Morris Aldridge, with 39 years in education, currently heads planning and construction for Tacoma Public Schools (TPS). Holding an undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Education from Sul Ross State University, Morris has played key roles as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent in Texas. TPS, the only Washington state school district with agency certification in Design Build, reflects Morris’s commitment to innovative approaches.

Having served as the past President of the DBIA NW Western Washington Chapter, Morris currently holds the position of DBIA Northwest Regional Vice President. He leads a Design-Build roadshow, guiding public school districts in transitioning from traditional design-bid-build to Progressive Design-Build. Morris Aldridge’s impact extends beyond TPS, making him a respected speaker in facilities planning, capital projects, and construction bond initiatives.

Brian’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people experience place. As a Principal focused on K–12 design, he partners closely with owners, educators, and stakeholders to shape environments that are both purposeful and adaptable. His experience across Progressive Design-Build, GC/CM, and public bid delivery allows him to guide projects with clarity, balancing budget, schedule, and site-specific challenges to reach thoughtful, well-resolved outcomes.

Evan Haines is Vice President of Preconstruction at Korsmo Construction, bringing 15
years of experience leading commercial construction projects and teams throughout
Washington State. He specializes in alternative project delivery, including progressive
design-build and GCCM, with extensive experience in the K-12 and public sectors.

Evan’s work is centered on bringing owners, designers, builders, and trade partners
together early in the process to create alignment around project goals, manage risk, and
deliver predictable outcomes. He is passionate about collaborative leadership,
preconstruction, and using alternative delivery methods to maximize value on each
project.

A veteran school district leader and capital programming expert, Wade has planned, raised and supported over a billion dollars of successful K-12 facility improvements. He has helped organizations and communities deliver award-winning academic, athletic, and technical facilities that consistently exceed expectations. Through years of long-range planning and bond/levy programming experience, Wade has helped school districts build effective long-range facility plans, gain community trust and pass measures.

With over two decades of successful school district leadership, he leverages a collaborative approach, exceptional communication skills, and seasoned expertise to every project he manages.

I am committed to providing housing and dining environments that support community development, student success, and employee engagement.
