Don Steigman serves as COO of Jackson Health System in Miami which includes 5 hospitals ( Jackson Memorial Hospital, Holtz Women’s and Children’s Hospital (academic teaching hospitals for the University of Miami), Jackson North Medical Center, Jackson South Community Hospital and Jackson Behavior Health Hospital), two nursing home facilities, health plan, managed care, physician development, ambulatory care centers including five community centers, physician private practices, correctional medicine and other affiliated programs.

His career career includes , CEO and board member at Auditz, LLC. Prior to his role with Auditz, in his capacity with Parkland Healthcare Group, LLC, Don Steigman provided market analysis and oversight of operations and acted as interim Chief Executive Officer during a company’s acquisition of four hospitals.

In addition, Steigman served a senior Vice President of operations overseeing 16 hospitals in Florida and Alabama for a national health care organization for over 10 years . He was also responsible for overseeing a joint venture hospital with the Cleveland Clinic in Florida.

Previously, Don Steigman served in a number of positions that helped to develop his knowledge and expertise regarding health care management. After graduating from The George Washington University with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, Don Steigman went on to serve as an Assistant Administrator with Southwest General Hospital in San Antonio, Texas

Don Steigman is the former chair of the Florida Hospital Association and has held membership with the Federation of American Health Systems and the Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund Task Force.

Todd Sloan is Senior Vice President – East Region for Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (“HTA”). Mr. Sloan is responsible for overseeing the leasing for 6.3 million square feet of medical office buildings located primarily in the Southeast and Florida. Mr. Sloan has been with HTA in various leasing roles since 2013 and is Broker in charge for Healthcare Management of America in multiple states including Georgia, South Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, & Pennsylvania. Prior to joining HTA Mr. Sloan was VP of Leasing & Sales for HealthAmerica Realty Group and has over 15 years’ experience specializing in medically related commercial real estate.
