Since joining Butters Construction and Development in May of 2007, Adam has been involved in over $2,000,000,000 of industrial, office, and retail developments, as well as land acquisitions. He is responsible for the identification and underwriting of development and investment opportunities, obtaining debt and equity, as well as negotiating acquisition and financing documents.

Adam received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, with a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. He is involved in several organizations such as ULI, ICSC, NAIOP, CCIM, and University of Florida – FARE, as well as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Jewish National Fund.

Paul "PJ" Charlton joined CenterPoint as Senior Vice President, Investments, in 2015 to oversee the growth of the Company's Eastern Region portfolio. In this role, Mr. Charlton is responsible for executing CenterPoint's Eastern Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions, and collaborating with the entire regional team to look for new investment opportunities and add value within the existing portfolio.

Mr. Charlton brings more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate to the Company. Prior to joining CenterPoint, he served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments for KTR Capital Partners, where he led the sourcing, negotiation and execution of more than $1 Billion of industrial investment transactions in the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Charlton graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business from Wake Forest University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ford Gibson is a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. His development portfolio includes more than 16.5 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, manufacturing, and multifamily projects. He started in the business in Boston with Spaulding and Slye. After 6 years there he moved to Spectrum Properties in Charlotte and finally landing in South Florida with the Codina Group. Ford has led development teams on award-winning projects throughout South Florida and the east coast.

For more than 14 years he was instrumental in the growth of the Codina Group, first as the head of Codina Development then as the President of the entire group. While he was there he was the winner of many of the real estate industries most prized awards. Among them he was four times named Developer of the Year by the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks South Florida Chapter, twice named the Developer of the Year by the Industrial Association of Dade County, and in each year of his tenure at least one of his projects won individual awards from those two organizations. After he left Codina to start Gibson Development Partners he continued his string by landing another Building of the Year award from NAIOP. In addition, under Mr. Gibson’s leadership, Codina’s Medical Arts Building at Baptist won the BOMA World Wide Building of the Year.

Scott Gregory is the vice president, market officer, overseeing the company’s 15 MSF Industrial portfolio and team throughout

South Florida. He joined Prologis in 2012 in Central Florida and later expanded his responsibilities into South Florida and

relocated to Miami.

Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Gregory held leadership roles focused on leasing, asset management and land acquisitions for

Lincoln Property Company, RREEF and KB Home throughout the Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville markets. He has also served

four years as a captain in the U.S. Army, stationed in Hawaii and deployed around the world on peacekeeping and wartime

missions.

Mr. Gregory received his MBA from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New

Hampshire. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker, a CCIM, a NAIOP board member, and active within the local community.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward Alliance and the board of the South Florida chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties).

commercial land transactions. Mr. Smith's diverse background includes tenant and

landlord representation assignments, buyer and seller representation, land sales,

assembly of critical mass projects for large institutions as well as business park

leasing. Representing a wide range of companies, Mr. Smith's clientele list includes

medium to large owner/users, developers, private trusts, and large cap institutional

ownership. Brian’s 5 person team currently oversees the leasing of just over 7

million square feet of institutional grade industrial space located in various

submarkets throughout Miami Dade County.

Brian is a problem solver who enjoys steep challenges. Brian led the team

representing NBC Universal/Telemundo Enterprises in the record breaking lease of

over 550,000 SF for a world headquarters broadcast center in western Miami Dade.

The lease is the most valuable lease ever completed in Florida.

Experience

Since 1997, Brian Smith has been involved in many of South Florida's most important

industrial transactions. From 2002-2016 he served as Executive Director at Cushman

& Wakefield of Florida. Brian joined JLL in February 2016 as Managing Director and

serves as the Industrial Lead for S Florida. He also sits on JLL’s Industrial Executive

Council.

Brian has completed over 2 billion dollars in transactions over his 21 year career. His

5 member team averages approximately 2 million SF of transactions a year.

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from

Florida International University - Magna Cum Laude, and is a licensed real estate

salesperson, State of Florida. Mr. Smith is a member of the Society of Industrial and

Michael E. Boutzoukas concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate development, leasing, financing and business transactions. Michael provides clients with general consultation and guidance in legal matters to business clients, leveraging his own transactional experience with the firm’s specialists in taxation, employment law and securities to serve his clients’ needs. Mr. Boutzoukas’ peers call upon him to assist them with their clients’ real estate and business transactional disputes to gain perspective on the best course of resolution.

In 2009, he joined the approximately 450 Florida attorneys Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Board Certification by the Florida Bar is the highest level of recognition of an attorney’s competency and expertise in the areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida. Since 2018 Michael has been recognized by his peers as among the Best Lawyers in America© for Real Estate. Michael is actively engaged in the broader real estate community and regularly speaks before realtors, attorneys and businesses groups on commercial and residential real estate transactions, leasing issues, title matters, and ad valorem tax valuation challenges.

He also volunteers his time holding positions with the City of Clearwater, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and the Bay Area Real Estate Council. The Clearwater City Council appointed Michael to the Community Development Board. In that capacity, he conducts design review, evaluates historic applications and reviews requests for land use plan changes and rezoning. The Board serves as Local Planning Agency to review and advise City Council on the City’s Comprehensive Plan. He previously served on the Code Enforcement Board. At his church, Michael has served in leadership roles and as general counsel since 1993 and most recently elected President of the community for 2017.
