As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Callahan drives the vision, strategy and overall direction at Urban Renaissance Group (URG), a full-service commercial real estate operating company with approximately 6.2 million square feet of office space, nearly 80 employees and multiple award-winning acquisitions and redevelopments.

With more than twenty years’ experience in the real estate industry, Patrick has been directly involved in numerous multi-million dollar lease transactions, acquisitions, development projects, assimilations, asset repositions and renovations. His firm has placed more than $500 million in capital on behalf of clients in downtown Seattle and Portland in the last 24 months alone.

Prior to founding URG in 2006, Patrick held numerous key roles at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP). As Senior Vice President, he oversaw a business unit of 18 million square feet, 114 buildings, 300 employees and more than $450 million in revenues in Seattle and Bellevue, Wash.; Portland, Ore.; and Denver, Co. He was also directly involved in more than 30 million square feet of acquisitions and 2.5 million square feet of completed development projects across nine markets. He played a significant role in one of the largest transactions in U.S. history when EOP acquired Spieker Properties for $7.2 billion in February 2001.

Based in Redmond, Wa. Brian is currently responsible for leading Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities Change Management Program which helps staff prepare and adapt to the new “Team Based Spaces” which is currently being introduced for individuals and teams in the engineering divisions on the Redmond campus.

Brian joined Microsoft 1996 as the Facilities Manager for the Dublin campus, and in his previous roles with Microsoft he was responsible for The Global Workplace Strategies Group; defining and driving the ‘Workplace Advantage (WPA)’ program; including Workplace research, knowledge management, change management project consulting across Microsoft’s global portfolio. He was also Area Portfolio Manager for RE&F in Central & Eastern Europe, and Facilities Manager for EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) where he coordinated facilities activities over 160 locations in 50+ countries.

Brian is currently the President of the Washington State Chapter of CoreNet Global.

Donald Wise

Mr. Wise has overall responsibility for the formulation and successful implementation of North American real estate investment strategies for the firm’s institutional and private clients.

Mr. Wise brings nearly 40 years of substantial real estate experience and leadership to the firm. Prior to joining Metzler in 2003, he directed asset management for Unico Properties and, earlier, that company's property management and leasing group. Mr. Wise also led various real estate assignments in principal markets across the US on behalf of JLL. He began his career with The Austin Company, where he helped design and build a number of industrial, laboratory and office facilities.

Mr. Wise is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). He also serves several non-profit and civic organizations including YouthCare, Leadership Tomorrow, and the Downtown Seattle Association.

Mr. Wise holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and a MS in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also completed the Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

In 1996, Henry Liebman founded American Life, Inc. and has since served as our Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he oversees all daily company operations and strategic planning.

Henry has more than 20 years of experience in real estate law and immigration law and more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate management and investment. He has served as Managing Partner of Coe Nordwall Liebman, LLC. Henry also founded Northwest International Bank and served as its first board chairman.

Among these distinctions, Henry is frequently invited to speak on business and immigration topics at organizations throughout the Northwest and abroad. He is quoted frequently and has written several articles on a variety of subjects. Additionally, he authored The Immigration Handbook, which has been published in the U.S., Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Henry earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Puget Sound in 1980. His experience in immigration law, finance, and real estate is both extensive and eclectic and provides particular value to American Life, Inc. and its investors.

Holly joined Kidder Mathews in 2013, specializing in real estate investment brokerage. Prior to that, Holly was with Rainier Pacific Properties for seven years, where she brokered transactions in the multi-family, industrial, office, and retail sectors in the Puget Sound market. Holly is an exceptional real estate strategist with a proven track record of success and a broad range of skills. These abilities, coupled with an innovative problem-solving approach and remarkable negotiation skills, enable her clients to receive optimal outcomes on a consistent basis.

As a native Chinese, Holly brings extensive business and cultural experience to Kidder Mathews. Prior to entering into commercial real estate, she worked as a financial auditor for Ernst & Young LLP, and founded Yangtze International Trading Company. Fluent in Chinese and English with a great understanding of the nuances of both cultures, Holly is remarkably skillful in marketing properties with a niche to inbound international investors and navigating international investors in their real estate ventures in the U.S.

Serving on the board of WSCRC (Washington State China Relations Council), Holly is an enthusiast in promoting US-China business and culture exchange.

A Seattle native with more than 25 years’ experience delivering results in economic development, intergovernmental relations and nonprofit leadership, Suzanne has a unique public-private understanding of policy making. Most recently, Suzanne served as the President & CEO of the Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County (EDC). At the EDC, Suzanne fostered partnerships to protect and create more than 6,500 King County jobs at 75 companies, and generate over $750 million in new investment, helping drop countywide unemployment to historic lows. Suzanne previously served as Economic Development Director for the City of Renton; Vice President of Government & Industry Relations for Washington Mutual; State & Federal Government Relations Manager for the King County Executive; State Lobbyist for the City of Seattle; Federal Legislative Analyst for the Governor of Washington; Associate Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at The White House; Pacific Northwest & Texas Program Director for Junior Statesmen, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, civics education program for high school student leaders, and she also ran a consulting firm.

Suzanne serves as a board member of the Washington Economic Development Association, The Junior Statesmen Foundation, Renton Technical College and the Seattle Colleges Advisory Councils, CCER/Road Map Project, and she is President of the University of Washington (UW) Alumni Association board. A K-12 graduate of Seattle Public Schools, Suzanne received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Politics from Whitman College and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Daniel J. Lori Noto joined Talon Private Capital in 2017. As, Director of Design and Construction, Lori oversees both the construction management of capital improvements to new and existing Talon assets as well as the development management for proposed assets. Lori has over 25 years of experience in all facets of real estate development from pre-acquisition and design to construction management. Prior to joining Talon, Lori managed her own consulting firm with services ranging from visioning, feasibility, cost estimating and project leadership establishing a reputation for running highly efficient teams. Prior to establishing her own firm, she was responsible for over $200M in real estate development for over 5 years at Bentall Kennedy prefaced by her 15 years of practice in architecture. Lori’s education includes Masters of Architecture from Harvard University and she is a registered architect in the state of WA and LEED BD+C certified. Don is one of the leading lawyers in land use and real estate development matters in Seattle. For over thirty years, he has guided many of the region’s significant mixed-use, office, business park, retail, and multi-family projects to successful conclusion through creative application of the law. He has assisted real estate developers and owners of property in developing commercial and residential projects in the Pacific Northwest and other regions of the country. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate development; buying property; negotiating ground leases; obtaining land use entitlements; negotiating design, construction, and financing documents; negotiating leases; and selling fully developed properties. The skills he has developed through this legal work are varied and include structuring real estate deals, drafting and negotiating agreements and contracts, obtaining land use entitlements for real property, negotiating with government agencies, analyzing regulatory programs and requirements, and making public presentations.

As a member and past Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee of NAIOP, the commercial real estate organization, Don is active in the crafting of legislation that affects the commercial real estate industry.
