Summary

Delivering healthcare services to a rapidly growing number of Americans has increasingly connected healthcare providers and real estate executives in new ways. Strategic use of real estate has become a tool for health systems to reach more patients, compete, cut costs, and finance new projects, all while improving quality of care. And this has created enormous opportunity for the real estate industry. What does this mean for healthcare real estate development?

Join Bisnow for our 1st ever South Florida State of Healthcare program on August 24th 2017 as we gather Healthcare real estate professionals and top level health system and hospital executives from across the region to discuss the future the healthcare industry. We will explore the impact and outlook of out-patient care facilities, MOB leasing, healthcare development, new age design & technology trends, hospital system expansions, the impact of retail clinics and emergency centers, regulation, and the overall state of the healthcare market.

The panels will include some of the largest and most active healthcare systems in the region, as well as commercial real estate experts involved in the healthcare sector. Enjoy coffee and breakfast while networking with your friends and colleagues in the business!
