Brad Hinthorne is a Principal with the 120-person Seattle office of leading global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will. Brad brings nearly three decades of experience with complex urban projects, including leadership roles on master planning, programming and design efforts for a diversity of public and private clients across a variety of practice areas including healthcare, higher education, corporate, commercial and civic. In addition to his management and leadership responsibilities, Brad heads Perkins+Will’s healthcare practice in Seattle, including serving as Managing Principal for the Swedish First Hill Expansion, one of the largest healthcare expansion projects in the country.

Rob is the Chief Investment Officer at Unico. He is responsible for leading Unico’s investment team, developing strategy and sourcing new investment opportunities, and playing a central role in capital formation initiatives for the firm.

Josh Khanna joined the Expedia Global Real Estate team in 2014. She is currently Director Global

Operations for Real Estate. Her prior responsibilities have included the site development and construction

for the EG Seattle Campus, from campus master plan to management of the site and planned amenities.

Previously, Josh was the Regional Lead for the Asia Pacific region for Expedia, Inc. She has 15+ years’

experience in domestic and international corporate real estate including planning, strategy, design,

construction, and facilities coordination.

Josh has participated in panels at Green Build Summit 2020, CoreNet Tech Symposium 2019, CoreNet

Global2017 and 2021, CoreNet/CREW event 2017and Future Offices 2017, among others. She is

incoming President, CoreNet WA Chapter Board for 2023 and is the Secretary for Spark Northwest, a

regional non-profit.

These multi-floor installations encompassed community amenity spaces, commercial interiors, and public outdoor spaces. His projects included spaces designed for the leading companies based in the area as well as multi-state organizations.

Today, Nyles is the Director of Workplace Consultants for OpenSquare, leading a team of people who specialize in commercial environments. He is passionate about helping clients to fulfill their goals by providing community and commercial environments that support users, residents, guests, and employees. His focus is on partnering with architects, designers, commercial real estate professionals, and corporate leaders to achieve their business goals through well-planned spaces.
