Prior to founding East End, Jonathon was a Managing Principal at both Ruben Companies and Broadway Partners. On a combined basis, he acquired, repositioned, and managed an office portfolio exceeding 15 million square feet located throughout the U.S., as well as 1,000 residential units within New York City and Boston. Jonathon has extensive capital market knowledge, having sourced and structured billions of dollars of equity and debt. He also has broad platform-building experience, having started and grown various real estate related businesses.

Earlier in his career, he was a real estate attorney at Fried Frank and Pryor Cashman, handling acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and REIT mergers. A graduate of Colby College and Fordham Law School, Jonathon sits on the Board of Directors for the Wynwood Business Improvement District and was a long-time board member of both the UJA-Federation of New York and The Children’s Hearing Institute.

Mukang Cho founded Morning Calm Management and is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal. Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Cho was Chief Executive Officer and Principal of In-Rel Properties, a Managing Principal in charge of real estate strategy at Crown Capital Management and its affiliates, and a partner in the real estate practice group of Kirkland & Ellis. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and then served as a principal of Trifecta, a distress focused middle market investment firm. In his capacities as principal and advisor, Mr. Cho has successfully completed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $100 billion.

Mr. Cho is a member of the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable and the Cornell Real Estate Council. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Medical Peace Foundation, a non-profit organization started by his late father which develops free medical centers around the world. Mr. Cho graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. From Cornell University (with distinction).

Morning Calm Management is a real estate investment firm with a focus on special situation investing and commercial real estate credit. Rodrigo Azpurua is President and CEO of Riviera Point Development Group based in Miramar. A real estate developer with special focus on suburban Class A office and hotel properties, Rodrigo has been responsible for the acquisition, design, governmental approvals and construction of over 1.2 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Florida. The properties were financed with various capital structures, including domestic and international equity investment, bank loans and private funds. Over the last decade, Riviera Point has become a leader in raising international funds through different programs and it has injected more than $60 million in foreign capital in communities across Florida since 2012.

Rodrigo, a lawyer by trade in Venezuela, founded Riviera Point in 2008. He is considered a pioneer using the EB-5 Visa Program to fund construction of office buildings and hotels. He is the author of the book “Real Estate Development and EB-5 Visas” published by Amazon and available in Apple’s iBook store, and is also a regular speaker and consultant on the subject. He has spoken to a wide range of audiences at locations including Caracas, Buenos Aires, Quito, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and many others. Mr. Booher works with Fidelity National Title Group in their National Commercial Services operations. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of title, escrow, underwriting and closing services for national customers in Florida and throughout the Southeast. Prior to this position, he served as National Underwriting Development Counsel, recruiting, hiring and assisting with the development of underwriting counsel in all U.S. markets in which Fidelity is operating. As the Chief Claims Counsel and Claims Center Manager for Fidelity’s Jacksonville Claims Center, Mr. Booher managed approximately 95 attorneys and 70 administrative and support personnel, who were responsible for administering the majority of lenders and owners claims on title policies issued by the Fidelity family of companies for the Eastern half of the United States and Latin America. After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Booher practiced commercial litigation and real estate law for 11 years, handling numerous legal issues including commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, construction litigation, and business negotiations and disputes. He spent 7 years with The St. Joe Company, a Florida real estate operating company, becoming experienced in nearly all aspects of real estate development and operations, including land and building acquisitions, title, construction, financing, leasing, management, marketing and disposition of commercial, retail and residential properties, and serving as Assistant General Counsel, responsible for managing the company’s litigation. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Booher served as the U.S. Counsel for a Brazilian conglomerate, focusing on the North American expansion and legal management of the company’s cement, concrete, and construction related operations.

Bobby Condon is the General Manager for Southeastern region for WeWork, currently

overseeing six markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Kansas City, Miami, Nashville and Raleigh-Durham.

Prior to his role as General Manager, he served as WeWork's Director of Operations in New

York, directly managing operations for more than 35 locations in the Tri-State area. Bobby

previously served as WeWork's Business Operations Manager in New York, owning strategic

projects and the financial processes and reporting for the region. Before WeWork, he worked in

the financial services sector and held several positions at Bridgewater Associates and PwC.

Bobby earned a degree in International Political Science from the Catholic University of America

in Washington, D.C. and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.

An organizational psychologist and technologist with degrees from Harvard and Columbia University, she is laser focused on merging innovation, entrepreneurship, and lasting community impact. Above all, she leads from her heart.

Whether it's business, civic engagement, or the arts (yes, her brain and work often span across areas) Natalia's solution to most things is rooted in collaboration and guided by a desire to create projects, start conversations, and build communities that are as inclusive as they are dynamic. And she does so with grace and aplomb.

Her dedication is informed by her life as a twice-immigrant née to Russian and Cuban parents, an interdisciplinary approach, and a fascination with complex systems. Natalia is the Founder of Awesome Foundation MIAMI, a micro-granting leader in South Florida that has supported almost 100 grassroots projects over the last five years, as well as a Co-Founder of Aminta Ventures, a vehicle meant to educate/empower professional and philanthropic women to become angel investors. She serves on the boards of LocalTAU and Venture for America (Miami), and was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to serve on the Florida Commission on Community Service, which oversees the delivery of more than $32M annually to high-impact service programs across the state.

When done exercising her left brain, her right brain kicks in. She's the co-creator and curator of Love Lost, Miami - an annual art exhibit that explores loss through personal and ordinary items that come alive through their accompanying stories. A dedicated fan of jazz and the opera, she is also a talented amateur photographer and infuses her own vodka. As a serial entrepreneur Laura has owned a trendy NYC restaurant, launched a NYC real estate newspaper, brokerage business, and is a recipient of dozens of leadership, service and real estate awards. She graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.

One of her greatest accomplishment was the creation of Quest Cares in 2012. A program that supports local nonprofits with complimentary office space and services through Quest. To date the program has donate over $650,000 to over a dozen deserving charities.

Laura plays a very active role in the workspaces community as board member of the Global Workspace Association, WANY, and All Good Workspace. She is also a frequent speaker at coworking, real estate and entrepreneurial conferences.

When she’s not in the office she can found spending her time with her teenage son Jordan on the ski slopes, scuba diving, or water skiing or traveling. To say Laura is an adrenaline junkie and adventurer would be an understatement!

Brian Gale is Vice Chairman of Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. Through his 27 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totalling 12 million square feet, with a value of over $2 billion. His team currently represents almost 7 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Airport West and has clients which include Metlife, Nuveen, Related, AEW, Prudential, OKO Group, Cain International, IP Capital, CIM, L&B, Banyan and Crocker Partners.
