MPC-25A is a newly constructed, 56,494 SF flex building located at 10500 Marks Way, Miramar, FL 33025 within the 5.5 million square foot Miramar Park of Commerce business park.  The building’s location provides immediate access to all major thoroughfares connecting South Florida by way Florida’s Turnpike Extension.  MPC-25A is a street level building with a clear height of 14’.  The building has hurricane impact windows and can accommodate parking ratios of up to 8:1000. 

Equidistant from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, the Miramar Park of Commerce is a light industrial park campus in Southwest Broward County fronting the Florida Turnpike at the Red Road Interchange.  Since breaking ground in 1984, Sunbeam has developed the Miramar Park of Commerce into South Florida’s largest locally-owned and managed Business Park, with over five million square feet of office/service, laboratory, pharmacy, light manufacturing and distribution space.  The world class park is home to over 10,000 employees from more than 170 national and international companies.

As National Director, Industrial Services for the U.S., Stephanie focuses on overall growth of Colliers’ industrial business, including the establishment of new client relationships and expansion of existing affiliations. She promotes talent recruitment and retention to support Colliers’ best-in-class Industrial Services team as they accelerate client success.

Drawing on her 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Stephanie leads Colliers’ industrial platform, especially in providing thought leadership, research and marketing. She brings extensive experience in acquisitions, lease transactions and negotiations, asset management, and development projects.

Before joining Colliers, Stephanie spent nearly 15 years at Duke Realty Corporation where she rose to the level of Regional Senior Vice President, overseeing leasing for a multi-market, multi-million-square-foot portfolio in Central and South Florida in addition to leading property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region. Prior to her time at Duke, she held progressively more senior roles at Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.

Professionally, Traci has been working for Miller Construction Company since 1993 and became a shareholder with 9 other team members in 2011. She now serves as the Sr. Vice President and oversees business development & marketing, community relations, and is the champion of company culture. Traci lives in Plantation with her husband Troy McHatton. They have raised 3 children, the youngest of whom is a senior at Appalachian State University.

Since joining Butters Construction and Development in May of 2007, Adam has been involved in over $2,000,000,000 of industrial, office, and retail developments, as well as land acquisitions. He is responsible for the identification and underwriting of development and investment opportunities, obtaining debt and equity, as well as negotiating acquisition and financing documents.

Adam received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. He is involved in several organizations such as ULI, ICSC, NAIOP, CCIM, and University of Florida – FARE, as well as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Jewish National Fund.

Melissa Rose

Melissa is a Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She

has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, securing debt and joint venture

equity financing for a broad range of property types with a focus on Office and Industrial.

Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $3 billion in capital through first

mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity for a

variety of asset types throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining JLL, Melissa spent three years as a Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff.

Before that, she held acquisitions and in-house capital markets roles at Maxwelle Real

Estate Group in Aventura, Florida, and Eretz Group in New York City.

Melissa also serves as Director of Programming for the CREW Network Miami Chapter,

and has a seat on the Real Property Development Advisory Board at the University of

Miami School of Law. She earned a B.S. from University of Miami.

Steven McCraney

Steven E. McCraney, President & CEO of McCraney Property Company, has offices

in West Palm Beach, Orlando, FL. and Charlotte, NC. A self-made entrepreneur, he

and his team have developer of Industrial/distribution and office-flex properties.

Additionally, the company has developed and operated some 24 company-owned fuel

properties within the Florida markets. The company's present active Industrial /

distribution developments in South Florida, Orlando (Central Florida), Charlotte

and Atlanta total 6,600,000 sf for 2017 / 2018.

Mr. McCraney is an active member of The Florida Council of 100, The Orange Bowl

Committee, NAIOP’s National Board of Directors, and past President of NAIOP

South Florida. National Real Estate Investor magazine acknowledged McCraney to

its Top 50 list of US Industrial Developers for 2017. He was Developer of the Year

for Central Florida in 2013, 2014 and 2016. He was the former Chairman of the

YPO Florida, and serves on its Southern US Executive Board. He serves on the

University of Florida’s Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, Place of Hope

Children's Charity, Villanova University DiLella Center for Real Estate, and was

honored by the South Florida Business Journal as an Ultimate CEO. He holds the

CCIM Designation and is a delegate member of SIOR.

Mr. McCraney earned his degree from Villanova University, Villanova,

Pennsylvania, and has completed additional post graduate work at Harvard

Business School and Duke University.

He is an active alpine mountain climber, having scaled many of the world’s tallest

peaks for Children’s Charity "Place of Hope". Recent climbs include: The Avenue of

Volcanos, Cayambe, Ecuador 19,000', Elbrus, Russia – 18,510', Aconcagua,

Argentina-22,241', Kilimanjaro-Tanzania, Africa-19,340', Mt. Rainier14,411', the

Grand Canyon 48 Mile-24 Hour Challenge, and ran the Marine Corp Marathon –

Washington, DC.

Ed is President and Managing Principal of Mitchell Property Realty, Inc where he oversees all the operations of the company including investor relations, financing, development and acquisitions. Prior to founding Mitchell Property Realty, Ed served for over 11 years as Regional Senior Vice President of Duke Realty’s Florida Operations. During Ed’s tenure at Duke Realty, he was responsible for the development, marketing, leasing, and management of the company's office and industrial portfolios in Central and South Florida, which totaled more than 12 million square feet and was valued at approximately $1.6 billion. This included 240 tenants and 86 separate buildings.

Ed has been in the Florida real estate market for over 30 years. Prior to joining Duke Realty in 2007 as Senior Vice President of its South Florida operations, Ed was First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis for three years and Managing Director for four years. During this tenure, Ed invested and developed properties on his own behalf and for his clients. Ed also held positions as Director of Leasing and Development with Premier Commercial Realty for five years and Leasing Representative and Construction Manager with Trammell Crow Company for five years.
