Dominique Allamand is the Co-Founder and Financial Director of AGD Developers, one of South Florida’s rising forces in luxury real estate development. Throughout her career at Bermello Ajamil & Partners (a Woolpert Company), she has led high-profile projects such as the NCL’s “Pearl” Cruise Terminal and Royal Caribbean's “Crown of Miami” Cruise Terminal in Miami, the new Disney Cruise Terminal in Fort Lauderdale, and multiple Cruise Terminals in Galveston, Texas.

Thais specializes in managing complex projects from Planning and Schematic Design all the way to Construction Administration and close-out. Her work has consistently involved collaboration with key stakeholders, including Customs and Border Protection, to ensure seamless project execution. A graduate with a Masters Degree in Architecture from Florida International University, Thais excels both independently and as a team leader. She is a fast learner and a natural at delegating responsibilities, always stepping up to tackle challenges head-on.

As senior project manager, Kristina is responsible for the daily oversight of her projects’ field and office teams, managing all business aspects of the preconstruction and construction phases while providing a great building experience for her clients. With 15 years working in the industry, Kristina’s portfolio consists of industrial, commercial, municipal, and historic renovation projects. Currently, she’s leading Shawmut’s ground-up, high-rise project, Excel Miami, a 24-story residential tower that will bring 427 apartment units to Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District.

As Founder and Chief Project Officer of The Common Area, Maureen serves to promote the boutique firm’s “client- centric” owners’ representative focus for both commercial and residential projects. Her company oversees all aspects of project management and advisory services including but not limited to strategic planning, contract negotiations, team procurement, scheduling, budget development, overseeing the permitting and construction process along with move-management & occupancy services.

Maureen’s experience collaborating with real estate advisory firms & family offices highlights her understanding of all processes of office leasing, property management, development and project management related to multiple specialties and asset types. She successfully launched The Common Area in 2018 as a result of seeing multiple ways to improve the client experience and create more stable, successful project outcomes. Core to the service is creating clear communication and providing accountability for all project players.

Maureen is known to foster an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing budgets, schedules and quality of performance by all vendors and contractors. Her team's strong communication skills and relationship-based approach enhances the process-driven management philosophy that has earned her loyalty from her clients and confidence from her industry partners.

As an industry innovator, she has since launched two new companies; filling needs her clients lacked solutions for which provide tangential and complementary services with long term home maintenance support for high net worth clients in need of close estate management and supporting aging in place renovations through Mango Management. Through Building Standard, the company she co-founded with her husband, they provide home inspections & handyman services. Her services have spread geographically beyond Florida to Texas, Georgia, New York & The Bahamas and continues to expand.

Robyn Raphael Dynan is the President of South Florida’s leading general contractor firm, RCC Associates, which specializes in building restaurant, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Robyn started from the ground up as a Project Coordinator, tenaciously learning every facet of the business, which precipitated her rise over a period of 20+ years to her current position, President. Under Robyn’s leadership, RCC Associates has reported annual year-over-year increases, including 30% revenue growth since 2020. In 2024, with a team of 110 employees, Robyn oversaw 36 projects, totaling approximately $140 million in revenue. Additionally, RCC has continued to maintain 90% repeat business and with 50% of employees having worked at RCC for over 7+ years, there is a strong sense of stability.

Robyn has initiated several leadership and mentoring programs for employees to help maximize their potential. Cristine Pacheco brings more than 30 years of expertise in communication, branding, and marketing, and currently leads all communication initiatives for Terra, a leading real estate development firm in South Florida. In her role, she oversees brand and marketing strategy, corporate identity, visual communications, advertising, public relations, social media, SEO, web development, and production management. Laura Kozelouzek is a recognized expert and visionary of the serviced hospitality and co-working industry for over 30 years. She is an innovator, and entrepreneur and well respected for her ability to create “high energy” results oriented co-working cultures.

She graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.

One of her greatest accomplishment was the creation of Quest Cares in 2012. A program that supports local nonprofits with complimentary office space and services through Quest. To date the program has donate over $650,000 to over a dozen deserving charities.

Laura plays a very active role in the workspaces community as board member of the Global Workspace Association, WANY, and All Good Workspace. She is also a frequent speaker at coworking, real estate and entrepreneurial conferences.

When she’s not in the office she can found spending her time with her teenage son Jordan on the ski slopes, scuba diving, or water skiing or traveling. To say Laura is an adrenaline junkie and adventurer would be an understatement!

Allison Goldberg is the Chief Marketing Officer for The Related Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, she served as marketing manager for Saks Fifth Avenue in Bal Harbour, handling strategic planning, PR, marketing, event planning and community relations. Before that, she worked for five years at the Miami-based public relations firm Beber Silvertstein where, among other responsibilities, she oversaw the McDonald’s Corporation’s community outreach, social media, overall strategic marketing plan, and budget. Her deep knowledge of the ways in which real estate and community development can intersect began during her years as the events manager and director of community relations for Dacra, where she focused on lifestyle, branding, and the transition of Miami’s Design District into a cultural, arts and design Mecca. Ms. Goldberg holds a degree in public relations and marketing from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA from Florida International University.
