As National Director, Industrial Services for the U.S., Stephanie focuses on overall growth of Colliers’ industrial business, including the establishment of new client relationships and expansion of existing affiliations. She promotes talent recruitment and retention to support Colliers’ best-in-class Industrial Services team as they accelerate client success.

Drawing on her 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects.

Before joining Colliers, Stephanie spent nearly 15 years at Duke Realty Corporation where she rose to the level of Regional Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing for a multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida in addition to leading property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Prior to her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.

Mr. Easton is the Chairman of The Easton Group, the real estate brokerage, investment, management and development firm he founded in Miami in 1974. Educated at the University of Miami, Mr. Easton received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in1966, and his MBA in 1976, majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting.

Jason Tenenbaum

Jason joined Prologis in 2015 and is currently Vice President, Market Officer of South Florida. Jason

manages a team of 35 people and oversees the company’s presence in Palm Beach, Broward, and

Miami-Dade counties. Today, he oversees 155 buildings and 600 customers, totaling 22 million

square feet.

Prior to moving to Miami in 2020, Jason handled leasing responsibilities in New Jersey/New York.

Beginning in 2015 as a Leasing Manager, Jason left NJ as a VP, Leasing Officer. During this time, he

completed 143 transactions totaling over 9 million square feet. His daily responsibilities included

leasing at the Ports, Meadowlands, and the submarkets in New York’s boroughs -- encompassing

173 customers in 100 buildings totaling 19 million square feet. Jason’s favorite transaction included

the original lease-up of Bronx 1 totaling 205k square feet to Jet.com. Jason then leased the same

building 2 years later for a $10/sf base rent differential.

Prior to joining Prologis, Jason worked as a senior associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he

advised both landlords (with an office portfolio of over 1 million square feet) and tenants in all of

their leasing needs. He founded C&W’s New Jersey Healthcare Practice Group, and in 2014, he was

named C&W’s Top Producer among New Jersey associates.

Jason received his B.A. in Architecture from Clemson University and also studied at the Universtat

De Politecnica De Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

Jonathan Kingsley is a veteran of the

commercial real estate industry, focusing on

class A agency in South Florida and tenant

representation services for office and

industrial clients in South Florida and around

the United States. He also provides

investment and asset management consulting

services to institutional clients.

Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik,

partners for 16 years, have built a team of ten

passionate, driven commercial real estate

professionals, offering their expertise to

office and industrial occupiers and investors

he was responsible for the delivery of

services to tenants, owners and investors of

commercial real estate across the region.

diverse knowledge and ability to adapt to
