Zac Goodman

Managing Partner

Interface Properties

Zac Goodman is Managing Partner of Interface Properties, a family-led real estate investment firm based in Boca Raton. Founded in 1990, Interface Properties specializes in the opportunistic acquisition, redevelopment, and repositioning of commercial and residential properties across the U.S. and has transacted on more than $1.2 billion in assets across 24 states during its 36-year history.

Zac joined Interface Properties in 2017, focusing on the sourcing and evaluation of land, existing properties, operating businesses, and real estate securities for both in-house development and tenant-driven initiatives. In 2020, he led Interface's expansion into the multifamily sector, overseeing acquisitions and redevelopment of market rate and affordable communities, along with student housing, across Florida. He now oversees all facets of the firm's business — from acquisitions and portfolio growth to construction, investor relations, and long-term planning.

Zac holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and is a Florida Certified Building Contractor. Outside of work, he is an accomplished, former mini-tour golfer and a licensed commercial pilot.

Why Attend The Bisnow Boca Raton State of the Market

As Boca Raton evolves, a wave of development and redevelopment is helping to modernize key areas, introduce new housing and commercial opportunities, and create more vibrant, connected places throughout the city. At the same time, a younger demographic is emerging, bringing new energy and shaping the future of how Boca lives, works and plays.  On the other side of this transformation will be strong demand, strategic investment and a growing reputation as one of South Florida’s most desirable places to live, work and do business with top-tier schools, established employers, a thriving office market and an exceptional quality of life.  Bisnow’s Boca Raton State of the Market brings together developers, city leaders, economic development experts and community stakeholders to explore how this growth is unfolding. Through a forward-looking conversation, we’ll highlight the projects, partnerships and priorities driving Boca’s next phase and how thoughtful planning and collaboration are helping the city continue to grow in a way that enhances both its character and long-term value.
