Peter Scialla is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Delos. Peter is responsible for executing on the strategic vision and global operations of the company with a focus on advancing the mission to drive positive health outcomes for occupants of indoor spaces around the world. He leads the commercialization of platforms and solutions that improve indoor environmental quality and enhance human health and well-being.

Prior to joining Delos, Peter had an expansive career on Wall Street spanning over 18 years, including as a Partner for Goldman Sachs where he led U.S. Equity Derivatives Trading. During his eight years at Goldman Sachs, Peter worked closely with leadership in distribution, investment banking, private wealth, and capital markets with an emphasis on both institutional trading and structured corporate repurchase. Peter also spent seven years at Morgan Stanley as Head of Single Stock Derivatives Trading.

Peter regularly speaks at industry events and contributes informative content across multiple channels to share scientific research, trends and advancements in wellness real estate, and to help advance the healthy buildings movement. He is a graduate of New York University with degrees in Finance and International Business.

Mr. Shojaee applies his vision and extensive knowledge of building high-quality developments in the diverse and growing South Florida real estate market. “Today, South Florida is a thriving market and Miami has transformed into an exciting city with a banking center, an industrial hub, Cruise Lines, and a multitude of great things to do and experience,” says Shojaee. “People are coming from the Middle East, Japan, and so many different countries around the globe looking for the quintessential Miami lifestyle.”

Building value into every development has been the goal from Masoud Shojaee’s first days in creating Shoma and his approach has paid off. His reputation for building quality homes and environments has resulted in people asking to purchase Shoma developed projects whenever they become available. However, Mr. Shojaee doesn’t rest on past success, he continues to develop and refine his approach based on his depth of understanding of the markets and his desire to create projects that inspire excitement and new ways to improve the environments we live in.

In his role as the Senior Vice President of Development for Altman Development Company, Lon

Tabatchnick is responsible for overseeing all facets of the development process and all multifamily

development in South Florida. Specifically, Lon is responsible for land acquisition, financial underwriting,

entitlements, product design and construction oversight.

Lon has a broad background in real estate having served as the founder and President of The Lojeta

Group since 1985, a family-owned and run real estate development company which has built residential

homes, multifamily, commercial space, and mixed-use space with various partners. Under Lon’s

leadership, The Lojeta Group has developed real estate projects in excess of $500 million and built for

brands that need no introduction, including The Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

Jay Jacobson

As founder, President and COO of EDEN Multifamily – Jay S. Jacobson has, over his

30-year career in the multifamily industry developed over 25,000 multifamily units and

invested in/acquired over 40,000 units located in over 30 sub-markets in 22 cities

nationwide. EDEN Multifamily is currently developing over 1800 units throughout South

Florida and the mid-Atlantic including Miami, North Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and

Charlotte. Product types range from 3 story walk up to 30 + story high rises. Prior to

forming EDEN Multifamily with Jay Massirman, Mr. Jacobson served as the President of

Stiles Residential Group in Fort Lauderdale and is a former national partner with Wood

Partners. He was also a senior director of multi-family investments for Goldman Sachs

Real Estate Services (fka Archon Group) and a managing director of Archstone

Communities Trust.

Jay also serves as the CEO of EDEN Living – a horizontal and townhome build for rent

company that is engaged in the development of one-story apartment homes and two-

story rental townhomes. EDEN Living is currently developing over 2100 units in the SE

US including Charlotte, Raleigh, Jacksonville, West Melbourne, Orlando, Kissimmee,

Wildwood, Ellenton and other locations. EDEN Living has partnered with a real estate

investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI) to

expand the platform throughout the eastern US.

Jay received a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of

Florida and Master of Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Colorado.

Jay grew up in south Florida and learned the development/construction business from

the ground up--literally—starting at the age of 12 digging foundation ditches for his

father’s construction company. Jay lives in Delray Beach Florida where he has served

on the City of Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board and is a member of the NMHC

Board of Directors. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Miami’s School of

Architecture MRED program. Jay uses his rare spare time flying around the world

chasing any of the 12 types of billfish in the ocean—at last count he is up to 7.

Mr. Wohl is a Principal of Coral Rock Development Group. He has an in-depth familiarity with real estate and law. He is a second-generation real estate developer, carrying on his family’s successful tradition of quality development first started in New York and carried down to South Florida with Mr. Wohl’s relocation to the area in 1975. Mr. Wohl had been active in real estate development and management while continuing to practice law until

1990, when he formed his own full-service real estate firm, which has owned and managed over one million square feet of commercial property and 700 apartment units in Florida. He co-founded Pinnacle Housing Group in 1997, twenty years later Pinnacle is

recognized as the leading producer of affordable housing in the southeast United States having delivered over 10,000 units in over 70 complexes. Mr. Wohl is also a co-founder of Ascend Properties.

Mr. Wohl, has extensive experience in negotiating, documenting and closing acquisitions and sales of residential, industrial and commercial

office space. Mr. Wohl is well versed in project financing and leasing and he leads Pinnacle’s acquisition and disposition efforts. Mr. Wohl is a

recognized industry leader in devising approaches to developing affordable housing in an urban environment. Mr. Wohl is chairman of the distinguished Urban Land Institute’s Center for Workforce Housing,

which continually works to solve the persistent affordable housing problems in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. He earned both is B.A. and J.D. degrees at Syracuse University where he serves the University as a Trustee, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker

Seth Wise

Seth is Executive Vice President of BBX Capital and serves on its Board of Directors.  He is

also President of BBX Capital Real Estate, and is Co-CEO of The Altman Companies which

since 1968 has built over 26,000 rental apartments. The Altman Companies is 50% owned by

BBX Capital Real Estate. He is also on the board of Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (NYSE:

BXG).

Seth has more than 25 years of experience in many facets of real estate finance, management,

investment, restructuring and development. Throughout his career, Seth has been responsible

for managing approximately $3 billion of real estate assets in various classes including

industrial, retail, and a focus in housing that includes single family, master-planned communities

and multifamily. He has managed an acquired portfolio of nearly $600 million of performing and

non-performing loans and real estate. This portfolio has successfully monetized since 2012 thru

development, sale, restructuring, and loan payoffs well over $750 million. Seth’s real estate

development experience includes in excess of 1.5 million-square-feet of industrial space. He

has also been involved in the development, ownership, and asset management of nearly 12,000

rental apartment units and single-family homes. Seth also has expertise in equity investment,

lending, and debt restructuring, including the management of a commercial real estate workout

portfolio of over $1 billion.

Seth is an active member of organizations in his field and community. He is a member of the

Ambassadors Board of Nova Southeastern University. Seth has served as an Executive Board

Member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate Studies at the

University of Florida, and the Southeast Florida/Caribbean Council of Urban Land Institute (ULI).

He is a member of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and serves is Past

Chairman of the Board of Directors for Jewish Family Services of Broward County, a non-profit

human services organization and Jewish Family Home Care, a nonprofit home health agency

primarily serving Holocaust survivors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the David

Posnack Jewish Day School, a member of the National Council of AIPAC, and a member of the

Forbes Real Estate Council.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

Rishi Kapoor

Rishi has spent the last 10 years focused on residential real estate, primarily in the luxury sector, with a strong background in sales and marketing, prior to focusing on sponsoring development. Upon founding Location Ventures, he set out to create meaningful living experiences in premium locations centered around nature and technology.

To date, Rishi is responsible for leading the development of a $400 million portfolio including: high-end, custom single-family homes; rehabilitation of multi-family properties; and the development of boutique condominiums. He is also the Managing Partner of URBIN, a company dedicated to co-living, co-working and wellness, and FORUM, an elevated coworking experience with high-touch business services.

Rishi, first and foremost, takes great pride in fostering close relationships with the company’s partners and team. His day-to-day role centers around identifying unique opportunities, capital formation and setting the product vision for our projects, while working closely with the development team on proper execution.

He received business degrees in Finance, Marketing and Management from the University of Miami, and is also a non-practicing attorney, having graduated from University of Miami School of Law. Rishi comes from a real estate family that has developed and invested in hotels, single-family homes and offices throughout the Southeast United States and New Delhi, India over the last 40 years.

The newly accredited real estate developer with projects in NYC and Baltimore is currently in post- production for his Docuseries, I Build NY and can be seen later this y ear opposite Tracy Morgan in The Last OG.
