The Jack
The Jack consists of a 8-story, ±145,000 SF office building perfectly placed along Seattle’s brand-new waterfront and within the city’s oldest neighborhood- Pioneer Square. The building will feature efficient 20,000 SF floor plates with side core design, 12’ slab-to-slab ceiling height, a 16,000 SF rooftop terrace including 5,000 SF of amenity space, and spectacular views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic mountains, and the Seattle skyline.
