Mr. Guincher is the president of Continental Properties LLC (“CP”), with over thirty years of

experience in the real estate industry, and has directed the development of over 3,800 multifamily

units over the past twenty-five years in the Puget Sound region. CP has developed the

highest quality apartments and condominiums in the Seattle area, setting numerous price per unit

and absorption records for the region.

Mr. Guincher holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Real Estate from the

University of British Columbia. He has been married for twenty-six years, with two children,

ages twenty-two and nineteen.

Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.

Blake Carbonatto is a Vice President of The Rush Companies, running Rush Capital, Inc. to provide advisory services to affiliated real estate partnerships and external clients. He is primarily responsible for financing, asset management, and development in the greater Seattle area. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Blake graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Foster School of Business. As a commercial real estate mortgage banker, Blake placed over a billion dollars in debt and equity transactions with life insurance companies, banks, CMBS lenders, pension funds, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Blake is an expert in construction financing, having originated over a half a billion dollars in loan production for a national bank. He has spent his entire career in commercial real estate finance, with roles including underwriting, business development, asset management, and loan production.

Blake is actively involved with Northshore Young Life as a board member, and busy with industry organizations as member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and Belden Club Steering Committee. Blake lives in Bothell, WA with his wife and three kids

Chris Foley specializes in entitlement, financial analysis and land acquisition. Chris works with some of the largest clients in Northern and Southern California including Tishman Speyer, Lennar Urban, TMG Partners, Morgan Stanley, The Pauls Corporation, CIM Group, Trumark Urban and others. Over the past decade, Chris has brokered and consulted on land transactions involving over ten thousand condominium residences and apartments. Since 2012, Chris has brokered over $400 million for Polaris Pacific clients in the San Francisco area. Chris spends his time and expertise helping non-profit organizations such as the Homeless Prenatal Program, Sword to Plowshares, Family House and United Playez; he is also a board member at the Chinese American International School in San Francisco.

Jeremy Vermilyea is a shareholder with the law firm of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, with over 15 years of experience representing general contractors, specialty contractors, developers, design professionals and other members of the construction industry. He leads the firm’s construction industry group and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on matters of importance to the construction industry.

Paul Rahimian is a third generation developer and general contractor that has developed over $350MM in commercial and residential projects throughout Southern California,

including retail strip centers, condominium projects, apartment buildings, custom homes,

office buildings, horizontal land development, and mixed use projects.

Paul has also worked in the capacity of a General Contractor, building major governmental projects, including colleges, schools, police departments, jail houses,

community centers, and hospitals. As a construction lender, Paul has the vision of a developer

and works with the borrower and contractor as a team to help the project be successful.

Brent Robinson, PE, SE, quickly climbed in leadership status at DCI since joining the firm in 2000. His success and reliability to deliver full phase building projects paved his way to becoming a principal. His project highlights include the Neptune Apartments in Seattle; the Totem Lake Marriott Hotel in Kirkland, Washington; the Creekside Village Retail Complex in Mill Creek, Washington; and The Palms condominiums in San Francisco. Brent is involved with several in-house structural design committees, including the tilt-up concrete committee which he chairs. Brent is also a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington (SEAW); American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC); and the Tilt-Up Concrete Institute.
