Lois Broadway is an expert medical planner and technical architect with extensive experience working with healthcare owners. Kyle Raschkow has been in the construction industry since 1996 and brings expertise in healthcare construction. After earning a dual degree in Construction Management and Business Administration from Washington State University, he built a diverse portfolio of projects including healthcare, critical environments, corporate office, and retail facilities. Kyle believes in a project-first mentality and team accountability that allows our clients to depend on us.

Monique Salas, MPP, is the North American Director of Health & Wellness at SageGlass. In her role, she focuses on the impact Saint-Gobain SageGlass bears in Healthcare spaces. She has a rich history in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Healthcare Tech space. Monique is passionate about design that incorporates health & wellness as she has a strong belief that it uman performance.
