa project.

As Residential Practice Leader and Principal at Gresham Smith, Brandon Bell, AIA, has over 20 years of experience leading a variety of urban multifamily projects across the country for clients ranging from large national REITs to small regional developers. He has been involved with the design and construction of over 12 thousand units in 14 states nationwide—including more than 30 projects in Tennessee, including The Place at Fifth + Broadway and Parke West. Brandon’s deep passion for creating residential habitats is reflected in the functional, adaptable, and efficient spaces that he designs. His understanding of both local market conditions and changing generational trends allows him to provide design solutions that benefit both the client and the end user.
