Why Attend Bisnow's South Florida Multifamily Summit

South Florida's multifamily market is entering its next chapter. After years of record rent growth and unprecedented development, the market is adjusting to new realities: slower rent growth, elevated concessions, a historic construction pipeline, tighter capital markets and a widening gap between buyer and seller expectations.

Yet long-term fundamentals remain exceptionally strong. Population growth continues, housing remains undersupplied, and investors continue to view South Florida as one of the country's most resilient multifamily markets.

Join hundreds of owners, developers, investors, lenders, operators and public officials for a full day of market intelligence, relationship building and candid conversations about what it will take to create value in today's market and where the next wave of opportunity is already beginning to emerge.

Whether you're deploying capital, developing your next project, managing an existing portfolio or looking for your next acquisition, this event will deliver actionable strategies from the people actively shaping South Florida multifamily today.

Plus, enjoy two hours of networking throughout the day giving you dedicated time to connect with the owners, investors, developers and decision-makers driving the market.

Attendees will learn:

  • Where lenders are actively financing deals and what sponsors must do to secure capital in today's market

  • Why many South Florida multifamily transactions remain stalled as buyers and sellers struggle to bridge valuation expectations

  • How developers are responding to the record apartment pipeline, slowing rent growth and elevated concessions

  • Which submarkets continue to offer the strongest long-term investment opportunities despite today's market headwinds

  • How owners are increasing NOI through operations, technology, leasing strategies and smarter property management

  • What construction costs, labor availability and entitlement timelines mean for projects starting over the next 12–24 months

  • How demographic trends, wage growth, affordability challenges and policy decisions will shape future demand

  • Build relationships during more than two hours of networking with South Florida's leading multifamily owners, investors, developers, lenders and service providers
