Mr. Schreiber serves as chief executive officer of KBS and its affiliate KBS Capital Advisors. Both are nationally recognized real estate investment advisory firms with transactional volume of more than $38.0 billion. KBS is ranked by National Real Estate Investor among the top office owners globally. KBS operates numerous government pension funds, institutional and sovereign wealth funds as well as seven non-traded REITs. Mr. Schreiber oversees all KBS operations including the acquisition and management of individual investments and portfolios of income-producing real estate assets. He directs all facets of the company’s business activities and is a member of the KBS Investment Committee, which evaluates and authorizes new investment opportunities for the firm. Mr. Schreiber is also responsible for investor relationships.

Mr. Schreiber is chairman of KBS REIT II, KBS REIT III and KBS Growth & Income REIT — all public, non-listed real estate investment trusts. Mr. Schreiber has been involved exclusively in real estate development, management, acquisition, disposition and financing for more than 45 years. Prior to forming KBS in 1992, he served as the executive vice president of Koll Investment Management Services and executive vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for The Koll Company. Mr. Schreiber graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate. During his four years at USC, he did graduate work in the Real Estate Department of the USC Graduate School of Business. He is currently an executive board member for the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate at the Marshall School of Business/ School of Policy, Planning and Development. Mr. Schreiber is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Public Non-Listed REIT Council of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF).

Ada M. Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Inc. and oversees over $2.0 billion in real estate assets including the redevelopment of nearly 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. Vulcan has delivered several million square feet in new office, life science, residential and mixed-use projects with an additional million-plus in development and pre-development stages.

Healey is a leader in the development of integrated transportation systems and was instrumental in the passage of legislation for the South Lake Union Streetcar. Under Healey’s direction, Vulcan has earned widespread industry recognition and honors for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.

Prior to joining Vulcan, Healey worked for nearly 10 years at ING Clarion, holding positions in asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management. Previous experience includes several years at NYNEX Properties (now Verizon Communications) and time in the insurance industry with the Sedgwick Group, London and Metropolitan Reinsurance Company in New York.

Healey holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.

Patrick Bannon has been president of the Bellevue Downtown Association, a membership organization of business and civic leaders who champion a strong economic and cultural heart for Bellevue and the Eastside, since 2013. He was the communications and public affairs manager there for seven years before moving into his current role. Patrick and the BDA team support members with advocacy, marketing and major community events, and strategic programs to help the Downtown area thrive.

Prior to the BDA, Patrick was an account executive for the Seattle and Los Angeles offices of Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He also worked for a year in Hokkaido, Japan as an English teacher for junior high students. Patrick serves on the board of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and he is a past chair and board member for Leadership Eastside. He graduated from Pepperdine University, where he also met his wife, Sunni. They are Eastside residents with two fast-growing kids and a yellow Lab.
