Anthony Gragnano serves as Vice President for the South Florida High-Rise Division of FirstService Residential, providing daily operational and fiscal oversight of multiple properties in the region. Anthony has worked in the community association management field for more than 15 years, joining FirstService Residential as a Community Association Manager (CAM) in 2007.

Anthony is a member of the South Florida High-Rise Safety committee and serves as an internal subject matter expert, providing strategic direction and expertise to his team of regional directors and clients. In 2019, Anthony received the South Florida High-Rise President’s Award for his outstanding contributions to the industry.

Anthony has served on various condominium association boards as president, treasurer and secretary. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Anthony worked for a self-managed community as an on-site manager.

Jayme brings more than 12 years of experience in the association banking industry, preceded by a distinguished 30-year career as a property manager. She holds the prestigious PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI), reflecting her deep expertise and longstanding commitment to the community association industry.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Overton Construction & Consulting is a Florida- based design-build firm led by licensed General Contractor Paul Overton. We specialize in structural restoration, construction-defect consulting, Milestone Inspections, SIRS (Structural Integrity Reserve Studies), and general contracting services for commercial, condominium, and multifamily properties.

Jordan Litt, Vice President of Sales, is a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams. Jordan oversees both Construction and Service Sales, leading strategy, and execution across the organization’s revenue-generating functions.
