Andrew L. “Andy” Ansin is CEO of Sunbeam Television and leads its real estate companies, Sunbeam Properties and Sunbeam Development. A longtime South Florida real estate executive, Ansin played a key role in developing the 500-acre, 5 million-square-foot Miramar Park of Commerce, one of South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed business parks.

Today, Ansin is leading Sunbeam’s next generation of development. That includes the 125-acre Miramar Cove, a nearly 3,000-residence mixed-use community in Miramar, Broward County, and the transformation of 13 waterfront acres in North Bay Village, Miami-Dade County, into a major mixed-use destination.

Robert Gilman, CPA, CGMA, is a Principal at Baker Tilly x Anchin . Adam J. Tiktin is the Founder and CEO of United Capital, a South Florida-based commercial real estate private equity, investment and advisory firm specializing in the acquisition and development of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial properties.

Modesto “Mo” Millo is Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Miami Business Unit for KAST Construction, one of Florida’s largest privately held construction management firms. Andrew Dansker is the CEO and founder of Dansker Capital Group, a national mortgage brokerage firm with six U.S. offices and one international office. Michael Stepniewski is a senior director of Capital Markets | Institutional Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Miami, Florida. Henry Del Campo is a Director in BMO's Commercial Banking group, based in Miami. He works with middle-market companies throughout South Florida, advising business owners and management teams on growth strategies, capital solutions, acquisitions, and ownership transition planning.

Before joining BMO, Henry held senior commercial banking positions with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, supporting clients across a wide range of industries with financing, treasury management, and strategic advisory solutions.

Quinn Residences is now one of the fastest growing companies in the single-family home rental market.

Previously, Mr. DaGrosa was Co-Founder and Senior Partner at 1848 Capital Partners LLC (“1848”), where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s private equity investments. In 2003, Mr. DaGrosa and his partners formed Heartland Food Corp. (“Heartland”), an acquisition vehicle that acquired 248 Burger King franchises out of bankruptcy, and successfully co-led the turnaround and sale of Heartland to GSO Capital (now part of Blackstone). In 2008, Mr. DaGrosa co-led the acquisition of Jet Support Services Inc. (“JSSI”), the world’s largest independent provider of warranty and insurance programs for the maintenance of private jets. Mr. DaGrosa served as Vice-Chairman and Co-Chief Investment Officer of JSSI until the sale of the company in 2020 to GTCR.

Prior to 1848, Mr. DaGrosa was a Partner at Maplewood Partners LP, a Miami-based private equity firm, where he served as Chief Administrative Partner and Co-Head of Transactions. Mr. DaGrosa began his career in 1986 at Paine Webber, Inc. in the firm’s Capital Markets Division.

Mr. DaGrosa serves on the board of directors for Soccerex Ltd., and Brazil Tower Company LP, and previously served on the board of Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc., Eastern Airlines Group Inc., and SMobile Systems, Inc. He also serves on the board of Camillus House, a non-profit organization focused on meeting the needs of Miami’s homeless citizens.

As General Manager of Suffolk’s Miami office, John Planz oversees the financial

and operational performance of some of the region’s most complex projects, most

recently the historic Delano Hotel. He provides strategic guidance to project teams,

evaluates preconstruction and construction progress, and ensures that Suffolk’s

expertise and resources align seamlessly with client goals. With more than 41 years

of industry experience, John is widely recognized for his strong leadership and his

ability to unite diverse project teams around a shared vision.

Before assuming his current role, John served as Chief Operating Officer, where he

led the execution of major initiatives including All Aboard Florida’s MiamiCentral.

Previously, as Project Executive, he managed a broad portfolio of work such as the

award-winning Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, Atlantech Plaza, and

the Cosmopolitan in Miami Beach.

John’s early career was rooted in electrical contracting with a large national firm

specializing in industrial and institutional facilities. Rising through estimating and

project management roles, he ultimately became Division Manager for Tri-City

Electrical Contractors, where he successfully established and expanded the

company’s South Florida office.

A subject matter expert in lean construction, John plays an active role in the

development, training, and implementation of these practices across the company.

Throughout his career, he has been invited to speak at numerous industry events,

including a design conference in Germany for the Max Planck Institute.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University

and is a longtime Miami resident. Outside of work, he is an avid endurance athlete

who has completed more than 100 marathons, finished 18 Ironman races, and

successfully completed six 100-mile ultramarathons.

Barry Goldstein is an accomplished global executive with more than 30 years of strategic

leadership experience, including over 25 years in the hospitality sector. Widely recognized as a

transformative leader, Barry excels at driving revenue growth and delivering measurable results

by aligning sales, marketing, digital, and technology functions. His leadership is defined by a

proven ability to navigate complex organizational change, foster influential relationships, elevate

customer experiences, and consistently achieve strong financial outcomes.

Throughout his career, Barry has led organizational turnarounds by establishing clear strategic

direction, enhancing operational performance, and leveraging innovation and technology to fuel

sustainable growth. His forward-looking mindset has enabled companies to outperform in highly

Most recently, Barry served as CEO of Arch Amenities Group, a premier provider of amenity

management and consulting services for residential and commercial real estate, hotels, resorts,

and private clubs. He has also held senior executive positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts,

Starwood Hotels, Cisco Systems, and Panasonic. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science from

Columbia University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Harvard

Business School.

Tyler serves as Head of Florida Real Estate Surety for Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a

publicly traded insurance advisor and brokerage firm. In his role, Tyler is focused on

identifying opportunities and applications for the placement of surety bonds on behalf of

Florida based residential and commercial real estate (CRE) developers. Additionally,

Tyler serves as a member of WTW’s CRE Developer Platform alongside a team of

experts specializing in the placement of insurance tools, products, and services

specifically designed for CRE Developers across every stage of project development to

ensure continuity from concept to completion.

Prior to joining WTW, Tyler worked in Wells Fargo’s CRE Group for 17 years and was

most recently Managing Director and Head of Florida Balance Sheet Originations in the

Real Estate Banking Division. In that role, Tyler originated unsecured and secured loans

across all major product types to clients ranging from private CRE developers to large

institutional, multi-national entities. Further, Tyler managed and monitored a diversified

debt portfolio of over $3Bn and co-led a workstream to enhance property insurance

policies across the CRE enterprise.

In addition to his work responsibilities, Tyler is a member of the 2026 Leadership

Institute class of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He previously served as President of

the South Florida Chapter of the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) from 2024-

2025 and a Chapter Officer from 2022 – 2024. Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of

Francisco A. Espinosa is the Chairman and Founder of BEC Group Services, a full-service construction company and real estate development company. Jeffrey Ardizon is Principal at The Estate Companies, a Miami-based full-service, vertically integrated developer, owner and operator of residential communities throughout the tri-county region, and one of the largest and most active multifamily developers in Florida. The firm is best known for its institutionally recognized Soleste brand which features Class A multi-family communities throughout South Florida’s urban core and submarket locations.

Matthew M. Baron is the President of Baron Property Group. Since 2005, Matthew has acquired and developed over $1.5 billion worth of property in NY and Los Angeles.

Mr. Baron currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Long Island City BID, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Doorkee, which is a company he helped found. Mr. Baron was also an Adjunct Lecturer at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies where he taught a course on Real Estate Development.

Chad Musgrove is an Executive Director at PGIM, based in Miami, Florida. In this role, Chad is

Javi Vazquez is a land use and zoning attorney focused on helping developers, property owners and builders navigate the complex web of entitlements and required governmental approvals to realize transformative real estate projects throughout South Florida.

Javi's practice spans large-scale residential communities, mixed-use urban centers, educational institutions, medical complexes, industrial facilities, and retail development projects. Andrew can speak to the state of the construction, retail, lending and CRE industry during the Coronavirus crisis. He can compare - up to a certain point - the impact of the current financial crisis versus the economic crisis of 2008-2011. Back then, he did a lot of work disposing distressed assets for other developers.

Sumbul serves as Florida Sales Leader, leading Marsh’s growth strategy across the state. In this role, she partners closely with producers and client executives to strengthen pipeline, win new business, and deepen existing client relationships. Sumbul served as President of the CPCU Society Atlanta Chapter in 2017 and received the Industry Excellence Award at I-Day in 2018. She is an active leader with Blood Cancer United, formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and was honored in 2020 as Woman of the Year Runner-Up after raising $100,000 for blood cancer research in just ten weeks. She continues to support the organization as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Georgia/South Carolina region. In 2024, she was named Power Broker by Risk & Insurance.

John Chibbaro focuses his legal practice on complex environmental and land use matters. He advises developers, utilities, and other clients on all aspects of development, including permitting and entitlement strategy, contamination assessment and remediation, and government approvals, as well as related political and public relations considerations. John represents clients before local, state, and federal agencies and regularly advises on wetlands and coastal permitting matters, including those implicating U.S. Army Corps of Engineers guidelines and the Endangered Species Act. His practice is national and multi-jurisdictional in scope, with experience across infrastructure, retail, transit, and residential and industrial development. He has represented national homebuilders in Florida and other states in pre-acquisition site analysis and post-acquisition remediation. His work also includes developing environmental diligence and remediation strategies, negotiating environmental provisions in transactional documents, navigating state remediation and brownfield programs, and evaluating environmental insurance options.

Scott Sherman is Founder and Principal of Miami-Based Torose Equities. He is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, sourcing investment opportunities, capital markets and operations. Torose is a real estate investment firm with several different verticals, including a value-add urban retail, office, and mixed-use strategy within the Southeastern United States.
