Jeffrey Rogers and his team conduct commercial real estate development projects with private and institutional equity partners. Since Jeff founded Briggs Development in 2011, the company has built a track record of delivering attractive financial returns relative to the market.

Mr. Rogers began his career in 1994 at CB Commercial (CBRE) as an office leasing professional in Southern California. In 1996, he joined Colliers International in Northern California. In the Colliers Advisory Group (CAG), Jeff managed leasing transactions and provided financial statement impact analysis for enterprise tenants until 2011. From 2006 through 2008, Jeff was a partner in MJ Core Holdings focusing on land entitlement. He previously consulted for privately held development firms and family-owned entities in the development and stabilization of various projects in the Silicon Valley from 1999 to 2007.

He has served as a board member and/or fundraiser for the San Jose Police Activities League, the Bellarmine College Preparatory Dad’s Board, Links for Life and the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Jeff is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Rogers graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Finance Degree.

Jeff Birdwell joined Sares Regis Group in 1994 and manages the Northern California Commercial Division, overseeing Office, R&D, Industrial, and Retail developments. Prior to moving to Northern California, Jeff was employed with our affiliate Sares Regis Group in Irvine, California for seven years, responsible for development activity in the Los Angeles/Ventura County Regional office.

Patrick J. McRoskey is a Managing Director for CBRE, Inc. Mr. McRoskey leads CBRE’s leasing, property and project management on an award-winning, 4.5 million SF regional portfolio of Class A office properties. Those properties include the destination assets of 2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers in Century City and Water Garden, a creative office campus in Santa Monica. As the CBRE team leader servicing this portfolio, Pat works closely with J. P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets, the advisor for investors who own the portfolio’s properties.

Mr. McRoskey’s career experience has included providing advisory services and directing marketing and leasing activities for real estate portfolios totaling in excess of 10 million square feet. Prior to his current role at CBRE, Mr. McRoskey served for more than 16 years as Vice President of Leasing at MPG Office Trust where he was responsible for all brokerage and leasing transactions within the company’s nine million square foot downtown Los Angeles portfolio. Before his tenure at MPG Office Trust, he served as Director of Leasing for Hines in Los Angeles. Mr. McRoskey started his real estate career with CBRE in 1985. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Anthony Cataldo brings over 15 years’ experience in commercial architecture including retail, office, medical, and industrial projects to Lowney Architecture. He is a Licensed Architect in the State of California as well as a LEED AP, and has been actively involved with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and was President of the East Bay Chapter in 2012. Building Design and Construction magazine named Anthony one of the top 40 under 40 in 2014.

Paula C. Kirlin is a partner in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and is a member of the firm's West Coast Land Use and Environment Practice Group. She practices in the areas of land use, environment, government and public law, and sustainable development. Ms. Kirlin routinely advises clients on all aspects of the local land use entitlement process in California, including due diligence, permitting and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). In particular, she focuses on complex urban, mixed-use and transit-oriented development projects. Examples of projects for which Ms. Kirlin has provided land use diligence/entitlements and CEQA counsel include:
