Jaime Sturgis

Jaime Sturgis is the Founder and CEO of Native Realty Co., a Fort Lauderdale-based team of talented and aggressive real estate professionals who are disrupting the industry. A pioneering broker with nearly a decade of leasing and investment sales experience, Sturgis has become a household name in the real estate industry through his role curating emerging urban neighborhoods. His place making efforts began in Miami’s Wynwood and continued in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village, where he has completed more than 1 million square feet in transactions over the last few years and set property sale pricing records. Sturgis is now expanding into new cutting-edge neighborhoods throughout South Florida.

Sturgis has authored published pieces for National Real Estate Investor and the Daily Business Review and has been featured in The Real Deal, Sun Sentinel, GlobeSt and many other publications.

A Florida State University alumnus, Sturgis graduated cum laude with a triple major in Real Estate, Professional Sales and Entrepreneurship.

Richard Previdi

Mr. Previdi began his real estate career as a leasing agent and then a partner with Trammell Crow Company. Subsequently, Mr. Previdi was founder and Chief Executive Officer of joint ventures with Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and a NYSE REIT. Current investors in the Alliance funds include both Blackstone and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Previdi received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1987), a JD from Georgetown University Law School (1980), and a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in economics from Hamilton College (1977).

Ryan Battistoni

Ryan Battistoni is a Founding Partner of Timber Hill Group, where he serves as Chief Operating Officer as well as the head of the firm’s asset management and development divisions. He has over 15 years of experience in industrial real estate, and during his career he has completed more than $400 million in development and construction projects and has been responsible for overseeing portfolios valued at more than $1.2 billion across the U.S. Since its creation in 2018, Timber Hill Group has focused primarily on the purchase and development of logistics-centered industrial service facilities across the United States.

Prior to 2019, Mr. Battistoni oversaw national portfolio operations for Sitex Group, a New York-based private equity real estate firm with assets in New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles. He began his career with Colliers international, where he played an integral role in the management of several large institutional industrial portfolios in the Chicagoland area.

Mt. Battistoni is a graduate of Marquette University, where he received an undergraduate degree in Finance. He resides in Downers Grove, IL with his wife and three children.

Pamela McCleod is the founder & owner of Eminence Planning & Development, a privately owned real estate development firm established to build and revitalize communities with a focus on economic growth and commercial developments. The firm also offers land use planning services and investment opportunities to both private and public clients.

Pamela also specializes in large scale industrial sales and investments. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor and master’s degree in Geography/Regional Planning and has worked with municipal planning and development to assist investors and developers in acquiring their land use entitlements for commercial properties. She has transitioned into the commercial real estate industry where she works with high-net-worth clients to obtain the best properties to fit their investment needs.

With much specialized knowledge of Florida’s industrial market, Pamela has a distinctive ability to source off market investment opportunities. She has been a vital part of assisting in the growth of her clients’ portfolios and has gained much success in the Florida real estate industry. Mark Levy

Mark Levy is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in logistics and industrial development. Following the October 2025 sale of Altman Logistics Properties, a company he founded and led as President, to FRP Holdings, Mark now serves as Chief Investment Officer at FRP. In this role, he oversees FRP Development Corp’s investment strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio performance across its logistics platform. He guides growth initiatives, optimizes returns, and ensures disciplined underwriting and execution throughout the investment lifecycle.

Over his extensive real estate career spanning over 25 years in logistics development, Mr. Levy has deployed over $12 billion of capital including large scale, multi-phase logistics development projects across South Florida, New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Mid Atlantic. He is considered one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate developers in the logistics sector and has been recognized by numerous trade associations and publications.

Before his tenure at FRP and Altman, he served as Chief Investment Officer at HRP Group, where he was instrumental in directing large-scale redevelopment projects nationwide and played a crucial role in establishing HRP's logistics platform, successfully overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of 20 million square feet of logistics space. Mr. Levy’s extensive experience encompasses senior leadership and capital deployment positions, including Head of Capital Deployment for the Eastern United States at Prologis, Vice Chairman at JLL, Senior Vice President for Florida at both Duke Realty and Opus, and Senior Investment Officer at Sumitomo Corporation of America.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Levy earned his degrees in Economics and English from Syracuse University. Among his many professional associations, he is a member of the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Governor of the NAIOP Research Foundation, and a leader of ULI’s Florida Industrial Development Council. Additionally, he is an advisor of the United States Chamber of Commerce, a member of the United States Capital Historical Association, an adjunct instructor of Georgetown University’s Master’s in Real Estate Capstone Program, and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County.

Dalton Easton, of Doral-based Easton Group, represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of industrial properties in Miami Dade County. Primarily focused on industrial leasing and acquisitions, he also sources and oversees new development deals on behalf of the family-owned real estate company and its development partners. Last Year, The Easton Group delivered approximately 400,000 square feet of new industrial space and it currently has more than 900,000 square feet currently under construction. Dalton is a third-generation Easton at the company founded by his grandfather, Edward W. Easton, nearly 50 years ago. Dalton graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Dusten Estes serves as Senior Vice President of Originations and National Director of Business

Development for Stonemont Financial Group. He joined Stonemont in 2016 and has taken on a

variety of roles and responsibilities during his time at the firm.

Mr. Estes has been heavily involved in the capital raising and development side of the business,

and has played an integral part in the phenomenal growth that Stonemont has experienced over

the last 7 years. He is primarily focused on deal origination for industrial development and helps

lead the national originations team through managing high-profile tenant relationships, working

to identify sites and executing agreements for tenants’ national development ventures. While at

Stonemont, he has originated over $1 billion in build-to-suit and speculative industrial

development projects.

Mr. Estes began his real estate career in the residential development business, where he oversaw

and managed the construction and development of over 600 single-family homes as a

construction manager. He then spent several years in site selection and development for retail

restaurants, and has franchised and owned over a dozen restaurants in the Pacific Northwest.

Additionally, Mr. Estes successfully repurposed 400,000 square feet of flex industrial buildings

in the Northeast U.S. into indoor trampoline parks during his time as owner and founder of Flight

Trampoline Parks, which he sold in 2015.

Mr. Estes and his wife currently reside in Alpharetta, GA with their four children.
