Guy Delisi is Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Sound. Appointed to the position in 2018, Delisi is responsible for oversight of all day- to-day business and administrative functions of the organization. In his role, Delisi oversees Sound’s Facilities & Housing Operations, its Administrative Service teams, and Sound’s Safety & Emergency Management team. Among his specialties, Delisi has a strong background in corporate process improvement, project management and strategic planning.

Before joining Sound’s Executive Leadership team, Delisi worked in high tech & commercial manufacturing, industrial distribution management, as an expert in Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Customer Relationship Management Systems Selection, Project Management, and Quality Systems for companies such as Spectrum Controls, Panasonic Aero, Capgemini Americas and Trendsetter Electronics.

Tom Kozaczynski has been with Compass Health since March of 2013.

Tom’s previous positions include managing major corporate giving for the Seattle International Film Festival, foundation and annual giving at North Helpline Food Bank, the University of Washington, and the YMCA of Greater Seattle where he worked on program management and budgeting.

Tom has been actively involved in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Washington Chapter, Advancement Northwest, serving on multiple committees to support the philanthropy sector in our region. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Everett where he represents Compass Health and serves on various committees, including as a board member on the Everett Rotary Youth Foundation.

Tom holds his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, and holds his Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington with an emphasis on non-profit management and fundraising.

At Compass Health, Tom is in charge of major foundation, corporate, and individual giving, and oversees the growth and strategic development of Compass Health’s Development Department. Margaret Wilson is a Principal at Scott Edwards Architecture and has 25 years of experience in the architectural profession. She cares deeply about healthcare design, in particular design for whole person wellness. She is passionate about using architecture and the built environment to improve how healthcare is accessed and experienced. Margaret’s leadership in mental and behavioral health design demonstrates this passion, evidenced in spaces that prioritize healing, safety, and efficiency, and that serve a critical role in their community’s healthcare continuum. She is an advocate for a collaborative, people-driven approach to project development that centers the overall vision, balances needs, and creates uplifting spaces to spark positive community impact.

As VP and Chief of Business Operations for MultiCare Health System's Behavioral Health Network, Samantha is responsible for enterprise-wide strategy implementation, partnerships and growth. She also oversees programs ranging from patient access to facilities and security. Samantha's leadership is shaped by earlier roles in foster care, in-home living assistance and post-acute social work services, serving as a daily reminder of the importance of access to behavioral health care. Samantha has a master's in healthcare administration from the University of Washington and a bachelor's in psychology from Western Washington University.

Samantha is proud to have grown up in Washington state. While her hometown is Maple Valley, she has spent the last several years in Spokane where she and her husband enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing and the minimal traffic of the Inland Northwest.

Ben has a unique ability to become a trusted member of stakeholder teams involved in PMB’s clients’ real estate developments. This includes being part of hospital, physician group, and government agency groups striving to attain similar results from potentially divergent positions.

As SVP, Development, Ben is involved in all facets of project development ranging from pursuing new leads and analyzing healthcare real estate trends to project feasibility and land use approvals. Additionally, Ben focuses on working with PMB’s architects and general contractors in pre-construction and construction scheduling as well as leasing and permitting.

Ben received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (International Relations) from The Colorado College and obtained his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development from the University of San Diego in 2013.

A registered architect with 33 years of experience, Jim is passionate about designing spaces where people thrive. Because of this commitment, he has devoted much of his career to healthcare and behavioral health design and serves as BCRA’s healthcare market lead. Within this ever-evolving market, he brings knowledge of regulations, best practices, and lessons learned in behavioral health and medical office design. Recently, he led a multidisciplinary team through programming and design for WA Department of Social and Health Services’ innovative new mental health facilities across the state. The first facility is now serving patients.

Under Jim’s leadership, BCRA’s healthcare design philosophy has embraced a practice of creating restorative healthcare facilities that harmoniously connect people to each other and to their environment; thoughtful spaces that improve outcomes for patients and allow staff to do their best work.

Adam is a Senior Project Manager at BNBuilders with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in life sciences and healthcare. He has successfully led numerous complex CGMP and behavioral health projects, including the Confluence Health Bed Tower and Juno Therapeutics Bothell Expansion. With a background of more than 10 years as a Project Superintendent, Adam brings a keen eye for detailed planning and excels at building cohesive, high-performing teams. His leadership ensures innovative construction solutions that address the most challenging healthcare builds, particularly in occupied facilities and urban campuses. Currently, Adam is overseeing Phase II of a 70,000-square-foot behavioral health facility with 32 patient beds at Compass Health’s Everett campus.

Daphne Corona is a Director of Healthcare Design at Jacobs and the Director of

Planning, Design & Construction at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She leads capital strategy, campus planning, and the creation of patient centered environments for major health systems. Known for integrating neuroscience into next generation behavioral health design, she led the award winning Ohana Center for pediatric mental health. Daphne also has been the host of Uplift, a podcast exploring how design influences wellbeing and the healthcare experience.

Jürgen Unützer, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist, chair of UW Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Director of the Garvey Institute for Brain Health Solutions, and the Paul G. Ramsey Endowed Chair for Brain Health Solutions.

Dr. Unützer is an internationally recognized psychiatrist and health services researcher. His work focuses on integrating mental health and general medical services and on translating research on evidence-based mental healthcare into effective clinical and public health practice.

Dr. Unützer earned his M.D. at Vanderbilt University. His clinical interests include primary care psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and health services research. The mission of the Garvey Institute for Brain Health Solutions he directs is to develop, test, and rapidly deploy innovative approaches to prevent and treat brain health and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, schizophrenia, addiction, dementia, and suicide that rob millions of individuals of the opportunity to lead healthy and productive lives.
