Summary

  1. The open office has been under scrutiny for a while. Will this pandemic be its official end?

  2. If work from home extends beyond this pandemic, will renters opt for larger units to allow for home offices?

  3. Many apartment buildings now feature high ends gyms, coworking spaces, and pools. Will these amenities still be what people want after the pandemic?

  4. Touchless elevators and faucets were around prior to the pandemic. What other proptech is out there that can be used to help safeguard buildings?

  5. If people don't return to the office full-time, will we see the growth of apartments further from city centers?
