Steve is a proven executive with more than 25 years of experience developing and leading high-performing teams across multiple industries. He joined PeaceHealth in 2013 as vice president for information systems technology governance. As a valued, servant leader with a strong track record of building effective relationships, Steve oversees PeaceHealth’s Mission Services and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion divisions. He also oversees the Project Management Office, Facilities/Security, Planning and Development, Supply Chain and Technology Solutions Partners divisions. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Portland State University, as well as Project Management Institute training.

Scott has been involved with Sellen for most of his life, starting as a laborer on various projects throughout his school years. After working in local and national politics and government for several years, Scott joined the firm on a full-time basis in 1992 as director of client development. Today, Scott provides leadership at Sellen as the company’s CEO. He serves as a principal on many of Sellen’s largest projects, including new facilities and expansions for the Puget Sound’s leading healthcare organizations. In addition to his strategic leadership at Sellen, Scott is actively involved with many local institutions, including Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation, the University of Washington Foundation, and KEXP.

Rhonda has been devoted to healthcare design solutions for over 20 years with clients from across the country. Beginning her career in Louisville, Kentucky, leading healthcare projects with such clients as Norton Healthcare and Children’s Hospitals across multiple states, she has become an expert in bringing together design, technology, and real estate to help clients deliver optimal care while achieving their business goals. Today, Rhonda is the Director of Workspace Consulting for OpenSquare, leading a specialized team and the strategic vision for the health and wellness division. She has consulted with nearly all major healthcare providers in the region, including Kaiser Permanente, Providence St. Joseph Health, Evergreen Healthcare, Swedish, Virginia Mason, UW Medical Center, and many others. She is also a trusted advisor for multiple healthcare best practice groups.

Bob Hubenthal is the Capital Programs Director at the Department of Social and Health Services. As an architect, Hubenthal has practiced in the private sector and in the public sector for K-12, higher education, and at DSHS. With a biennial budget exceeding $400 million, Hubenthal oversees design and construction projects at 14 campuses serving about 1,800 individuals with developmental disabilities, behavior health issues, and sexually violent tendencies.

A registered architect with 33 years of experience, Jim is passionate about designing spaces where people thrive. Because of this commitment, he has devoted much of his career to healthcare and behavioral health design and serves as BCRA’s healthcare market lead. Within this ever-evolving market, he brings knowledge of regulations, best practices, and lessons learned in behavioral health and medical office design. Recently, he led a multidisciplinary team through programming and design for WA Department of Social and Health Services’ innovative new mental health facilities across the state. The first facility is now serving patients.

Elliott Sellers is a Vice President of Investments & Partner with Anchor Health Properties and serves an integral role in the management of real estate acquisition and development investments. He brings more than five years of healthcare real estate experience overseeing more than $1 billion of closed investments to date. A key member of the Investments team and an active member in the healthcare real estate sector, Mr. Sellers leads business development efforts for the Mid Atlantic, Southeast, Southern California, and Pacific Northwest regions through which he has overseen the acquisition of more than 2.5 million square feet of healthcare real estate investments to-date. As head of the Company’s Washington, DC office, Mr. Sellers provides leadership and guidance to the investment and development platform through sourcing and screening real estate investment opportunities and providing recommendations to institutional equity partners.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder since 2020, he brings a diverse finance knowledge which can be applied to real estate investments and assisting the Company’s clients with complex corporate finance challenges.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Sellers worked in a commercial real estate brokerage firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, with key focus areas including investment sales and debt placement for a wide variety of asset classes. Mr. Sellers holds a BBA degree in finance from James Madison University (JMU) and sits as a committee

member of the inaugural Revista Rising Leaders Council. Mr. Sellers enjoys volunteering in his community and previously served on the Central Virginia American Red Cross Board.

Kevin Lefever has over 25 years of construction experience across various challenging healthcare projects in North America, including large complex projects such as PeaceHealth, Bellingham;  Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, Alberta; Red Deer Regional Hospital Center, Alberta; Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York; Coney Island Hospital, New York; Baystate Health Orthopedic Surgery Center, Springfield, Massachusetts; Children’s National Medical Center, DC; and Fletcher Allen Hospital, Vermont. Combined, Kevin’s experience includes more than 3  million square feet of hospital construction, including 38 OR’s, 3 emergency departments, 700+ in-patient rooms, pharmacies, labs, diagnostic imaging, procedure rooms, and much more. Kevin’s knowledge and understanding of healthcare construction is shaped by his experience working directly for the owner while on staff at Baystate Medical Center. The management skills and technical expertise he has acquired over the years made him a successful Healthcare Executive delivering excellent results on all of his projects.

Kevin has a Master of Engineering Management from Clarkson University in New York and a Bachelor of Science (Construction Management) from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Tom Sebastian is the president and CEO of Compass Health, Northwest Washington’s behavioral

healthcare leader. Throughout his 35-year career, Tom has held many clinical and leadership roles at the

advocacy.

David brings a diverse background to Spectrum Development Solutions in

both design and construction that includes over 20 years of experience in

development and project management. Dave began his career as a landscape

architect and transitioned to construction to become a project manager and

pursue his passion for development. Throughout Dave’s career, he has managed

a diverse portfolio from restaurants to commercial projects overseeing all

elements of the design, delivery, and construction process. His strategic ability

to keep projects moving forward, on time and on budget, have afforded him

Marie is a principal at Perkins&Will and is passionate about healthcare design and planning. Marie is a recognized leader, Interior Designer, and Medical Planner with twenty years of experience focusing exclusively on healthcare design. Becky Clift is an expert at electrical engineering design, assessment, and evaluation for

stakeholders to improve patient outcomes throughout the Western United States. Becky’s

passion for healthcare design started when she began working at the same Long Beach

Memorial hospital where she was born. Today, twenty-eight years later, with experience in

OSHPD 1, OSHPD 2, OSHPD 3, and now OSHPD 5 projects, her extensive healthcare knowledge

base allows her to bring exceptional value to solving today’s engineering-related healthcare

Kurt Kruckeberg provides healthcare real estate legal services to for-profit and nonprofit hospital systems and significant providers of healthcare services across the Pacific Northwest. Kurt often works on complex healthcare development projects involving leasing, construction, and real estate finance. Bill Cox is the Senior Director of Planning & Growth for Microsoft’s Healthcare business. He co-founded Microsoft’s Health Next team in 2016 to create an applied research organization focused on innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and has helped grow that organization and Microsoft’s health investment through its recent $19 billion acquisition of Nuance Communications. In addition to other leadership roles at Microsoft in corporate strategy and marketing, Bill has served in several leadership positions at Silicon Valley software companies, including Vice President of Corporate Communications at Informatica, and Director of Strategic Marketing at PeopleSoft.

David Elop is the Group Vice President, Head of Corporate Development at Providence, a $27B health system headquartered in Renton, WA. David is responsible for the negotiation and execution of Providence's strategic partnerships; and is a leader of Providence’s revenue diversification efforts. With his focus on bringing innovative technologies and operational excellence to Providence, David has led Providence’s relationships with, and negotiations for, organizations that enhance the caregiver productivity stack, utilize AI to support physicians, harness data for real-world evidence, center the revenue cycle around the patient, and ensure patients are receiving care at the optimal site of care.

Camilla Yamada is the Healthcare Market Lead for UMC. With more than a dozen years of healthcare experience in facility management and construction, she spends the majority of her time trying to make it easier for healthcare organizations to do the right thing. Camilla is a lifelong learner and firm believer that education is the one thing that can never be taken away. Michael Rechnitz is a Project Executive with Clark Construction and leads their Pacific Northwest Healthcare practice. As a 20-year veteran of construction in the healthcare industry, Michael is responsible for leading large teams to deliver complex projects. He enjoys working with large stakeholder groups, including patients, their families, and caregivers, to deliver optimized care models and the details of design and construction that allow caregivers to spend more time at the patient bedside. Recent projects include the University of Washington Behavioral Health Teaching Hospital at the Northwest campus and the new Forensic Hospital at Western State Hospital. He is also an expert in design-build delivery having won multiple National DBIA awards for process and partnering. Michael serves on the board of many non-profit groups in Greater Seattle.

Sarah Calkins Holloway is a senior partner at McKinsey and Company and managing partner of McKinsey’s Seattle Office. Sarah advises a range of healthcare organizations on strategy and operational issues, including growth, M&A, and performance transformation.
