James Footh is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate on the global Data Center Investments team. Based in Seattle, Washington, Jim has transactional and portfolio management responsibilities for investments made by PGIM Real Estate in the data center sector and is a senior member of the Global Data Center Strategy portfolio management team.

Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Jim spent eight-years as a senior leader within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure team. His most recent role was the senior manager of AWS Strategy and Planning leading a team of infrastructure planners to develop private-cloud infrastructure solutions for AWS U.S. government and non-U.S. government clients.

Previously, Jim was a principal at AWS Strategy and Technical Leadership group where he had a global role focused on solving difficult and systemic infrastructure expansion challenges for new and existing AWS commercial regions. Jim also held roles as the managing principal for AWS EMEA & APAC Data Center Development with responsibility for leading teams managing all data center development across both the AWS EMEA and APAC regions. Earlier roles at AWS included Real Estate Development Manager of Western U.S., Canada and Latin America overseeing all AWS data center developments in these regions.

Prior to his years with AWS, Jim held a number of senior roles in the real estate services industry, including director in the Johnson Controls corporate real estate outsourcing business and leading the Capital Markets practice for Jones Lang LaSalle for the Northwest region of the United States.

Jim has a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington, he is also a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and LEED Green Associate.

Matt has 20 years of experience in telecom engineering, critical infrastructure acquisition, corporate banking, management consulting, and commercial negotiations. He spent the previous 12+ years at Google leading over $5B of global infrastructure acquisitions, and led data center site selection strategy, third-party data center leasing, utility interconnections, and land acquisitions across the Americas and Asia. While at Google, he recognized the need for a data center company that truly understood customer needs and founded Crane. Matt holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

John directs activity for Sabey Data Centers’ three million square feet of mission critical space held in the current portfolio, as well as new development, acquisition and the creation of new service offerings. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Sabey Corporation, overseeing the commercial real estate portfolio comprising office and medical technology space. His business career started in Chicago with Prudential Real Estate Investors and he joined Sabey Corporation in 1995.

James is the Technical Program Manager of Data Center Operations at T5 Data Centers. Jeffrey is a Data Center Cooling Subject Matter Expert focused on Sustainability and Carbon Neutrality goals of Hyperscale Customers and Global Colocation companies. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Cal Poly, Jeffrey has supported design, implementation, life cycle planning and maintenance of mission critical equipment and controls for over 20 years. David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

David Kandel is an authority on hydronic systems for heating and cooling. Mr. Kandel holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He was one of the original engineers in the Belimo control valve product development group. He was an integral part of the group that developed the original CCV (Characterized Control Valve) and the PICCV (Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve). Originally hired by Belimo in 1998, Mr. Kandel has held the roles of Manager of Valve Development, Product Manager for Control Valves and he currently works as an Application Consultant, Strategic Markets, where he supports Belimo’s efforts in the data center marketplace.

He leads design teams through design and construction with a holistic approach to optimize system performance, resilience, and energy efficiency. For the past 7 years Seth has led design teams in majors construction projects for high performance office headquarters for Fortune 50 Technology Companies and Data Centers. Laurance has worked in the data center, telecommunications, and commercial real estate sector for over 20 years on behalf of corporations, private equity funds and his own firm. At AVAIO Digital Partners, Laurance leads all commercialization efforts for the platform, drawing on his deep experience in site selection and data center development to structure commercial contracts that best meet both AVAIO’s and its customers’ needs.

Prior to joining AVAIO, Laurance was a Principal/Director and Regional Lead for Site Selection & Acquisition of Hyperscale Data Centers for Microsoft Corporation. He also led their Government and Sovereign data center leasing program in the Americas and directed the Global Edge Data Center leasing program. Prior to Microsoft, Laurance was the President of Comdesco Group, a communications design and construction management firm focused on developing fiber optic and wireless networks in the Americas. Laurance holds a B.G.S. in Political Science and History from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

Micah holds a strategic position at Intel's Technology Development Construction group, where his primary responsibility is to deliver projects on time. He co-founded the Computer Vision in Construction Team at Google, which provided essential applications, infrastructure, storage, and computational resources to turn digital concepts into tangible reality. An experienced Structural Engineer and Development manager, Blake Roskelley brings 14 years of experience in the construction industry to his current role at Clark Pacific, a leading provider of innovative engineering and construction solutions.

Blake works across a spectrum of roles - Business Development, Preconstruction, and Product Management. He is on the front lines of project pursuits, developing innovative gravity and lateral systems while working closely with design teams to ensure project goals are met. In addition to his role at Clark Pacific, Blake serves as a Director on the board of the US Resiliency Council. Chase joined MIRATECH Corporation in 2020 as the Senior Marketing Manager responsible for product launches. From there, he promoted into a Divisional Sales Manager and Marketing Director role responsible for several key vertical markets. Most recently, Chase was promoted to VP, Power Generation, where he is responsible for the entire Power Generation sales vertical and go-to-market strategy for the North American team. Prior to joining MIRATECH, Chase spent eight years at a global multinational corporation, Hilti, Inc., which serves the commercial construction industry. Chase held

various roles of increasing responsibility in the Marketing and Sales departments during his tenure. Chase holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Geneva (Switzerland), and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami (Florida). He is trilingual. He lives in Tulsa, OK, with his wife and two sons.

Joe Graves is VP of network planning and development at QTS Data Centers. Prior, Joe had global ownership of Edge strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which includes planning & acquisition of data centers that enable peering and physical connections to major backbone and sub-sea systems. Additionally, Joe owns network planning for Oracle’s US cloud regions that connect edge sites to multi-MW compute facilities into the Oracle backbone. He is a 17-year industry veteran with 13 years of those years in business development at Level 3 and Zayo, and nearly 5 years at Oracle in data center and network planning. He has a diverse set of skills and experience in the industry with specialized training in both data center and network engineering disciplines. Sarah Keller is the Head of Technology Sourcing and Supply Chain at Uber and is responsible for developing and management of strategic sourcing and supply chain activities for all Infrastructure, IT and custom Uber ODM products. In this capacity, she develops strategies that support Uber's technology platform which is at the intersection of lifestyle and logistics that is revolutionizing the way people connect with their cities around the world. Paul is a data center industry leader with a long tenured employment with Silicon Valley technology company, followed by a second career in mission critical commercial real estate. He is well versed in all aspects of data center design, construction, and operations. Paul is a thought leader on high density facility design, water cooling, for new construction and facility retrofits.

· Paul has directly managed the global operations portfolio of data centers for large hyper scale operators, national portfolio for wholesale co-location and been technical design build leader on over $1.5 B in data center projects around the globe.

· Paul is currently employed by JE Dunn as Vice President of Mission Critical leading their West Coast client relationships, and a portfolio of projects. Prior roles include 22 years with Intel Corporation in various Sr Technical leadership roles for critical facility operations, facility design and construction. Paul was SVP of Design, Construction, and Operations for Informant, and helped lead the successful sale of that portfolio. He has worked for several confidential hyper scale clients on site selection, facility design, construction, and operations of global facilities.

After getting his B.S. in Chemistry Michael began his career in Industrial Water Treatment for 16 years. For the next 14 years he served in the Data Center industry, advising Data Center owners, engineers, and operators regarding cooling and power designs and solutions. Michael has managed multiple Data Center Design/Build projects, from greenfield to brownfield, including live Data Center upgrades. He has Top Secret DOD clearance and has performed Data Center energy and Tier Reliability audits for the US Government and private industry. He also has experience in doing forensic analysis of Data Center equipment failures and implementing solutions for remediation. In 2020 Michael joined Nalco Water in the Global High Tech business group, responsible for advising and supporting Data Center engineers and owner/operators regarding water related issues. This includes site selection water assessment, cooling system design, water consumption and treatment, water conservation, water reclaim, water pre-treatment equipment design, water related Capex/Opex, and newer sustainable water strategies and technologies. He also leads the Nalco CDCWT Certification effort to educate Data Center industry members about best practices with water and the wise stewardship of water. Michael is married with four children and serves on the leadership teams of two ministry groups.
