Why This Matters

Both the supply coming on line and the demand (seemingly never ending) in Silicon Valley remains at records highs for office and multifamily projects. However, as the continued increase in construction costs and other outside factors (politics, labor, etc.) impact development across the country, the effects are likely to be felt close to home here in Silicon Valley as well, ultimately making construction and development less feasible and more difficult.

Join Bisnow NorCal as as we discuss policies and practical solutions lenders, GCs, and developers have put in place (or are putting in place) to continue to operate at full capacity and efficiency as the robust pipeline in Silicon Valley goes from ideation to execution as well as the continued modular movement.
