Maria has successfully managed the development of 65+ mixed use residential housing projects totaling over $1 billion worth of real estate development projects in Seattle. Ms. Barrientos has been named one of the most influential urban-infill developers in Seattle, a 2015 Puget Sound Business Journal “Woman of Influence”, and is categorized by her peers as innovative, thoughtful, and creative - creating housing that incorporates many forward-looking trends. Maria has also been called a “solution-based” community developer by many. Maria also spends considerable amounts of time as a volunteer with numerous community-based organizations, particularly on Capitol Hill, Uptown, and the University District.

Jordan Lott is President and CEO of Lake Washington Partners, a real estate development company he co-founded in 2006. The company was founded on the vision to build one of the US’s great real estate portfolios. In his role, Jordan oversees all aspects of the business including capital deployment, leasing and property management operations. Jordan takes a hands-on approach and fosters long-term relationships with LKWP’s staff, tenants, vendors, and the community at large. His passion for real estate was ignited by his grandfather, Manny Lott, a pioneer in Seattle’s real estate scene in the 1960s, ‘70s and ‘80s.

Jordan’s dedication to mentorship and advancing industry standards is evident through his active roles in the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, as a lifetime Research Foundation Governor for NAIOP, and as a Board Member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). His educational background in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business complements his practical experience, making him a versatile thought leader in the industry.

David Schore is the Founder of Mark Holdings and has over 30 years of experience working across all major strategies in multifamily, office, retail, and industrial. The company, along with its affiliates, has executed in excess of $1.4 billion in transactions. David has also held senior executive positions at Vanbarton Group and Mack Real Estate Group (MREG). Mark Holdings is currently focused on acquiring and renovating underperforming apartment communities throughout the Puget Sound region, a market in which David has been an active developer and operator since 2012. David attended Bates College, received a B.A. with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

J.P. Harlow is Managing Director for the West Region. Based in Seattle, Wash., Mr. Harlow is responsible for expanding Rockefeller Group’s presence on the West Coast, specifically sourcing industrial, residential and office projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. He also coordinates and sources equity, debt, and secure venture partners for the new markets. Mr. Harlow was formally with Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”).

Mr. Harlow was previously Senior Vice President, Head of Washington for Lincoln Property Company, where he developed and led the company’s investment strategy for the region with a specific focus on large-scale, mixed-use JV developments, repositioning existing commercial assets, and growing the third-party property management platform. In his five years at LPC, he sourced, capitalized, and closed more than $1.5 billion in joint venture projects.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.

Ms. Escamilla is a passionate advocate of her local community and the Client Development Manager for Washington and Oregon for Terracon Consultants and Engineers. Ms. Escamilla transitioned over into Client Development from 15 years in the AEC industry delivering high quality technical deliverables and top of the line customer service to her vast network of public and private clients in the field of Industrial Hygiene and Hazardous/Regulated Building Materials Services. Ms. Escamilla is a former Department Manager, Principal in Charge and Shareholder of her previous firm, who lead an amazing team of environmental scientist and CAD drafters. Derica thrives in mentoring and leading her teams to their full potential and being there for them personally and professionally to meet their goals.

Since moving to the Seattle area in 2005, Ms. Escamilla has volunteered and dedicated much of her free time to coaching the youth in her community in various sports (mostly basketball), been involved in local DEI committees, and volunteered on the city boards hoping to make an impact. She has a passion for community activism and keeps a pulse on those that are struggling and less fortunate with her grassroots efforts of always learning from those around her, always being curious, asking the hard questions, and driving change where she can.

Alec oversees the investment arm of Unico’s development team and is responsible for sourcing opportunities and executing on existing development projects across all Unico markets. He manages site selection, due diligence, and feasibility, acquisition, underwriting, programming and design, deal structuring, capitalization, and leasing. Since joining Unico in 2012, Alec has completed over $2 billion in acquisition, development, and financing transactions.

Before joining Unico, Alec was an Analyst at Brighton Jones where he helped to manage funds across several publicly traded asset classes.

Coming from a general contractor for the last 16 years, Jason has a deep understanding of our clients’ business. Jason utilizes this to strengthen the teamwork between our clients, design teams, and Holmberg. His depth of expertise in project management guides and strengthens the “Holmberg Way”, develops teams, and supports the business goals. His ability to communicate and hone in and solve problems allows him to quickly develop strong relationships founded on trust. Andrea Barry has over two decades of experience in creative professional services, with a focus in the real estate development, hospitality, architecture, engineering, construction, and design industries. She holds a BFA in Visual Communication with an emphasis in Design and Marketing and is a Certified LEED Green Associate. Throughout her roles in design, advertising, marketing, program management, and business leadership, her passion has been helping clients achieve their business objectives through creative storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and innovative communication strategies. As the Director of Client Success for NINE dot ARTS, Andrea focuses on strengthening client relationships while helping partners achieve maximum value and engagement through their curated art programs and creative placemaking efforts. She is especially focused on helping clients leverage opportunities for positive social impact and meaningful contributions to the creative economy.

Ashley Sherwood is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw in Seattle and represents general contractors, subcontractors, and developers of all sizes on various sizes and types of projects. She helps clients navigate projects from start to finish and has a keen focus on commercial and residential building construction, heavy civil infrastructure, fabrication, and government contracts.

Norman’s interest in architecture began at an early age. He gravitated toward health facility design because it offers the opportunity to comfort and support people who are going through traumatic experiences. Norman oversees the health facility design studios for HKS’ south central region. He has managed projects of all sizes, from large, complex academic medical centers to small community clinics. To Norman, each has the same objective: to understand the client’s needs and deliver a project that exceeds expectations.
