Ming Fung

Co-Founder and President

Vibrant Cities

Ming sees numbers in design, and designs in complex financial models that underpin commercial building projects. She leans on decades of finance and commercial real estate experience that started in the 90’s when she raised and structured financing for a start-up to build restaurants. In her current role as President and Co-founder of Vibrant Cities, Ming structured over $300 million in financing in support of their portfolio with well over a dozen projects in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon. To stay rooted, Ming leads construction for Infinity Shore Club residences -- their flag-ship luxury waterfront condominium project on Alki, Seattle. Ming also supports the next generation of finance and real estate professionals through mentorships and by staying involved with her alma mater: University of Washington, Stanford University, and the CPA community.
