Justin joined Cain International in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing Cain’s Miami portfolio, which includes 830 Brickell, Missoni Baia and Una Residences. Cain also owns two additional large-scale development sites in South Florida and is involved in the redevelopment of the historic Delano Hotel in South Beach. Cain is a London-headquartered real estate investment firm with over $10 billion in assets under management with equity and debt investments in gateway cities in the U.S. and Western Europe. Throughout his career, Justin has worked on over $8 billion of real estate transactions. Justin joined Cain from Imperial Companies, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions with a focus on new development or substantial redevelopment. Prior to that, Justin spent nearly five years at Savanna Real Estate Fund, a New York City focused owner, operator and developer. Justin started his real estate career at Eastdil Secured.

Justin holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Boston College. Justin is actively involved in the Advisory Board for the Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism program at University of Miami’s School of Architecture and is a member of PropTech Angels, a group of real estate professionals that invests in early-stage real estate tech companies.

Todd Rosenberg is co-founder and managing principal of Pebb Capital, a diversified, multi-strategy real estate and investment firm. Rosenberg oversees the strategic development of the company’s ventures and guides high-level endeavors from conceptualization to execution.

As a member of a prominent South Florida real estate family, Rosenberg credits his intuitive approach to a close-knit upbringing surrounded by industry leaders. His extensive experience and innate entrepreneurial spirit have transformed Pebb Capital into a real estate investment force since its founding in 2014. The company has since aggregated a real estate development and capital investment portfolio valued at over $2 billion in student housing, retail, office, hospitality, multi-family, co-living, and parking, as well as lending and preferred equity ventures.

Before helming Pebb Capital, Rosenberg was co-chief financial officer and in-house counsel for Pebb Enterprises, his family-operated business. He was previously a securities litigator at Fowler White Burnett and Homer Bonner & Delgado in Miami.

Rosenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Syracuse University and a juris doctorate from Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York.

Randy Johnson joined Keystone in July 2011. As VP & Regional Director for the Southeast Region, he oversees the development, marketing and management of Keystone’s entire office and industrial portfolio in Florida, totaling over 700,000 square feet.

Before joining the Keystone team, Randy spent more than 10 years as the Senior Leasing Representative for Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). There he was responsible for the leasing and development of Liberty’s office and industrial portfolio, encompassing nearly 2 million square feet throughout the South Florida market. During his tenure, he completed nearly 5 million square feet of lease transactions and more than 500,000 square feet of acquisitions and new development. Randy’s past experience also includes positions at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida’s Financial Services Group and Colliers International, as well as commercial appraisal experience.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the School of Business at Towson University in Baltimore and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida. He is also a member of the South Florida Chapter of NAIOP and formerly served on NAIOP’s South Florida Chapter Board of Directors.

Bobby Goodman founded Truss in 2016 to change the way that occupiers, brokers, and owners marketed and transacted commercial real estate leases. As a venture-backed PropTech company, Truss developed and deployed technology and data products for occupiers and professionals within the commercial real estate industry across office, industrial and retail asset classes. Truss was sold to the largest privately held global real estate services company, Avison Young, in September 2020.

Before founding Truss, Bobby was a commercial real estate broker for 15 years with Colliers, Mark Goodman & Associates, and JLL. He specialized in representing occupiers across their global real estate portfolios by developing and executing leasing, repositioning, and disposition transaction strategies that aligned with his client's corporate strategies and initiatives.

Brian Gale is Vice Chairman of Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. Through his 27 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totalling 12 million square feet, with a value of over $2 billion. His team currently represents almost 7 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Airport West and has clients which include Metlife, Nuveen, Related, AEW, Prudential, OKO Group, Cain International, IP Capital, CIM, L&B, Banyan and Crocker Partners.

From 1993 to 1999, Brian was a broker in the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis and from there he spent the next 18 years as a broker and Principal of Taylor and Mathis before joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2016. Brian is a 2 time “Broker of the Year” winner for Miami-Dade County.

W. Allen Morris is Chairman and C.E.O. of The Allen Morris Company. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker,

Mortgage Broker, and holds the professional designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager of the Institute

of Real Estate Management) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). He is a past President of the

Victor Ballestas is a Principal of Integra Investments. Ballestas is focused on managing and enhancing the company’s business development structure and spearheads the individualized development and marketing campaigns for Integra’s numerous projects.

Immersed in the real estate industry for most of his life, Ballestas began his career at WCI Communities, a publicly traded residential development company, rising from Development Assistant to Division President of the east coast. While at WCI Communities, Ballestas administered more than 15 ultra-luxury high-rises in less than ten years. Following WCI Communities, Ballestas managed the south east division of Wheelock Street Capital, a private equity investment fund supported by Baupost, actively investing in numerous real estate opportunities during the most recent distressed real estate cycle. In 2009, Ballestas served as Regional Director for ST Residential, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital, leading the divestiture of its Corus portfolio including more than 2,200 boom-era condominiums within 13 projects in South Florida, including Paramount Bay, Jade Ocean, Mint, and Infinity. For his efforts, Ballestas was named a Power Leader by The South Florida Business Journal.

Arden Karson is the Founder and Managing Principal of Karson & Co, a real estate advisory, brokerage, and

investment firm. Prior to her current role, Karson held senior leadership positions at CBRE and the Related Group

Karson also partnered with private equity firm Barrow Street Capital and Advenir Real Estate. Earlier in her

career, she worked at Lennar Corporation and Arvida/JMP Partners, where she focused on project management

and operational roles across various asset classes and markets.

Before entering the real estate industry, Karson worked as a commercial lender at Bank of America and at PwC.

She received a BA in International Relations from Tufts University where she graduated summa cum laude and

earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Karson is a designated Financial Expert under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. She holds positions on multiple

Karson is also the proud mother of three children and one grandson, who all live in New York City. When she is
