Peter Baytarian is the Founding and Managing Partner of Forest Development LLC, an elaborate team of real estate development professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the United States and Europe. Additionally, Peter is the Founder and Managing Partner of two firms based in New York, NY focused on the renovation, ownership and management of high-end value-add properties including townhomes, condominiums, and commercial sites in Manhattan. Previously he was a developer and home builder in Cape Cod, MA completing more than 150 residences. Nautilus 220, a project currently underway by Forest Development at 220 Lake Shore Drive, will include 330 condominium residences in two towers, restaurants, retail, and offices adjacent to the Lake Park Marina. Peter was born in Beirut, Lebanon, attended high school at The American School in London and studied economics at Boston University. He resides with his wife and two daughters in South Florida. Peter serves as a member of the Executive Trustee Council for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce

Sadek Omar is the Managing Principal of Complex Projects at Jebcore. He brings over a decade of real estate development experience, having led the successful delivery of over 2 million square feet of mixed-use projects valued at over $1 billion. He is currently
playing a pivotal role in the development of Waldorf Astoria Residences Sarasota, marking the debut of the Waldorf Astoria brand in the market and setting a new benchmark for luxury living, as well as The Edge Sarasota, an ultra-luxury condominium tower. Prior
to this, he led the delivery of Armature Works in Washington, D.C., a landmark project featuring a 200-key hotel, two multifamily towers with 640 apartments, and 60,000 square feet of retail space. With a background in structural engineering and construction
management, Sadek continues to oversee complex, large-scale projects across sectors. As Jebcore accelerates its growth, he plays a leading role in shaping both the company’s future and the evolving skyline of Sarasota. 

Kristine Retetagos is the Senior Vice President and Division Manager for KAST Construction’s Florida West

Coast Division, where she oversees all construction and preconstruction operations across the region. In this

role, she drives strategic growth, guides project delivery, and supports KAST’s position as one of Florida’s

leading builders and largest construction firms in Tampa Bay. Kristine is also a partner in the firm.

Before assuming division leadership, Kristine led KAST’s preconstruction department, directing services such

as conceptual budgeting, constructability analysis, value engineering, scheduling, subcontractor procurement,

and construction pricing.

A construction industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Kristine previously held project

management and preconstruction roles with one of the nation’s largest general contractors in Pittsburgh,

Pennsylvania. Her portfolio spans a diverse mix of market sectors, including commercial, government,

residential, senior living, healthcare, K–12, higher education, and hospitality.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA

from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. She is a LEED Accredited

Professional (BD+C) and has delivered multiple LEED-certified projects, as well as a Living Building

Challenge–certified project.

Deeply committed to the Tampa Bay Region, Kristine is passionate about responsible development and

building for the community she calls home. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, and a

commitment to making clients and project partners successful. She is equally dedicated to supporting local

organizations, including Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay, St.

Pete Free Clinic, LiFT Academy, Children’s Cancer Center, and Pet Pal Animal Shelter, to name a few.

Zuly Maribona joined the organization in 2008, headquartered in Bonita Springs. Zuly’s responsibilities included managing KWPMC’s operations from Naples-Ft Myers through Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. Zuly now leads the strategic growth of the company for these areas of Florida. She has been integral in the growth of those markets, and she continues to focus on expanding the company’s presence. Employee development, client satisfaction and management through key performance metrics are a continued focus for Zuly. Prior to joining KW Property Management Zuly spent over 15 years in areas of mortgage banking, technology, and residential construction. Zuly holds a degree in Business Administration. Her professional certifications and memberships include Green Professional Buildings Skills, Community Associations Institute and Worldwide Women’s Association.

Mrs. Johnston is the CEO of M. Johnston Consulting, LLC, specializing in facilitating collaborations between developers and utility companies for relocations, overhead to underground projects, and new service delivery engineering. With a background that includes engineering, government affairs, and sales at AT&T, she managed a $100M revenue segment across five states, leading strategy formulation, P&L, and a geographically dispersed team. In her role as Regional Director of AT&T's External Affairs department, she managed community engagement, legislation review, lobbying, and represented AT&T on local boards in the South Florida market.

Mrs. Johnston holds the technical certification of Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) since January 1996, the first female employee in the AT&T/BellSouth region to have earned this certification. She designed Fiber and Copper facilities for customers in a deregulated environment and worked with Fiber companies to develop custom fiber cables based on the business needs. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University in Denver, CO. She is a graduate of Leadership Florida class XXXIV and an Executive Education program participant at the Harvard School of Business.

Mrs. Johnston has received numerous accolades and awards during her career including the Hispanic Leadership award in Technology from the SFL Hispanic Chamber and Service Excellence Award from AT&T, she's served on various boards, including the Beacon Council Executive Board, Miami Dade College Foundation, Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, Children’s Diagnostic Treatment Center (CDTC), and Leadership Broward Foundation. Currently, she holds the Director role on the 211 Broward Board and chairs the Legislative committee.

As General Manager, Ben’s 23 years of construction expertise and strong grasp of project
objectives allows him to provide valuable direction in both the preconstruction and
construction phases of the project—ensuring our teams deliver on all project goals. His
leadership and operational skills are critical to providing effective guidance for the project
team. Ben is committed to remaining visible and accessible throughout the entire project
lifecycle.

Ben’s journey to ultimately operate the largest commercial contractor on Florida’s Gulf
Coast began in high school where he started in the construction industry working as a
framing carpenter and equipment operator for the trades. Ben remained curious about the
challenges, the technology and planning that construction required and went on to study
Construction Management and Commercial Real Estate at the University of Florida. In
2015, Ben joined Suffolk as a Project Manager with experience in commercial, residential,
healthcare, and education sectors. Since that time, he has worked his way up within Suffolk
to earn the title of General Manager. In this role, Ben provides leadership to Suffolk’s Florida
Gulf Coast region, which extends from Naples to the Tampa Bay area and currently oversees
more than $2 billion in ongoing, active construction projects.

Ben is currently on the board at the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and formally
on the board of directors of Tampa’s Friends of the Riverwalk and an education committee
member of the Gulf Coast Builder’s Exchange in Sarasota and Manatee counties. He is
active with Urban Land Institute and the Association of Builders and Contractors. He holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida and a
Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami, is LEED Accredited,
OSHA certified and a Licensed Contractor in the State of Florida.
