Arturo is a CFA charterholder, a designation recognized globally for its rigorous emphasis on investment analysis, ethics, corporate finance and portfolio management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from the University of Miami, where he graduated with high honors, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Middlebury College.

Andrew Dansker is the CEO and founder of Dansker Capital Group, a national mortgage brokerage firm with six U.S. offices and one international office. He oversees a team of 30 professionals originating commercial mortgage debt across all major asset types, with a particular focus on retail and multifamily properties. The firm primarily arranges bank and credit union financing while also executing agency, CMBS, life company, and bridge loan transactions as appropriate. Since its establishment as an independent company in 2020, Dansker Capital Group has placed well over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans nationwide.

Andrew believes the middle-market debt marketplace is under-served by professional, high-quality national firms and sees a significant opportunity for an enterprising company to fill that gap. His leadership vision is to build an organization that delivers institutional-quality service, execution, and results to the national middle-market debt space.

Andrew is a published industry commentator whose writing on the real estate lending market has appeared in The Commercial Observer, Real Estate Weekly, and New York Real Estate Journal. Joshua Rader is the managing partner of Citrin Cooperman’s South Florida offices. With over 18 years of experience in public accounting, Josh provides assurance and attestation, tax, and business consulting services to closely held businesses and private clients. An experienced auditor with a strong understanding of complex tax and accounting issues, Josh also provides services in the areas of civil litigation as well as buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services.

Josh has extensive experience in the real estate, hospitality, international, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services industries. His work in the real estate sector involves overseeing assurance engagements for private real estate funds and overseeing the tax compliance for the respective funds, joint ventures, and international reporting for foreign investors. As a business advisor with 18+ years of assurance, advisory, and tax structuring experience, Josh has led a significant number of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. Asi Cymbal is the Chairman of Cymbal DLT Companies.

Mr. Cymbal has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction,

finance, and law.

He is driven by his passion for great architecture and design, his focus on transforming

communities, and his commitment to creating great wealth for his investors.

He has been fortunate to work with the world’s best architects and designers (Philippe

Starck, Bjarke Ingels, Enrique Norten, Jo Palma, Arquitectonica) as a first mover in

neighborhoods at a critical time in their transition (the Financial District in Manhattan,

Tribeca, SOHO, the Miami Design District, Wynwood, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dania

Beach, Miami Gardens).

Mr. Cymbal is grateful to his investors and proud of the fact that he has rewarded them

with unmatched returns.

Mr. Cymbal raised his first fund in 2010.  That $3 million fund is now worth over $180

million.  He is focused on increasing that to $700 million by 2026.

After experimenting with retirement in 2014, he came back to create a second fund

during the 2020 Pandemic.  He turned that $16 million fund into $90 million in 20 months.

Mr. Cymbal is currently raising a $100 million evergreen fund to be deployed into the $2

billion Cymbal DLT pipeline.

Mr. Cymbal also has significant food and beverage experience. He has co-created and

owned over half a dozen of the hottest restaurants and clubs in Miami, including Sra.

Martinez (with celebrity chef and James Beard award-winner, Michelle Bernstein), Bardot,

and gigi.

Mr. Cymbal has been named by the South Florida Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter in

Construction and Real Estate Development, a Top 100 Power Leader, and as one of 2013’s

People to Watch. He has also appeared on the front page of the Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Cymbal is the Vice Chair and board member of Florida International University’s

College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts - Miami Beach Urban Studios. He is

also a board member of Wynwood Norte, the organization that is spearheading the

revitalization of north Wynwood. Mr. Cymbal was a past board member of Business for

the Arts of Broward.

Mr. Cymbal is a graduate of Vassar College and the UCLA School of Law. He is an

experienced real estate and business attorney licensed to practice law in New York, New

Jersey, and Washington D.C., and is a licensed general contractor in Florida.

As an architect, Jim has navigated many diverse roles, including serving as Vice

President for Chase Manhattan Bank, Director of Business Development for Envision

Architects, Principal at JT Powers Development, Director of Operations and Business

Development at Bohler Engineering, and as adjunct professor for New York Institute of

Technology. His career has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of project

dynamics.

Jim brings a wealth of experience to his current position as Vice President and Chief

Growth & Development Officer at H2M architects + engineers. In this role, he utilizes his

expertise and network to drive strategic growth initiatives, oversee market expansion

strategies, and orchestrate the successful execution of geographic expansion plans.

As the president of the condominium and international development divisions, he oversaw all facets of condominium development domestically and internationally.

Over the course of his career, Rosso developed well over 16,000 units, and in the process, mastered diverse development disciplines including construction, project financing, land acquisition and sales and marketing. Under his leadership, Related successfully delivered iconic projects including the 1,600 unit Paraiso District in Miami; Residences by ARMANI/CASA designed by César Pelli; Hyde Beach House; Park Grove by OMA/Rem Koolhaas; Auberge Beach Residences and Spa in Fort Lauderdale; SLS Cancun & Residences in Mexico; and V:HOUSE in Brazil.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Falcone Group, Alfonso Costa Jr. oversees the development of multifamily apartment communities and condominium projects, leading public-private partnership opportunities as well as the company’s operational and strategic initiatives.

His current pipeline of mixed-use development projects includes more than 2,000 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail & self-storage, with a total value exceeding $1 billion. Such projects include “Block C-East” at Miami WorldCenter, and the “Horizon of Oakland Park,” a mixed-use public-private-partnership with the City of Oakland Park.

Prior to joining the Falcone Group, Alfonso served as Deputy Chief of Staff & Opportunity Zones lead for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he oversaw policy for the $50 billion annually-budgeted Cabinet agency, which maintains a wide range of housing and community development programs, a $1.3 trillion mortgage insurance portfolio, and approximately 7,000 employees across 57 offices nationwide.

As an expert on the bi-partisan Opportunity Zones program, he held the title of Chairman’s delegate and HUD’s lead representative on the Federal Government’s inter-agency Opportunity and Revitalization Council, and for his efforts he was recognized in the Opportunity Zone Magazine’s “Top 25 OZ Influencers” list for both 2020 and 2021.

A former 5th-grade teacher as a Teach for America corps member, Alfonso is now an active social advocate through philanthropic & academic volunteer efforts on both the local and national levels.

In his home State of Florida, he is the Program Chair of ULI Florida’s Affordable & Workforce Housing Council (AWHC), Advisory Board Member & recent Chair of the Nova Southeastern University Master’s in Real Estate Development (MSRED) Program, recent Member of the City of West Palm Beach Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, Heart & Spirit Society member for the Boca Helping Hands food-giving non-profit organization, and an In Jacob’s Shoes of Hope Hero member for the shoes/socks/school supplies non-profit organization.

Prior to this role, Juan was a Strategic Consultant with CoStar Advisory Services in Boston, serving as a

strategic advisor to a broad range of the largest commercial real estate market participants. As a

consultant he advised clients with independent expertise in real estate market analysis, portfolio

analysis, capital market conditions, investor communications and the design of actionable real estate

investment strategies.

Before CoStar, Juan worked as a commercial loan underwriter and servicer at an international asset
