Avra Jain, a Purdue University industrial engineer graduate, has a reputation for developing projects around her favorite pursuits: art and architecture. The recipient of three Sundance Film Awards, Ms. Jain has directed boutique projects that range from converting a warehouse into luxury loft condominiums to the remake of The Vagabond Motel on Biscayne. She is a board member of the MiMo Biscayne Association.

Jessica Goldman Srebnick, Co-Chair of Goldman Properties, is a second generation leader of the company

founded by her late father, visionary real estate developer, Tony Goldman. Founded in 1968, the award-

winning company is a creative real estate firm with a storied history in developing thriving global

destinations across the United States. Marrying real estate and public art to build community, Goldman

Properties is known for recognizing the value in depressed urban areas and transforming them into iconic

neighborhoods such as SoHo in New York City, Center City Philadelphia, Miami Beach, and Wynwood,

site of the acclaimed Wynwood Walls, winner of the 2016 “Global Award of Excellence”- Urban Land

Institute. In August 2018, Goldman Srebnick was recognized as one of Forbes Icons of Impact for her

continued work and leadership. She oversees a diverse portfolio of restaurants, office buildings, galleries,

commercial and retail properties and large-scale public art projects including the iconic Houston Bowery

wall.

In July 2015, Goldman Srebnick founded Goldman Global Arts (GGA), a Miami based creative collective

with co-founder, artist Peter Tunney. For its inaugural project, in 2015, the Miami Dolphins NFL franchise

commissioned GGA to infuse a global art aesthetic into the newly renovated Hard Rock Stadium. In 2019,

Goldman Srebnick authored Walls of Change: The Story of The Wynwood Walls. The book is a retrospective

published by Assouline, showcasing Wynwood’s most celebrated murals, by street art’s most iconic figures.

GGA continues to produce thought provoking large scale, creative projects for a variety of organizations,

including the Miami Heat, Citibank, When We All Vote, and Wynn Hotels. In 2020, GGA was hired by

the NFL to infuse street art into Super Bowl LIV in Miami. As a result, and in partnership with the NFL,

GGA curated several works by five world-renowned artists including the face of the game day ticket and

commemorative program. She also most recently curated a national art campaign for Michelle Obama’s

organization When We All Vote to amplify the importance of voting.

Goldman Srebnick is an active member of the prestigious Young Presidents Organization (YPO). She

graduated from the YPO/Harvard Business School Presidents Leadership Program. She was the Miami-

Dade County Co-Chair for the Miami 2020 Super Bowl Host Committee and currently serves as Chair of

the Town Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (TSNDC) Board. In 2019, she was awarded the

Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Young Leader Award of Excellence. In 2021,

she was selected as one of the Knight’s Foundation Arts Champions, for her community leadership

in helping to enrich arts and culture in South Florida. She is a passionate supporter of the Memorial

Sloan Kettering's Cycle for Survival charity. Goldman Srebnick currently resides in Miami with her

husband Scott Srebnick, CEO of Goldman Properties and are the proud parents of their 3 sons.

Brad Meltzer is a Partner and President of Two Roads Development. In this role, he oversees real estate development activities from design through construction and supports the team in identifying new opportunities. Meltzer has facilitated the growth of numerous regional business units scaling some from start up to more than 250 employees. Specializing in delivering high-end projects, Meltzer has led award-winning projects from inception to completion across various asset classes, including condominium, multifamily, hospitality, office, and retail. A sampling of such projects includes Biscayne Beach, The One Thousand Museum Tower, the 4 Tower Paraiso Complex, the Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach, The Marquis, Millicento, W Hotel South Beach, One Hotel and Homes, Icon Bay, Carillon Miami Beach (aka Canyon Ranch), Town Center One at Dadeland, Aventura Mall Expansion, Westshore Marina Pointe, Mandarin Oriental Miami. Meltzer led the construction of 15 buildings in excess of 35 stories and 2 in excess of 60 stories. He holds a Masters's in Architecture from Tulane University and has more than 30 years of construction experience, having headed a top national construction firm as its CEO. Meltzer also sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Miami MRED+U and Construction Management programs, Tulane University School of Architecture Advisory Board, Gulliver Prep Board of Trustees, and Voices for Children Board of Directors.

Pieter A. Bockweg serves as the Executive Director of Miami’s Omni and Midtown Community Redevelopment Agencies. Under Bockweg’s leadership, the two agencies, with a combined budget of more than $30 million, seek to improve the two redevelopment areas by creating employment opportunities, attracting new business, increasing the quality of life and addressing slum and blight conditions.

With more than 36 years of experience in local government, Ms. Robertson has been instrumental to the development and execution of projects countywide. The Miami DDA won awards in 2012 from the American Society for Public Administration, South Florida Chapter for Agency of the Year and in 2014 the Economic Development Award from Miami Association of Realtors.

Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet has a strong interest in tropical modernism, largely influenced by her Cuban heritage and love for modernist design in Cuba. Influenced by her Latin heritage, her approach to design is based on a rigorous understanding of the people, the climate, the culture, and history of a place. She believes that design solutions should strive to be innovative, while also addressing the needs and concerns for how people live today and how they will live into the future. Her work has garnered awards and been published internationally. She was named Young Architect of the Year by AIA Miami in 2006. She was recognized for her excellence in design as AIA Miami’s 2015 Architect of the Year and received the Silver Award in 2017 for excellence in Design.

A champion for preparing the community for coastal resilience and creating a livable and sustainable future, she holds many leadership positions locally. She is on the Board of MRED for University of Miami School of Real Estate and has been an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University and University of Miami School of Architecture. Serving as Chair of the sub-committee on resilience for University of Miami and the AIA advisor to the Sea Level Rise committee, she is a leading voice in designing more resilient buildings for our future.  Jackie holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University.

Ms. Gonzalez is the Senior Principal overseeing Langan's Miami, Ft. Lauderdale,

and Tampa offices and has over 31 years of geotechnical engineering experience

within the State of Florida. Ms. Gonzalez has performed numerous geotechnical

engineering studies of which most have been high-rise projects along coastal

areas of the state or projects with difficult ground conditions.

Langan was founded as a geotechnical consulting company in 1970, and

geotechnical engineering remains a core discipline at Langan today. We work

closely with our clients and the design and construction team to engineer cost-

effective geotechnical solutions appropriate for proposed structures and the

governing site conditions.

Langan provides an integrated mix of engineering and environmental consulting

services including geotechnical, site/civil, environmental and traffic engineering in

support of land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios, and

stadiums. Our clients include developers, property owners, public agencies,

schools, corporations, higher-education institutions, and energy companies

around the world.

Ms. Gonzalez has served as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Miami, and

has been a Guest Lecturer for several courses taught at FIU, FAU, and MDC.

Ms. Gonzalez received a Master of Engineering degree in Geotechnical

Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil

Engineering from the University of Miami.

Steven Gretenstein is the Chief Operating Officer of Dacra a prominent real estate development company with a number of creative affiliated brands based in Miami. Along with CEO Craig Robins, Mr. Gretenstein manages the overall direction of the various entities in the Dacra family of companies including overseeing corporate management, brand development, operations, financing and the roll-out of individual initiatives.

Dacra, an early promoter and participant in the development of South Beach and Lincoln Road, has developed, managed and sold several million square feet of residential and commercial properties. Currently it has over one million square feet under development in the Miami Design District.

Mr. Gretenstein joined Dacra as Chief Financial Officer in 1994 and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer in 1997. Mr. Gretenstein has a Bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs from George Washington University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Florida licensed real estate broker and President of Dacra Realty.

Mr. Gretenstein is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of Jewish Community Services of South Florida, a major non-profit social service agency. He is currently a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors ofthe Greater Miami Jewish Federation.

Preceding his tenure at SWAY, Andrew served as CEO of Down East Management Associates and as Regional Vice President for The Lynd Company. He also held project management positions at The Related Group and Toll Brothers, and was the Director of Development for Coscan Homes.
