Jessie works with private developers on land use and permitting issues throughout the state of Washington, with a specific focus on complex projects within complicated urban jurisdictions. In her twenty years practicing law, Jessie has made it her job to know all the right people. She has cultivated relationships throughout the industry and across a broad spectrum, including city officials, legislators, developers, and other decision makers. Her depth of contacts throughout the region allow for efficient and successful client engagements.  

Jessie's work with clients has resulted in the permitting of tens of thousands of multifamily units, several million square feet of Class A office, and thousands of hotel rooms. Candice Chevaillier has been selling commercial real estate investment property in the Seattle market for over 20 years.  She joined Lee & Associates as a Principal to spearhead the growth of their Multifamily practice and has built a stellar team of investment brokers on her direct team.  Prior to joining Lee, she was a top broker for various other national and local brokerage firms. Her commercial investment real estate sales total over $423M, to include 1,911 units across 172 buildings. Her reputation in the marketplace is sterling for her work ethic, industry leadership, and ability to create win/wins for clients on both sides of the negotiating table.

In 2024, Candice was a finalist for Multifamily Broker of the Year for Market Impact by NAIOP and CBA.  In 2023 and 2022, she received the Lee & Associates Circle of Excellence for Multifamily and the Globe Street Real Estate Forum Women of Influence in Investment Sales awards.  Candice has served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Broker’s Association (CBA) and the Rental Housing Association (RHA) and is active in the local Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) network. Before her shift to Commercial Real Estate, Candice earned her Master’s degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising, and worked in management consulting for Andersen Consulting, Accenture, and Avanade.  She has a passion for travel and adventure with her husband and two sons, and an intense work hard / play hard attitude.

Tammy Linden joined the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2017. Ms. Linden is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, manufactured housing communities, office and industrial, retail, self-storage, senior housing and hospitality. She is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.


Ms. Linden has more than 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience. She specializes in multifamily and manufactured housing communities, but also has knowledge and experience in commercial and industry lending from her prior employment with Security Pacific Bank, California United Bank, West One Bank and Sterling Savings. Prior to joining MMCC, Ms. Linden served as a Vice President Commercial Mortgage Originator with Union Bank, BofI Federal Bank and HomeStreet Commercial Capital. She was also a Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Broker with Banker’s Mutual and was a Director with Bond Street Capital, thus providing her with balanced commercial mortgage origination experience as a broker and a banker.


Ms. Linden is a graduate of Washington State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Economics. She is also a graduate of Security Pacific Bank Commercial Lending Training Program. Ms. Linden was a former board member of her sons’ high school booster clubs and continues to serve as an adult volunteer for Boy Scouts of America.

Ada Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Real Estate’s $3 billion portfolio. She has led the team’s redevelopment of 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, expanded the company’s footprint to Bellevue, and partnered with Seattle Housing Authority on its redevelopment of Yesler. Under her direction, Vulcan Real Estate has developed over 13 million square feet including 4,200 residential units, delivering an average of more than 500,000 square feet annually since 2004. Ada can be credited with Vulcan Real Estate’s widespread industry recognition for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.

Kari Magill directs Rowley Properties vision, strategy and real estate activities in the Pacific Northwest and leads the re-development of approximately 80 acres in Issaquah’s Hyla Crossing and Rowley Center neighborhoods. Under her leadership, Rowley Properties negotiated a 30-year development agreement with the City of Issaquah which sets the framework for smart, sustainable growth envisioned in Forterra’s Cascade Agenda – transforming existing properties into a denser, more livable, walkable community that celebrates the unique and special character of Issaquah. The Homewood Suites Seattle/Issaquah® and the new, urban streets that border it (Hyla Avenue and Skipper Way) were the first projects to be officially delivered within this new framework. Prior to that was the development of the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah and the 28,000 square-foot, LEED Gold certified, John L Scott office building. More recently, construction of a 70,000 square-foot four-story mixed-use office building featuring Issaquah’s first commercial use of mass-timber and the urbanization of its I-90 frontage road, NW Poplar Way, will be complete by October 2020.
Founded in 1954, and through three generations of mainstay leadership, Rowley Properties has deep roots in Issaquah; nobody knows Issaquah better. In total, Rowley Properties owns, develops, leases and manages 65 buildings representing almost a million square feet in a wide assortment of uses – commercial, residential, retail, flex, light manufacturing, medical, storage, and two hotels. Approximately 900 tenants are represented within the Rowley portfolio.

Joanna Callahan. As Principal of Hess Callahan Grey Group (HCG), Joanna has been active in developing sustainable, award-winning commercial office projects in Seattle with a focus on Fremont and the North Lake Union submarket. With deep ties to Seattle, HCG Group has earned a reputation for delivering high quality, distinctive spaces for tenants who value sustainability, innovation, and one-of-a-kind designs. Her current project, Northlake Commons, will be the largest mass timber project in Seattle. Using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Northlake Commons is also the first mass timber project designed to accommodate life science space.

Jo’s experience includes legal and development roles over her 10+ years in the real estate business, earning her recognition by the Puget Sound Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Leadership Awards as 2019’s “Up and Coming Developer.” Her projects have been recognized with awards including, NAIOP WA Office Development of the Year, NAIOP WA Sustainable Development of the Year, and Architizer A+ Award. Jo holds a B.A. from Yale, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and a law degree from the University of Washington.

Maria has over 30 years of diverse commercial real estate experience in disciplines ranging from development, sales and leasing, to asset management and finance. Maria and the Real Retail team exclusively represent over three-quarters of a million square feet of urban mixed-use centers and new community and lifestyle centers in the greater Seattle area including past and present notable projects such as Amazon’s World Headquarters, Rainier Square, Kirkland Urban, Ballard Blocks I & II, Everett Riverfront, The Meridian, 7th & Pine and TwoPine. Maria’s past experience also includes the successful lease-up of ground up developments including of Green Lake Village, Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah, Kent Station in Kent, and Bella Bottega in Redmond where she played a leadership role in pre-development, pre-marketing and transaction phase of the development cycle on each project. Maria’s present and past experience is also comprised of facilitating several specialty retailers and restaurants in their expansion strategies in the Pacific Northwest including: Equinox, Soul Cycle, Shake Shack, Sephora, Athleta, Old Navy, William Sonoma, West Elm, Trader Joe’s and The Container Store.

Using the knowledge and expertise she acquired while working on a wide range of projects of all sizes throughout the region, Maria provides her clients with extensive information and awareness about the unique retail environment in the Pacific Northwest. Maria approaches each assignment as a partnership to ensure long-term project and tenant success. While working at Wright Runstad & Company Maria provided retail leasing, operations and property management services for their Class A office portfolio. This experience gives Maria valuable insight and lends a holistic approach to the challenges of

leasing. While at Teranomics Retail Services, Maria was a strong contributor to the Seattle Office’s overall success and helped instigate the Teranomics merger with Federal Realty. Maria later acquired the rights to the Seattle Office of Teranomics which she parlayed into a partnership with Blatteis Realty for several years. In 2004 Maria formed Real Retail and has since maintained a dominant role in the retail landscape in the Greater Seattle Region.

Prior positions include a Sales & Marketing Associate with Colliers - The Seeley Company in Los Angeles. While earning a degree in Business Administration, with a dual emphasis in Finance & Marketing at the University of Southern California, Maria also held a variety of internship positions including an advertising and marketing internship at New World Pictures in Los Angeles, an industrial brokerage internship at Grubb & Ellis Brokerage firm in Torrance, and also worked as a retail sales

associate at Ann Taylor in Century City where she was a top producer selling to entertainment industry wardrobers.

Maria is a past member of the Board of Directors for Plymouth Housing Group, where she served as Co-Chair for three years for Seattle Dances, a high-profile event where local celebrities and professional dancers perform in support of Plymouth Housing Group. She is on the President’s Round Table of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Maria grew up in Seattle where she attended Forest Ridge Girls School and Seattle Preparatory School.

Holly uses her deep land use experience to deliver clients solutions to complex urban land development and permitting issues. Serving as counsel on some of the region's most significant real estate development projects, Holly works with residential, commercial, life science, and non-profit clients. Denice Tokunaga is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and the Seattle office co-managing partner. She collaborates with private and public companies, developers, government entities, utilities, and institutional investors on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions and disposition, and development. Denice has strong experience in industrial leasing, having negotiated leases for more than 150 million square feet for the fulfillment, distribution, data center, and other industrial uses.

Wilma Warshak has been a widely recognized leader in virtually all aspects of the industrial real estate advisory and brokerage business for more than twenty years. During that time she has represented major corporate clients and many of the nation’s largest institutional and private investors, including RREEF, Prologis, TA Associates, Cutter & Buck, Sears, Amazon.com, Boeing, Macy’s, Blackrock, IIT, Cornerstone Advisers, Safeway, Teutsch Partners, Blue Nile, Port of Tacoma, Versacold, and Panattoni.

In recent times, Wilma completed the year’s largest single market industrial investment sale on the West Coast: one million square feet for the James Campbell Company of Hawaii and San Francisco. Following this, Wilma sold BlackRock’s 400,000 square-foot Portside Distribution Center and the 445,000 square-foot Kent 167 Distribution Center to Prologis.

Wilma was Colliers International’s top producing industrial broker in the Northwest for 18 years. Eighteen times she received the prestigious Colliers International Award for Excellence, given annually to the top five percent of Colliers professionals worldwide. In addition, she was named Colliers International Top Professional North America.

Known in the industry for effectiveness, access to decision-makers and creativity in representing clients’ strategic long-term interests, Wilma has three times earned the Industrial Broker of the Year Award for Washington State SIOR, and has been a finalist multiple times. The national industry research firm Costar has repeatedly named her Power Broker. Through her national and local work she has built a wide network of professional relationships that help her uncover opportunities and negotiate effectively.

Wilma has mentored others in the industry as an instructor in the University of Washington’s Real Estate Program for the past several years. She has served as President of Washington State SIOR and founded and headed the local chapter for CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Professionals). She is sought after as a speaker, having addressed numerous industry meetings and conferences throughout her career.

Wilma received a Masters of Architecture from the University of Washington. She is a registered architect and, early in her career, worked on the design and planning of several commercial projects at NBBJ in Seattle.

A-P Hurd’s 25-year career spans real estate, finance, and technology. Her

experience leading a real estate company has made her a strong investment and risk manager. A-P is known for her ability to innovate in a highly regulated industry and think strategically about how public policy and technology are shaping her sector.

Since founding SkipStone in 2017, A-P has advised public, private, and non-

profit clients. SkipStone’s work is grounded in leadership of land use and development projects, taking sites through entitlements, financing, and construction. SkipStone’s work also extends to structuring and negotiating complex transactions at the intersection of public and private interests, such as negotiating a 30-year TOD development agreement between the City of San Jose and Google. A-P has also developed innovative capital structures for creating workforce housing without public subsidy, provided leadership on large scale light-rail infrastructure projects, and institutional campus master plans.

Prior to founding SkipStone, A-P worked at Touchstone—a leading developer in Puget Sound—from 2007 to 2017. There, she assembled a leadership team and executed a merger/transition that delivered a successful exit for the founders. In 2014 A-P became President and delivered nearly $2B of new buildings at top-of-market rents and sales prices, working closely with institutional capital partners. Under her leadership, the company earned several awards, including National Developer of the Year.

Prior to Touchstone, A-P’s career was focused on finance and operations. She worked for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider, and her work there (as well as much of her graduate research) concentrated on complex systems architecture. She also traded interest rate derivatives for RBC, the largest Canadian bank.

A-P chairs the board of Low Tide Properties (a REIT with assets in the US and Canada) and is also an advisor to Pinnacle OZ, a national Opportunity Zone-focused investment fund. Past director/ board advisor roles include: OAC

Services (national project management firm), Blueline Group (engineering), tech companies including CityBldr, Optio3 and OneBuild. On these boards, she has experience as Audit Committee and NomGov committee chair.

A-P also serves on the board of the Pacific Real Estate Institute (Chair-elect), the Downtown Seattle Association (NomGov Committee), and the Community Development Roundtable (CDRT, past-Chair). She has served on many other non-profit and industry boards including the Seattle Chamber and Friends of Waterfront Seattle. From 2010-2019, A-P was a Runstad Fellow and taught a graduate course in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington. She frequently speaks on economic and regulatory issues and in 2012, she published The Carbon-Efficient City with the University of Washington Press.

Susan Boyd is Bellwether Housing’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the organization’s overall direction and strategy since 2017. Under Susan’s leadership as CEO, Bellwether Housing has dramatically expanded its pace of affordable housing development and acquisition. She previously served as Bellwether’s Director of Real Estate Development, following a 12-year career as an attorney with the firm Kantor Taylor Nelson & Boyd. This background gives Susan a uniquely broad perspective on the intricacies of financing and developing affordable housing, the challenges of operating an organization in a complex regulatory environment, and the importance of building relationships across sectors to accomplish one’s mission. Susan currently serves on the Affordable Housing Committee of King County’s Growth Management Planning Council, the Downtown Seattle Association Board of Directors, and the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County Board of Directors.

As Executive Vice President of Development for Related Northwest, Ms. Kondor is responsible for

establishing Related’s presence in the northwest while leading and managing all aspects of development

and financing for affordable developments. Since opening the Related NW office eight years ago, she

has delivered over 1,000 units of high-quality affordable housing in the Portland Metro area. Ms. Kondor

recognizes that each RNW project holds the potential to not only address the region’s housing crisis, but

to create robust and enriching service programs, catalyze neighborhood growth, and promote equitable

access to high-opportunity communities. Executing projects of this caliber requires outstanding partners,

and Stef prides herself on integrating first-rate development teams and forging dynamic public-private

partnerships.

Prior to joining Related, Ms. Kondor was Director of Real Estate Development for Central City Concern

where she managed the land acquisition, entitlements, and due diligence process for the development of

new clinical and affordable housing in Portland, Oregon. During her time at CCC, she received Housing

Oregon’s Star Player Award in 2017 and led the development team recognized as the top affordable

housing developer by the Daily Journal of Commerce in 2018. She developed award winning projects

receiving the AIA/AAH design award for Healthcare Design as well as the Novogradac New Market Tax

Credit QLICI of the Year for her development of the Blackburn Center. In 2024, she was the recipient of

the Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award and the Daily Journal of Commerce’s Women

of Vision Award. In 2025, Ms. Kondor was also recognized by the Daily Journal of Commerce as one of

Oregon’s top 250 Influential People. Most recently she received Novogradac’s Development of Distinction

Award for the 2026 LIHTC Development that Best Exemplifies Metropolitan Community Impact for her

work developing Glisan Landing.

Ms. Kondor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at

the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently a commissioner for the State of Oregon’s Land

Conservation and Development Commission and formerly served as a board member for Boys and Girls

Club, Portland State University’s Real Estate Program board member, Housing Commission for the City

of Portland and various other public commissions.

Elizabeth is an award-winning designer and collaborative leader whose work brings together design excellence, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of people and place. She co-leads the Interior Design practice and Creative Workplace Alliance at Mithun, where she champions inclusive, forward-thinking approaches to design and workplace strategy.

With a career spanning workplace, hospitality, science, higher education, healthcare, and cultural projects, Elizabeth has led transformative workplace design for Fortune 100 companies and diverse organizations across the country. Her recent cultural work includes the renovation of the public and amenity spaces at Benaroya Hall and the café and lounge at MOPOP.  Her holistic, concept-driven approach creates environments that connect people, support culture, and advance organizational goals.

Elizabeth is known for bringing people together around a shared vision. Through her collaborative leadership, mentorship, and commitment to design excellence, she creates opportunities for teams and clients to contribute meaningfully to the design process.

Ashlee has 15 years of industry experience focused on healthcare design. She appreciates the complex needs often found in healthcare and is passionate about creating meaningful spaces that support wellness for people, healthcare professionals and their surrounding community. With varied experience in community health centers, behavioral health and wellness facilities, and large-scale commercial amenity spaces, she brings a variety of experience to her projects. Ashlee’s process is most inspired by listening to our clients’ unique perspectives and translating them into dynamic interior spaces.

Amie Sullivan is a managing principal at KPFF’s Seattle office and a member of the

firm’s board of directors. She has led structural teams responsible for delivering major

corporate, institutional, manufacturing, logistics, and private estate projects and is

recognized for advancing heavy timber and mass timber construction. Her work has

been featured in STRUCTURE Magazine and presented at industry events, including

the International Mass Timber Conference. Amie is also a long-time advocate for

increasing opportunities and visibility for women in engineering and construction.

Cori Palmer joined Mortenson in 2009 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound. As Market Executive, Cori is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients to partner on their business objectives and growth plans. She has expertise in a wide range of markets, including healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and water infrastructure. Through her exceptional use of listening, communication, problem-solving, and awareness of market trends, Cori collaborates with teams and partners to develop pristine solutions that benefit every party involved. She makes it her mission each day to help create and lead an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and motivated to put their best foot forward to work together with our customers and partners to build lasting facilities for our communities.

As Co-President & Chief Development Officer, Kim oversees the firm's acquisition, entitlement, development, and construction activities across the Puget Sound Region. Kim leads a development and construction pipeline of more than a billion in development and construction for mixed-use, multi-family and commercial projects ranging from 100 units to more than 600 units, plus commercial office, restaurant, and retail spaces. Kim has led the development and construction of over 2,500 units within 20 projects across six Eastside jurisdictions and Seattle over the past twelve years. In 2016 Kim was named “40 Under 40” by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Kim has over twenty years of diverse experience in real estate development and construction.

Kim, a native Eastsider, attended Eastlake High School in Sammamish and then earned a scholarship to Santa Clara University, where she played Division I College Basketball for four years. Kim is a Designated Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington and serves on the Santa Clara University Real Estate Advisory Board, and is also a member of the ULI Multi-family Product Council. She participates on various committees and boards within the industry.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys coaching her kid’s sports teams and playing basketball. Kim and her husband Mark live in the Kirkland neighborhood with their two daughters.

Susan Jones is a Seattle architect and founder of award-winning architectural firm, atelierjones. atelierjones is a national leader in driving new pathways within architecture, advancing new lower-carbon, mass timber systems by designing and building prototypes at multiple scales, girded by Susan’s leadership in multiple international collaborations to create change at scale and insure rigor on multiple levels. atelierjones, a solely woman-owned architectural firm, designs mass timber prefabricated single-family houses and urban infill residential to as well as large, mass timber middle-income residential buildings which specifically advance new building codes to allow lower carbon construction that Susan helped craft and guide through the ICC Tall Wood Building Code regulatory processes. Her prolific work over the last nine years to advance and restructure the carbon intensive construction industry towards lower carbon materials is an exemplary example for the role that architects can play to innovate at all scales, and urgently lower our carbon footprint. She regularly partakes in rich, cross-disciplinary dialogues from the local to the international to help understand and better promote sustainable forest practices and manages her own family-owned 140-acre forest in the San Juan islands.

A third-generation native of the Pacific Northwest, Susan grew up in Bellingham, and has raised her family in Seattle. She earned her B.A from Stanford in Philosophy, and her M.Arch from the Harvard GSD. Licensed in multiple states, she has been a visiting design critic at numerous universities, and is Affiliate Associate Professor of Architecture at the University of Washington. Susan was made a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 2010, and has been working for architects since she was sixteen.

Sarah King is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty, working to advance the sustainability performance of all new and existing buildings in the Kilroy portfolio. She leads the sustainability team and its efforts on operational & embodied carbon, energy efficiency, renewable energy, health & wellness, water use & waste reductions, and positive social impact.

Sarah has been working in the sustainability field for over 20 years. Prior to joining Kilroy, she held sustainability roles at Skanska USA Commercial Development and DuPont. She has also worked for several NGOs, including Climate Mayors and the Environmental Law Institute.

She earned a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business. Sarah holds LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and WELL AP credentials. She volunteers on the Net Impact Advisory Board at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and sits on the Advisory Board of the Carbon Leadership Forum. Sarah is an Aspen Institute Catto Fellow.

Coriann advocates for clients by focusing on their unique needs and values. She joined Lewis in 2005 and quickly rose to a leadership role, shepherding big projects and mentoring others through their own rising careers. She’s been a champion of operational excellence and has led some of Lewis’ most innovative projects, including Building Cure for Seattle Children’s Research Institute and the Stuart and Molly Sloan Precision Oncology Institute for Fred Hutch Cancer Center. Coriann serves on the board of directors for the Washington chapter of NAIOP and is a frequent speaker in the University of Washington Construction Management program, industry conferences, and community events with a focus on developing high-performing teams and increasing opportunities for women and minorities in the built environment. She’s also been instrumental in leading Lewis’ Women’s Development Group, aimed at providing professional development resources and a forum for female employees to share best practices. Away from work, Coriann is passionate about getting outdoors in the Pacific Northwest with her family, and spends as much time as possible feeding her curiosity and love of learning through
travel.

Emily Thompson has an expertise that spans the spectrum of real estate development having worked with non-profits, for-profits, and market rate developers on commercial and residential projects for the last 18 years. At GMD she has worked on the preservation and development of affordable housing across the Pacific Northwest, and she currently has approximately 500 units of new housing in Seattle under planning and construction. Throughout Emily’s career in affordable housing, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the community with the development high quality housing in places of high need. Emily is involved in the Housing Development Consortium of King County as the co-chair of the Tax Credit Affinity Group, and she is a co-chair of the Affordable and Workforce Housing product council with ULI Northwest. She attended the Master’s Degree Program in Urban Planning, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree, from the University of Washington in Seattle.
