Asi Cymbal is the Chairman of Cymbal DLT Companies. Mr. Cymbal has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, finance, and law. He is driven by his passion for great architecture and design, his focus on transforming communities, and his commitment to creating great wealth for his investors. He has been fortunate to work with the world’s best architects and designers (Philippe Starck, Bjarke Ingels, Enrique Norten, Jo Palma, Arquitectonica) as a first mover in neighborhoods at a critical time in their transition (the Financial District in Manhattan, Tribeca, SOHO, the Miami Design District, Wynwood, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach, Miami Gardens). Mr. Cymbal is grateful to his investors and proud of the fact that he has rewarded them with unmatched returns. Mr. Cymbal raised his first fund in 2010. That $3 million fund is now worth over $180 million. He is focused on increasing that to $700 million by 2026. After experimenting with retirement in 2014, he came back to create a second fund during the 2020 Pandemic. He turned that $16 million fund into $90 million in 20 months. Mr. Cymbal is currently raising a $100 million evergreen fund to be deployed into the $2 billion Cymbal DLT pipeline. Mr. Cymbal also has significant food and beverage experience. He has co-created and owned over half a dozen of the hottest restaurants and clubs in Miami, including Sra. Martinez (with celebrity chef and James Beard award-winner, Michelle Bernstein), Bardot, and gigi. Mr. Cymbal has been named by the South Florida Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter in Construction and Real Estate Development, a Top 100 Power Leader, and as one of 2013’s People to Watch. He has also appeared on the front page of the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Cymbal is the Vice Chair and board member of Florida International University’s College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts - Miami Beach Urban Studios. He is also a board member of Wynwood Norte, the organization that is spearheading the revitalization of north Wynwood. Mr. Cymbal was a past board member of Business for the Arts of Broward. Mr. Cymbal is a graduate of Vassar College and the UCLA School of Law. He is an experienced real estate and business attorney licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C., and is a licensed general contractor in Florida.

Joe Hernandez is a sought-after transactional real estate and business lawyer with a unique perspective: he is able to draw from his prior work experience as a banker and general counsel for a private equity firm to inform his representation of a variety of clients seeking to engage in complex commercial real estate and business transactions. Since 2013, Jay Parker has been the Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Florida Brokerage where he has capitalized on his extensive brokerage relationships and realtor contacts to grow Douglas Elliman’s presence in Miami, Miami Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Aventura, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach and Jupiter. Jay has shown a propensity for leadership throughout his career. His fundamental role in handling over $300 million in mergers and acquisitions at the Law Firm of Gunster Yoakley Valdez Fauli & Stewart in the Miami and Palm Beach Real Estate Departments ultimately led his client to an IPO. Then, as General Counsel for LandTel Communications in New York, he oversaw the implementation of a Pan-European fixed wireless market. In this role, he raised over $375 million from numerous private equity firms and restructured the company’s assets after recognizing a funding gap at a time when the industry was in distress, thereby avoiding bankruptcy. In late 2001, Jay returned to Miami Beach to form Clear Title Group, LLC a boutique real estate title insurance company focused on offering closing services to luxury condominium and home buyers. After strengthening his brokerage roots in South Florida while also representing Titan Capital as the company’s local counsel, Jay sought a joint venture, founding Titan Capital Florida, LLC in 2006. Jay continues to serve as Managing Partner of Titan Capital Florida, a Direct Lender with offices in New York, Connecticut and Miami. In its first year of operations, Titan Capital Florida closed on over $100 million in transactions. In 2010, Jay formed Beloff Parker which grew to Beloff Parker Jacobs, a real estate and transactional law firm based in Miami Beach. Building off Parker and Beloff’s long- standing relationships in the Miami market, Clear Title Group quickly distinguished itself as one of the largest and most successful real estate law firms in the area, representing many of Miami Beach’s most respected developers, landlords and tenants, as well as handling some of their most significant real estate transactions. Jay received a Bachleor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario located in London Ontario Canada. During this time, he spent a year studying abroad in Tel Aviv. Jay completed his studies at the University of Miami, School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1998. Today, Jay lives with his twin boys in Miami where he is a member of the Florida Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. Alfonso Costa Jr. serves as Executive Vice President of the Falcone Group, where he is responsible for leading the company’s workforce housing division and public-private partnership (P3) opportunities. Headquartered in South Florida, the Falcone Group is a real estate development & investment firm that has developed and acquired more than 30,000 multifamily apartments, 15 million square feet of commercial space, and 30,000 single-family homes throughout the country. Mr. Costa previously served in the Federal Government as Deputy Chief of Staff & Opportunity Zones lead for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In this public service role, Mr. Costa was responsible for overseeing policy for the $50 billion annually-budgeted Cabinet agency, which maintains a wide range of housing and community development programs, a $1.3 trillion mortgage insurance portfolio, and approximately 7,000 employees across 57 offices nationwide. As an expert on the bi-partisan Opportunity Zones program, Mr. Costa held the title of Chairman’s delegate and HUD’s lead representative on the Federal Government's inter-agency Opportunity and Revitalization Council, and for his efforts has been recognized in the Opportunity Zone Magazine’s “Top 25 OZ Influencers” list for both 2020 and 2021. A former 5th-grade teacher as a Teach for America (TFA) corps member, Mr. Costa is now an active social advocate through philanthropic & academic volunteer work on both the national and local levels. Nationally, he serves as an Ambassador for the Fitwel® Certification System, Public Sector Fellow of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, Housing Advisory Council Member of the Bipartisan Policy Center, Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Emerging Leaders Council Member & basketball alumnus of New Heights Youth (New York City). In his home State of Florida, Mr. Costa is the Program Chair of ULI Florida’s Affordable & Workforce Housing Council (AWHC), Advisory Board Chair of the Nova Southeastern University Master’s in Real Estate Development (MSRED) Program, and recent Member of the City of West Palm Beach Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC). Mr. Costa is a second-generation American and earned his law degree (JD) from Harvard University, master's degree (MSc) from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom), and bachelor's degree (BA) from Yale University. James Curnin is the CEO and founder of Clara Homes, a Miami-based, vertically integrated real estate firm offering residential and commercial development, operations oversight and custom homes. He has pursued ground-up new construction opportunities in high-end markets across Los Angeles and Miami, and specializes in the development of luxury spec homes, multifamily assets and workforce rental communities. In Miami, James seeks to fill the city’s much needed niche for reliable, quality and innovative work. To date, he has acquired seven waterfront properties, totaling $200 million in assets. Four of these spec homes have completed and sold for above market rate, and the other three are in still in the preliminary stages of construction. James has also started taking on custom home projects with private owners as demand for turnkey residences surges. In addition to developing spec homes, James is reinventing luxury apartment living in Bay Harbor with a new, three-building rental project called Clara Bay Harbor. The 150-unit new development will complete in three phases. James eagerly continues to pursue active opportunities in the South Florida multifamily and single-family home markets. Having grown up the great grandson of the renowned New York City developer, Jack Parker, James has had extensive experience in real estate from the age of 14. He contributed to the development and operations of major tri-state area projects such as Parker Meridian Hotels, Parker Towers and Parker Plaza, and spent five years working on various JPC NYC assets and acquisitions. Most notable is his on-site leasing work of Truffles Tribeca, a 291-unit rental building, and oversight of the remainder of the JPC NYC portfolio, comprising of complete gut renovation and sales/marketing of the remaining 300 sponsor units, constituting roughly $150 million in assets. James graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship from the University of Miami in 2008.

William A. Finfrock is the president of FINFROCK, a vertically-integrated, single source Design-Build firm based in Apopka, Florida – one of Central Florida’s largest employers and ranked #9 of the 100 largest privately held companies in Central Florida by the Orlando Business Journal in 2019. Bill is part of the third generation of the Finfrock family to lead the 75-year old company founded by his grandfather and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has played a significant role in FINFROCK’s growth through a multitude of various business activities from executive oversight to real estate development. Under his leadership, the company has more than quadrupled in size due to significant projects including hotels, student housing and luxury multifamily residential properties. Between 2016 and 2022, FINFROCK will deliver hotel and student housing projects totaling over 6,200 rooms. As the president, William ensures project goals and initiatives are met – from conceptual architectural and engineering design, through manufacturing and construction to a final certificate of occupancy. He is the key point of contact for the customer and works with all FINFROCK departments to ensure projects are running smoothly and the customer is satisfied. Bill is a 1992 civil engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from The Crummer Graduate School of Business in 1997. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida and a certified general contractor in Florida and Virginia. Bill is also an active member of the community, having served as Chairman the Board of Habitat for Humanity/Seminole County & Greater Apopka, Inc and Chairman of the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute Board. In 2009, he was an Orlando Business Journal Honoree for the 40 Under 40. He is also a graduate of Leadership Orlando.
