As President & CEO, Peter oversees all aspects of Nitze-Stagen’s integrated real estate investment and property management activities, as well as its portfolio of properties located in the greater Seattle market, including the iconic SODO Starbucks Center. He brings 25 years of experience in the successful management and growth of companies at every stage of development to his current role. Peter is a co-founder of The Alliance for Safety, Affordability and Preservation (ASAP!), a cross-sector coalition of key stakeholders advocating for legislation to ensure the orderly upgrade of over 1,145 seismically vulnerable unreinforced masonry buildings in Seattle while also creating incentives for owners to help pay for these upgrades. He has also co-founded OZ Navigator which is focused on investing in Opportunity Zone real estate projects in Seattle that catalyze neighborhood revitalization. Peter serves on the Board of Bellwether Housing, a not-for-profit focused on creating housing affordability in Seattle. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities with his four children and two grandsons. He holds a BA degree from Harvard and two master’s degrees in engineering from Stanford.

As President | Chief Executive Officer of Abbott Construction, Troy is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our customers, business partners, and employees.

After a successful start to his career working with other prominent nationwide construction companies, Troy has held a variety of management positions since joining Abbott, ranging from project engineer, project manager, regional director of California, Chief Operating Officer, to his current role.

Having worked and lived in Los Angeles and Seattle, Troy is familiar with the unique characteristics and business environments that define each of the three regions along the West Coast where Abbott concentrates our business. He has been involved with many different types of work, including projects for clients such as Adventist Health, MultiCare Health Systems, Providence Health & Services, Prime Healthcare, Baxter Pharmaceutical, Universal Studios, Whole Foods Market, The General Service Administration, and County of Los Angeles.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys an active lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest along with his wife and two daughters.

Mark Reddington FAIA, a partner at LMN Architects, is widely recognized for his leadership in integrative design of civic places that are highly functional and contextually engaging. His designs have won more than 140 international, national, regional, and local design awards for civic places such as civic centers, performing arts centers, convention centers, and campus projects across the country and in Canada which have established the firm as a national leader in public building design. He has been involved with the new Seattle waterfront for more than a decade and served as co-chair of Seattle’s Design Oversight Committee for Waterfront Seattle. He has led the design of many prominent projects in Seattle including Benaroya Hall, McCaw Hall, Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington, Sound Transit University of Washington Station at Montlake, the Washington State Convention Center Expansion as well as the Vancouver Convention Centre West on the Vancouver waterfront. He is currently leading the design of the Seattle Aquarium new Ocean Pavilion on Seattle’s waterfront.

Joe Stockton is a development attorney practicing in all areas of real estate, construction and EB-5 law. He works with developers, owners, investors, financial institutions, general contractors and architects at every stage of the development process.

Whether negotiating a purchase and sale agreement, securing capital, drafting leases, or resolving disputes along the way, Joe works tirelessly to see a project to fruition. He prides himself on being a trusted legal advisor throughout the life cycle of client projects.

After graduating from Columbia University, Jordan started her career in Berlin, Germany, where she ecologically redeveloped prewar buildings. During that time, she started to see how her passion for sustainability could play a role in the future of real estate.

In 2013, Jordan returned to Seattle with the mission to join Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE) and continue to build on decades of innovation. Jordan now acts as MSRE’s Executive Vice President and has overseen the development of over 1.5 million square feet of space so far, including MSRE’s first multifamily property, The Modern – a project she oversaw from vision to execution.

To diversify her impact in the Seattle region and beyond, in 2018 Jordan started J. Selig Real Estate (JSRE). The company is developing market-rate multifamily buildings that aim to deliver above-average yields to investors with properties that are a step above the competition in terms of architecture, design, management, and sustainability.

Jordan is deeply involved in the Seattle community and passionate about initiatives that enhance Seattle’s built environment and quality of life. She is a board member of the Seattle 2030 District, an organization that aims to dramatically reduce the environmental impacts of building construction and operations. She is also a board member for the Runstad Center for Real Estate at the University of Washington, and a member of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) Policy Committee.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Jordan is a wife and mom of two. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, yoga, cooking and travel. She is fluent in German & Swedish.

Kevin has successfully developed the Blue Rooster Building in Fremont and is set to break ground on the

adjacent property; Fremont NorthShore Building. Blue Rooster Building was a light manufacturing

facility when Conroy purchased this property converting the space into commercial and retail spaces in

2008. Conroy continues to be a vocal supporter of the Fremont community and ardent supporter of

small tech companies getting off the ground. Conroy has successfully worked with SDOT, City of Seattle

and local business owners on right of way and trail enhancement projects and issues in and around

Fremont. Kevin has a long history in the Fremont neighborhood, having launched his tech company Blue

Rooster in Fremont in 2004.

Gary Chubb is a Project Executive for Swinerton in Seattle, where he is responsible for overseeing the rollout of the Sustainable Living Innovations (SLI) Program, an innovative solution that encompasses high-rise apartments, office projects, and alternative delivery methods including design-build and public-private partnerships for the agency and municipal work. Gary has over 27 years of experience in managing design and construction, and he is responsible for the entire project development process to ensure success during all phases of design and construction. Executive management is focused on feasibility, site logistics, financial planning, contracts, design team interface, subcontractor performance, budget compliance, quality control, timely completion and close-out of projects. Gary’s professional background combines both general contracting and owner representation which affords a complete perspective on total project success and client satisfaction.

Based in our Seattle office, Josh leads business development and operations as Vice President Regional Manager for our rapidly-expanding portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. He has directed the sales and marketing strategy for communities throughout the West Coast and works to foster communication between developers, marketing, sales and third-party vendors. Josh brings an unparalleled 18+ years of experience in real estate and a thoughtful, holistic approach to every development he manages.

Matt Miller, P.E. is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Owner at Associated Earth Sciences,

Inc. AESI is a local geotechnical engineering firm providing geotechnical engineering,

hydrogeology, and environmental services for commercial developments, state and local

municipal infrastructure improvements, residential and commercial plat developments, and

industrial facilities. Matt has over 30 years of experience and leads AESI’s geotechnical

engineering department involved in hundreds of projects annually. Matt brings extensive

experience with the geotechnical portion of land development and infrastructure improvements.

Projects include multi-story commercial, residential construction, local and state transportation,

and Low Impact Development projects, often involving the coordination and integration of

expertise in several disciplines.
