Mr. Guincher is the president of Continental Properties LLC (“CP”), with over thirty years of

experience in the real estate industry, and has directed the development of over 3,800 multifamily

units over the past twenty-five years in the Puget Sound region. CP has developed the

highest quality apartments and condominiums in the Seattle area, setting numerous price per unit

and absorption records for the region.

Mr. Guincher holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Real Estate from the

University of British Columbia. He has been married for twenty-six years, with two children,

ages twenty-two and nineteen.

Antonio joined George Smith Partners as a Principal, after 6 years working as a correspondent for Life

Insurance Company lenders. Mr. Hachem focuses on delivering complex financing for his clients' real estate

capital needs. He has structured debt and equity solutions, on stabilized and spec, across all asset types

including special use such as parking structures, auto-malls, farms and theaters.

Antonio’s most notable transaction was financing the world famous TCL Chinese Theater (originally known as

Grauman’s Chinese Theater and renamed Mann’s Chinese Theater).

Antonio Hachem has been involved in commercial real estate for over 17 years. He started his career as a

sales broker by joining Coldwell Banker Commercial focusing on sales and leasing of income producing

properties. He then pursued development projects, both residential and commercial, in the Los Angeles area

through syndications. He handled the process from beginning to end by identifying the assets, securing them,

raising capital, overseeing construction and disposition.

Having been an investment broker, principal, builder and mortgage banker, Antonio brings great value to all

parties on real estate transactions. Antonio is a CCIM candidate. Antonio lives at the beach city of Santa

Monica with his wife and two children.

Kristine Wilson guides developers in a range of projects, from large-scale, mixed-use, high-density urban retail centers such as the Lincoln Square complex in Bellevue, to energy projects in remote rural areas and coastline zones. Kris leverages her local and federal government experience and network of regulatory agency and consultant relationships to support strategic, efficient and successful project development.

Kris is an active member and leader of the Urban Land Institute and is the author of the “Commercial Development” chapter in the Real Property Deskbook series published by the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).

Jeff leads the development and investment team in Seattle and is responsible for acquisition and development opportunities in the Seattle office and industrial markets.

Jeff joined Schnitzer West in 2005, playing a key role in the development, leasing and management of The Bravern, a 1.6 million SF multi-use development in Bellevue, Washington and most recently led the investment, development and disposition of more than 650,000 SF in Class A commercial property in Seattle and Bellevue.

Prior to joining Schnitzer West, Jeff owned a residential and commercial excavation and concrete company.

Jeff holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with an emphasis in real estate and finance, and a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.

Brian Franklin joined PMF Investments in 2009 and now serves as the company’s president. He specializes in large-scale project management, marketing and operations.

Carrying on the legacy created by his father, Nat Franklin, Brian’s focus is on expanding PMF’s portfolio of retail and mixed use properties as well as the company’s geographic footprint. He prides himself on a commitment to structuring deals that benefit all parties involved. This means thinking creatively, balancing recognized national brands and unique local businesses as tenants, and always taking a team-oriented approach with each project partner. Brian has led some of the firm’s highest profile redevelopment projects, including Bellevue’s Kelsey Creek Shopping Center, which is anchored by Washington state’s first Walmart Neighborhood Market. He has played central roles in revitalizing undervalued properties and creating new community gathering places that contribute vibrancy and economic activity to cities and neighborhoods.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of East King County.

Robert S. Arron spearheads all leasing and marketing efforts for Vulcan’s real estate development projects. He has negotiated over five million square feet of commercial leases for the company, including leases with Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and many other local and international companies and retailers. Arron serves as Vulcan's liaison with the brokerage community and also manages relationships with prospective tenants. He has more than 30 years of experience leading leasing, listing brokerage, asset management and acquisition and disposition teams.
