J.P. Harlow is Managing Director for the West Region. Based in Seattle, Wash., Mr. Harlow is responsible for expanding Rockefeller Group’s presence on the West Coast, specifically sourcing industrial, residential and office projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. He also coordinates and sources equity, debt, and secure venture partners for the new markets. Mr. Harlow was formally with Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”).

Mr. Harlow was previously Senior Vice President, Head of Washington for Lincoln Property Company, where he developed and led the company’s investment strategy for the region with a specific focus on large-scale, mixed-use JV developments, repositioning existing commercial assets, and growing the third-party property management platform. In his five years at LPC, he sourced, capitalized, and closed more than $1.5 billion in joint venture projects.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in real estate from New York University.

Sarah King is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty, working to advance the sustainability performance of all new and existing buildings in the Kilroy portfolio. She leads the sustainability team and its efforts on operational & embodied carbon, energy efficiency, renewable energy, health & wellness, water use & waste reductions, and positive social impact.

Sarah has been working in the sustainability field for over 20 years. Prior to joining Kilroy, she held sustainability roles at Skanska USA Commercial Development and DuPont. She has also worked for several NGOs, including Climate Mayors and the Environmental Law Institute.

She earned a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business. Sarah holds LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and WELL AP credentials. She volunteers on the Net Impact Advisory Board at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and sits on the Advisory Board of the Carbon Leadership Forum. Sarah is an Aspen Institute Catto Fellow.

Ed Santander is a project executive, who leads Abbott Construction’s Corporate Interiors & TI unit. Santander lives in the world of preconstruction. Well versed in being a part of a project team, he enjoys working alongside architects, owners, and project stakeholders. He brings a strong understanding of the work that must be done in preconstruction to set the project up for success once it is passed over to the on-the-ground team. With his proactive approach, he ensures there are fewer variables, so when the work starts, there is less risk. We have a playbook for success on tenant improvements. For over 30 years, Kyle has completed over 20 major projects as a construction manager and is currently involved with over $2B of construction projects in 3 states in various phases of design and construction. Elizabeth is an award winning designer with a holistic approach to design. She has led the design of numerous corporate workplaces for confidential Fortune 100 companies in Silicon Valley and the Pacific Northwest. She draws from broad experience with workplace, cultural, hospitality, science, higher education and healthcare to create built environments that enrich human experience, performance and wellness. Her collaborative working style and enthusiasm draws team members and clients into the design process, enabling design solutions that are reflective of the culture and personality of her patrons.

Over the course of 22 year career in the traditionally male-dominated construction and insurance industries, Lisa Poole has earned a reputation as a pioneer for women in these fields among peers and colleagues. Her outstanding record as a relationship-builder is powered by her unique blend of relentless energy, careful listening skills, and an intense focus on customer satisfaction.

Lisa’s career in the Construction, Commercial Real Estate and Insurance industries started after graduation from University of Puget Sound’s Business Leadership Program. For the next two decades she held a variety of increasingly senior business development, risk management, commercial insurance, and talent acquisition roles before launching LinkMe in 2020.

Brad Sperry is an Architect and Principal at multidisciplinary design firm, Cushing Terrell. As long time Commercial studio lead, Brad has amassed a wealth of commercial design experience, building and mentoring inventive teams that create innovative workplace design solutions for some of the world’s most cutting edge and progressive corporations including Google, Amazon, Dell Technologies, Apple, and Facebook. Leveraging this expertise, Brad has taken a lead role in driving internal think tank discussions around the “third space” and what being at work means for today’s knowledge workforce.

Elliot is responsible for managing the overall quality of account staff work within the Real Estate Practice and serves as a strategic advisor and senior counsel to clients.

Before he joined Allison+Partners, Elliot served as Senior Director of Public Relations and Communications for the U.S. business at Colliers, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages. In that role, he led the internal and external messaging of the Colliers brand, including but not limited to, media relations, internal communications, social media, research and the company’s thought leadership efforts.

Prior to that, he was an accomplished reporter and editor – serving as Managing Editor and Director of Content for Bisnow, where he managed the editorial staff at the country’s largest commercial real estate news and events platform, in addition to serving as the real estate, finance and banking reporter for a Business Journal in Los Angeles.

During his career, Elliot has earned numerous recognitions, including as an Influencer in Marketing from GlobeSt.com and in his reporting years, a first place business story from the Los Angeles Press Club, among others. He earned his journalism degree from Humboldt State University and holds an MBA from Cal Lutheran.

Ned is responsible for sourcing and underwriting office investments and developments, arranging financing, and managing Unico’s Boutique Office Portfolio. Ned and his team have acquired over $2 billion in real estate and arranged for over $1 billion in financing since he joined the company in 2007. He has extensive experience in sourcing off-market real estate opportunities, structuring transactions, sourcing equity, arranging joint ventures, and debt financing, and his 2016 acquisition of a $209 million, 1.5 million square foot office portfolio in Boulder won the BizWest Deal of the Year in Colorado.

Ned uses multiple perspectives to produce thorough and accurate critical analysis. Known for his creative out-of-the-box thinking, he sees and captures investment opportunities others miss.

Matthew Simo is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Urban Renaissance Group (URG) where he drives the company’s vision and long-term strategy and provides operational oversight. Matthew has been with URG since its inception in 2006.

Prior to becoming CEO, Matthew served as President and Chief Investment Officer where he led the company’s investment strategy, guided acquisition and development activities, and fostered partnerships with strategic institutional and private investors. Under his leadership, URG invested in and managed a portfolio exceeding 20 million square feet and $7 billion, which included office, retail, multifamily and hotel properties.

Before joining URG, Matthew worked at Trizec Properties in Chicago. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University. Matthew is also a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.

Matthew is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (Placemaking National Product Council, Center for Sustainable Leadership, Leadership for Change) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. He also serves on the Runstad Department for Real Estate Advisory Board at the University of Washington and has been a lecturer on Equity Ventures for the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program since 2014.o

Zach leads the Pacific Northwest for Perform Properties (formerly EQ Office). He is responsible for driving strategy through new acquisitions, leasing, operations & reposition/development efforts in the region.

Logan is a Senior Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, covering the Seattle and Portland regions. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate. She specializes in office and industrial investment advisory throughout the Pacific Northwest. During her career, she’s helped facilitate more than $6 billion in transactions.

Logan started at HFF in November 2013. Before that, she worked as an appraiser at McKee & Schalka in Seattle, Washington.
