Gonzalo Cortabarría, Senior Vice President of Swire Properties Inc, oversees the leasing

and operations of Brickell City Centre, the $1.2-billion mixed-use development currently

under construction in the heart of Miami’s financial district. Cortabarría joined Swire

Properties in February 2015 and brings with him 25 years of experience in acquisition,

development and asset management of large commercial real estate projects in the US

and Latin America.

Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc., where she led the firm’s South

the position of senior vice president at Codina Realty Services, Inc. ONCOR International where

she was consistently among the top producers during her 14-year tenure.

Tere holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in international marketing

and finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and is fluent

in English and Spanish. She is the proud mother of two daughters and resides with her husband

in Coral Gables.

Pieter A. Bockweg serves as the Executive Director of Miami’s Omni and Midtown Community Redevelopment Agencies. Brian Gale is Vice Chairman of Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. Through his 27 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totalling 12 million square feet, with a value of over $2 billion. His team currently represents almost 7 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Airport West and has clients which include Metlife, Nuveen, Related, AEW, Prudential, OKO Group, Cain International, IP Capital, CIM, L&B, Banyan and Crocker Partners.

From 1993 to 1999, Brian was a broker in the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis and from there he spent the next 18 years as a broker and Principal of Taylor and Mathis before joining Cushman and Wakefield in 2016. Brian is a 2 time “Broker of the Year” winner for Miami-Dade County.

Mr. White is a Principal and Senior Managing Director of Banyan Street Capital, where he is responsible for managing capital relationships and structuring, negotiating and coordinating acquisitions, equity investments, debt financings and dispositions.

Michael Feinstein is the Founder and CEO of Büro Group – South Florida’s leading co-working company with locations in Midtown, South Beach, MiMo and Coconut Grove.

Craig Pishotti leads all aspects of WeWork's community and operations in New York City. WeWork's collaborative communities provide spaces for over 45,000 members, as well as a digital app that allows virtual collaboration between WeWork's members globally. Pishotti joined WeWork in December 2015 and brings with him over two decades of experience leading the growth of emerging and established organizations, including six years as VP of hotel operations at 21c Museum Hotels.

Neisen Kasdin serves as the office managing partner of Akerman's Miami office. Neisen practices in the areas of land use and zoning and public-private partnerships.Neisen was involved in the revitalization of South Beach through his service as chair of the Community Development Corporation for South Beach and as a City Commissioner and Mayor of Miami Beach. He is a Governor of the Urban Land Institute. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Miami Downtown Development Authority and as past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New World Symphony.
