I have 20 years of Commercial Mortgage Banking experience. Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies, Inc., is a real estate finance company providing financing and investing for conventional and affordable multifamily housing throughout the United States. Hunt Mortgage Group is organized around two business units: Mortgage Banking and Affordable Housing Debt. Under the Mortgage Banking and Affordable Housing Debt businesses, Hunt Mortgage Group partners with developers, owners, and investors to provide them with capital to develop, acquire or redevelop their real estate assets. Hunt Mortgage Group’s core debt products consist of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD/FHA financing. In addition, through several strategic alliances, Hunt Mortgage Group offers various CMBS executions for multifamily and other commercial properties, proprietary bridge loans and select joint venture equity products.

Craig Russell is responsible for originating multifamily and commercial loans nationwide, with a primary emphasis in the Northwest. Mr. Russell is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Seattle office.

Mr. Russell brings over 25 years of real estate industry experience in the Northwest to Walker & Dunlop. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Russell served as vice president at CWCapital LLC within their Agency lending division. Previously, Mr. Russell served as director of Wachovia Multifamily Capital’s Seattle office, where he originated and managed local processing and underwriting of Agency and CMBS loans. His Agency lending experience extends to Lend Lease, Amresco, and at Continental, Inc, when the latter became one of the first Fannie Mae DUS® lenders.

Mr. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Mr. Keller is the Vice Chairman of MREG and a member of MREG’s Investment Committee. He also serves as the Chairman of MRED, MREG’s development subsidiary, and Senior Adviser to the MRECS Investment Committee with respect to construction and other heavy transitional loans. Mr. Keller has over 40 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and construction, formerly leading Mack Urban, LLC, Urban Partners, LLC, Keller Equity Group, Inc., Keller CMS, Inc., and Keller Construction Company, LTD. Mr. Keller currently holds many board and community leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Land Use Leadership Committee and Member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) Los Angeles, Board Member of the Central City Association of Los Angeles (CCA), Board Member of the UCLA Health System, and member of The Los Angeles Coalition for the Economy and Jobs (The L.A. Coalition). Mr. Keller previously held leadership roles as Chairman of Eimago (formerly Union Rescue Mission Foundation), Chairman of the Board of Directors at Seven Arrows Elementary School in Pacific Palisades, California, Board Member of the L.A. Streetcar Initiative (LASI), member of the stakeholders group board of the DTLA South Park Business Improvement District (BID), Board Member of Friends of Waterfront, Seattle, and Board Member of Friends of the LA River (FoLAR). Mr. Keller attended the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Mr. Guincher is the president of Continental Properties LLC (“CP”), with over thirty years of

experience in the real estate industry, and has directed the development of over 3,800 multifamily

units over the past twenty-five years in the Puget Sound region. CP has developed the

highest quality apartments and condominiums in the Seattle area, setting numerous price per unit

and absorption records for the region.

Mr. Guincher holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Real Estate from the

University of British Columbia. He has been married for twenty-six years, with two children,

ages twenty-two and nineteen.

Wolff Company

Chris is the Senior VP, Development Sourcing at The Wolff Company. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. With more than 10 years experience in the multi-family industry, Chris has been involved in the development of more than $1 Billion of multi-family assets. He received his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Washington, where he also completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, NMHC and is a past board member of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.
