Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.

Brandon Morgan

Brandon Morgan has over 26 years of experience in residential development and has

managed the development process for over 4,200 completed multifamily units in several jurisdictions in the Pacific Northwest, including 15 projects with LEED or Built Green certification. Since joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2004, he has managed the development and construction of over 2,000 completed units of residential/mixed use, with 2,200+ additional units in predevelopment, and has served as asset manager for Vulcan’s apartment portfolio. Additionally, he manages energy and water use benchmarking for the entire real estate investment portfolio for Vulcan Real Estate. He was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Seattle 2030 District and is a licensed Washington real estate broker.

Parker Nicholson

Parker Nicholson is Senior Managing Director of Legacy’s Pacific Northwest office. In this role, Parker is responsible for sourcing ground up multifamily development opportunities within the greater Pacific Northwest, with a focus on site selection, underwriting, feasibility, entitlements, equity and debt sourcing, strategic operational planning, and asset management. Prior to joining Legacy, Parker began his career in commercial real estate working in multifamily construction lending for the Seattle office of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group.

Parker received his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University where he doubled majored in finance and economics. Parker received his real estate development certificate from the University of Washington’s Runstad Real Estate program and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Jeff White is the CEO and President of Holmberg Mechanical. Holmberg Mechanical is a design-build specialty contractor with over 200 employees located in Bellevue serving both private and public clientele. Jeff stewards Holmberg’s vision to build and maintain critical sustainable facilities, establish lasting relationships, and provide a rewarding and significant business community for the next generation. Holmberg has completed over 3,000 multifamily and hotel units in the PNW and is design, construction, and budgeting for 1,000 more. In 2022, Jeff completed the development of the new Holmberg headquarters, a 30,000 square foot light industrial facility located on SE 9th St. As a developer, builder, and specialty contractor, Jeff understands many of the challenges owners, architects, and contractors encounter in the development, design and construction process.

Abigail Pearl DeWeese

Abigail provides critical insight and advice to residential, commercial, and institutional developers. She has devoted her career to understanding the challenges faced by developers, land owners, and architects throughout Washington in all aspects of land acquisition and development, from initial due diligence to full entitlement and defending appeals. Abigail takes great pride in offering an integrated suite of services, including providing land use, environmental, and real estate advice.

With a depth of experience in the Puget Sound Region, including in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Renton, clients benefit from Abigail’s solution-oriented approach and deep insight into their business challenges. Abigail’s practice has been particularly active in Bellevue since the Downtown zoning code update. Since then, she’s been involved with projects in Bellevue that total over 2.9 million square feet of commercial development and provide over 1000 residential units, with more in the pipeline.

Nick joined Lane Partners in 2017 and works on acquisitions, entitlements, asset management and construction management.

Prior to joining Lane Partners, Nick worked at a biotech startup in Palo Alto, CA, where he built and led multiple operational teams as a Senior Product Manager. Highlights of his work include managing all leasing, design, and construction of office, lab and retail space during the company’s rapid growth and expansion throughout the country.

Nick started his career at Clark Construction in Washington, DC, working on large commercial office construction projects. He then joined Accenture in New York, NY as a management consultant in their strategy group and worked on a variety of projects across different industries before moving to California.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University.

Kristin Jensen, AIA is a Principal and Managing Director of the Seattle office of Gensler, a global architecture and design firm. Her innate ability to understand client needs and objectives stems from years of managing commercial real estate development projects for prolific local developers in the Northwest region – from suburban office parks + hotels to urban infill office + mixed-use. With nearly 30 years of professional experience and active engagement in the commercial real estate industry and local community through Seattle AIA (past board member), NAIOP (past-President of the WA State Chapter), ULI, Downtown Seattle Association, Bellevue Downtown Association, and as a board member at the UW Runstad school of real estate, Kristin has developed an extensive network throughout the Puget Sound area and beyond. She is also a proud supporter of local non-profits including Girl Scouts of Western Washington, Imagine Housing, and the American Heart Association.
