Kevin joined BTI in 2015 and led the development of The Grove Resort and Water Park, a highly amenitized 878 unit condominium hotel and resort in Orlando, FL. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he leads the integration of BTI’s real estate development efforts throughout Florida. Kevin, a Florida state licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, has 30 years of experience in all aspects of acquisition, diligence, entitlement, development, and construction. Prior to joining BTI, he led both public and private companies in community development, homebuilding, resort and fractional ownership, as well as mixed use development.

Albert Livingston, National Director of Asset Management, joined the Investment Manager in 2013 and is responsible for maximizing the value of TerraCap-owned properties, overseeing asset management of almost 1.5 million square feet. Mr. Livingston has 20 years’ experience in site selection, acquisitions, financing, development, land entitlement, design, permitting, asset management, and dispositions of commercial real estate throughout the Southeastern United States. In this capacity, Mr. Livingston has managed over $400 million in acquisitions, over $150 million in dispositions, and over 2.5 million square feet of ground up development or redevelopment. Mr. Livingston developed a foundation in real estate as a civil/environmental engineer, and has managed all aspects of asset management and development operations for private equity and institutional investment groups, including Daniel Corporation and Taurus Investment Holdings. Most recently, Mr. Livingston has managed a regional satellite office for HDG Mansur, an international institutional investment fund. Mr. Livingston holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University (May 1995) and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida (August 2000). Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee (October 2002), a licensed professional engineer (May 2001), a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) (August 2006), has taught several courses at the University of Central Florida and the University of Alabama as an adjunct professor, and is on the Editorial Review Board for the Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine.

A. Noni Holmes-Kidd is General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) of Parkway Property Investments (“Parkway”), a real estate investment firm that owns, operates and provides real estate related services to over 22 million square feet of commercial office assets throughout the United States. As General Counsel and CAO, Noni is responsible for all legal and compliance matters and oversees Parkway’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Parkway, Noni worked in the corporate securities group at Hogan Lovells US LLP (“Hogan”) in Washington, D.C. and, following her time at Hogan, was an Associate at Promontory Financial Group in Washington, D.C. In 2016, she was named a “Woman to Watch” by the Orlando Business Journal (“OBJ”), and in 2017, was named one of OBJ’s 40 under 40. In 2020, Noni received the i-4 Business Athena NextGen Emerging Leader Award. Noni serves on the executive committees of the Emory University College Alumni Board and the Orlando Shakespeare Theater; she also serves on the board of directors of the Mennello Museum of American Art and is a member of the Smithsonian Orlando Regional Council. Noni earned a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Melissa Marcolini-Quinn

Melissa has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1996. She joined the Orlando office of NorthMarq in 2004 and has become one of the company’s top real estate investment bankers specializing in the origination of debt, joint venture equity and structured finance leading the company’s Orlando regional office.

She is a multifamily expert having closed a variety of transactions including workforce housing, market rate, affordable, value-add, and pre-stabilized properties. She has originated transactions in sixteen different states and the District of Colombia.

She has consistently been one of NorthMarq’s leading real estate professionals and a top Agency/GSE Producer within the company. She has served on the Producers Council, an appointment reserved for Producers in the top 10 percent companywide, and has served on NorthMarq’s Production Management Committee, Fannie Mae’s Advisory Council, and State Farm’s Commercial Real Estate Advisory Council. She is a member of the UCF Real Estate Council, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). In addition, she is a founding board member of RENEW (Real Estate Network Empowering Women) and has been an active member of CREW Orlando since 2011.

Melissa holds a BSBA degree in finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, and is a past recipient of Commercial Property Executive’s Stars to Watch, Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence Award and CREW Orlando’s Community Impact Award for her work in affordable housing.

Chuck Whittall

Chuck Whittall, the son of a fireman, came from very modest beginnings. As a lifelong resident of Central Florida he developed the heart and mind of an entrepreneur at a very young age. When he was the tender age of 12, Mr. Whittall, started his own lawn mowing business and at 18 opened a successful teenage nightclub. With a strong interest in construction he pursued and received his Class-A General Contractors License and formed a construction company that he owned and operated for several years before venturing into the world of real estate development.

In 1998, Mr. Whittall founded Unicorp National Developments, Inc. which has designed and constructed numerous retail developments, over 100 drug stores, Town Centers and Luxury Apartment complexes, and the extremely iconic Orlando Eye. His projects to date have an aggregate value of over 2.5 Billion dollars.

With great poise and vision, Mr. Whittall has built a great company with a tremendous team and is often recognized by the Orlando Business Journal and The Orlando Sentinel as the premier development company of Central Florida.

Chuck Whittall has received numerous recognitions such as Game Changers of the Year, noted as top CEO in Central Florida, top 50 Most Powerful Business Men in Central Florida 2015 and 2016 & one of the top privately held companies in Central Florida.

Mr. Whittall has been involved in many charities and has a philanthropic heart and believes strongly in giving back to the community. He is the appointed Chairman of the American Heart Association for 2017 and expects the Association to have a banner year.
