During her tenure at Swire, Aguila also served for many years as Senior Vice President of Residential Sales, leading sales efforts for the company’s Brickell Key and Brickell City Centre developments. Under her leadership, Swire generated more than $2.5 billion in residential sales, including Tequesta Point, Courts Brickell Key, Carbonell, Asia, and Reach and Rise at Brickell City Centre—projects that significantly elevated Swire’s profile in both domestic and international markets.

In addition to directing residential sales, Aguila oversaw operations for Swire Realty, the company’s general real estate subsidiary, and managed sales documentation and accounting for luxury developments including Jade, a joint venture with Fortune International.

Earlier in her career, Aguila held senior leadership roles with several prominent real estate and development firms throughout the Southeast, including The Sunshine Group, Ben Franklin Properties, Lowell Homes, and Dayco Investment Corp. She began her professional career in public accounting, serving as a senior accountant with Hurdman and Cranston and Arazoza, Gravier & Company, both certified public accounting firms.

An accomplished equestrian, Aguila has earned multiple national and regional titles in the United States and Canada with her Arabian and half-Arabian horses. She is also a passionate advocate for equine-assisted therapy, serving on the board of Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Academy, supporting children and adults with disabilities. She resides at her equestrian facility in the Redlands with her daughter.

In this highly competitive industry, this experienced real estate developer stands out as a tenacious trailblazer backed by an accomplished academic performance. O’Lara (Palm Beach)

Key Takeaways:

  • Why wellness is now a revenue strategy: How health- and longevity-driven amenities, from oxygenated lobbies and advanced air and water purification to in-house medical concierge services, are driving faster absorption, pricing premiums, and stronger long-term demand across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

  • Inside the Longevity Blueprint (Cora & HQ case study): How Constellation Group is embedding wellness from pre-construction through daily operations, including planning, design, systems, programming, and operational standards that keep wellness performing long after delivery.

  • What’s table stakes vs. true differentiation: A side-by-side look at which wellness amenities are becoming standard and which features actually separate projects in today’s competitive market.

  • The amenities buyers and tenants actually use (and pay for): Practical insights into what resonates most today, including air and water quality upgrades, non-toxic materials, spa-forward recovery, sleep optimization, and frictionless wellness experiences that integrate seamlessly into daily life.

  • How wellness is being underwritten into deals: How developers and investors are factoring wellness into underwriting, deal structures, and ROI models, and where institutional and private capital increasingly sees long-term value and risk mitigation.

  • Certification, ESG & brand value: Why WELL, Fitwel, LEED, and ESG frameworks have become powerful market signals shaping development decisions, strengthening brand equity, and aligning projects with capital expectations.

  • The convergence of real estate, hospitality & healthcare: How branded residences and mixed-use developments are merging hospitality and healthcare, with doctors, nutritionists, and longevity specialists becoming part of the resident experience.

  • A tangible playbook of next-generation wellness features: Including environmental health (air & water purification, UV filtration, VOC-free finishes, biophilic design); sleep & light (circadian lighting, sound-proofing, smart glass); fitness & recovery (cold plunge, cryotherapy, red-light therapy, sauna/steam); mindfulness & community (meditation gardens, sensory zones, social wellness programming); and smart building systems monitoring wellness performance.
