What You'll Learn:

What You’ll Learn:

  • Hear how districts and universities are executing multi year master plans, capital improvements, and new construction to stay ahead of aging infrastructure and utilize bond programs.

  • Gain insight into how Washington's School Construction Assistance Program (SCAP) is reshaping the capital project pipeline and what districts are doing to compete for state matching funds, and how the February 2026 election results set up the next wave of construction activity across King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

  • Examine how Public-Private Partnerships are structured, financed, and executed, and why more PNW universities are using them to accelerate campus housing delivery.

  • Learn how Oregon's school construction market is shifting as Portland Public Schools executes the largest bond program in state history and what the $1.8 B rebuild of Jefferson, Cleveland, and Ida B. Wells means for the regional construction market.

  • Gain insight into how leading universities are closing the growing gap between on-campus bed supply and student demand across PNW universities.

How You’ll Do More Business: The Pacific Northwest is undergoing the most expensive school construction cycle in its history while simultaneously confronting a structural undersupply of student housing at its flagship universities. These two trends are unfolding in parallel, drawing on many of the same contractors, labor pools, architects, and capital sources. Join us as we bring together the leaders behind these transformative projects to discuss bond programs, campus expansions, major capital projects, delivery methods, the evolving student experience, and what it takes to get projects moving from planning to groundbreaking in today's environment.

Who You'll Network With At This Discussion: School districts, universities, developers, facility directors, investors, architects, contractors, consultants, lawyers, financial institutions, and government officials.
