Zach Hensley originally joined the Seahawks family in 2015 as Managing Director of Guest Experience at Lumen Field. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Lumen Field in 2021. In his position, Hensley oversees and directs all event bookings and all front and back of house operations including event sales and business development, ticket operations, traffic, parking, security, guest services, facility operations, project development, housekeeping, sustainability, labor analytics, field operations, conversion, and event operations for Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center, and WAMU Theater. Hensley has more than 20 years of experience in stadium operations, hospitality, and customer service. Prior to joining the Seahawks, Hensley was involved in project management, planning, concept design, food service design and while managing multiple facilities throughout his career including Levi’s Stadium and the KFC Yum Center in 2010. During his career, he has provided operational guidance for the Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, San Francisco 49ers, Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, the University of Louisville, Super Bowls, NHL All Star Games, NCAA Football Championships, WrestleMania, NHL Stadium Series and NCAA Final Four Championships. He resides in Bellevue with his wife, Valerie, and two children, Emma and Chase.

As Co-President & Chief Development Officer, Kim oversees the firm's acquisition, entitlement, development, and construction activities across the Puget Sound Region. Kim leads a development and construction pipeline of more than a billion in development and construction for mixed-use, multi-family and commercial projects ranging from 100 units to more than 600 units, plus commercial office, restaurant, and retail spaces. Kim has led the development and construction of over 2,500 units within 20 projects across six Eastside jurisdictions and Seattle over the past twelve years. In 2016 Kim was named “40 Under 40” by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Kim has over twenty years of diverse experience in real estate development and construction.

Kim, a native Eastsider, attended Eastlake High School in Sammamish and then earned a scholarship to Santa Clara University, where she played Division I College Basketball for four years. Kim is a Designated Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington and serves on the Santa Clara University Real Estate Advisory Board, and is also a member of the ULI Multi-family Product Council. She participates on various committees and boards within the industry.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys coaching her kid’s sports teams and playing basketball. Kim and her husband Mark live in the Kirkland neighborhood with their two daughters.

An architect who oversees GGLO’s Urban Design group, Jeff has led some of the firm’s most innovative neighborhood redevelopment, mall conversion, and affordable housing projects. He is committed to architecture that responds to place and culture, respects the environment, and embraces an honest modern approach to design. His commitment to beauty, joy and elegance in design permeates his life and work. Jeff serves on ULI’s Affordable/Workforce Housing Product Councils, both nationally and in the Pacific Northwest.

Elliot is responsible for managing the overall quality of account staff work within the Real Estate Practice and serves as a strategic advisor and senior counsel to clients.

Before he joined Allison+Partners, Elliot served as Senior Director of Public Relations and Communications for the U.S. business at Colliers, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages. In that role, he led the internal and external messaging of the Colliers brand, including but not limited to, media relations, internal communications, social media, research and the company’s thought leadership efforts.

Prior to that, he was an accomplished reporter and editor – serving as Managing Editor and Director of Content for Bisnow, where he managed the editorial staff at the country’s largest commercial real estate news and events platform, in addition to serving as the real estate, finance and banking reporter for a Business Journal in Los Angeles.

During his career, Elliot has earned numerous recognitions, including as an Influencer in Marketing from GlobeSt.com and in his reporting years, a first place business story from the Los Angeles Press Club, among others. He earned his journalism degree from Humboldt State University and holds an MBA from Cal Lutheran.

Lance Lopes the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the Seattle Kraken and former Director- OVG Seattle. After assisting OVG on securing the rights to build Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, he became an employee of the new NHL hockey franchise- the Seattle Kraken. His primary focus was building the Kraken Community Iceplex. He is a resident of Seattle for over 20 years – living, working and raising a family in the Puget Sound.

Before joining OVG, Lopes served as Sr. Associate AD for the University of Washington for two years. Prior to joining the UW, Lance held several high profile posts in the NFL, including EVP and General Counsel for the Seattle Seahawks for 13 years. His work for the Seahawks included team salary cap, sponsorship sales, oversight of operations and activities at the stadium. He also had a management role and was involved with the launch of the Seattle Sounders.

Earlier in his career, he served on the original management team of Stubhub, and as Vice President and General Counsel of the Green Bay Packers for seven years, primarily working on the salary cap and Lambeau Field issues.

Susan Boyd is Bellwether Housing’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the organization’s overall direction and strategy since 2017. Under Susan’s leadership as CEO, Bellwether Housing has dramatically expanded its pace of affordable housing development and acquisition. She previously served as Bellwether’s Director of Real Estate Development, following a 12-year career as an attorney with the firm Kantor Taylor Nelson & Boyd. This background gives Susan a uniquely broad perspective on the intricacies of financing and developing affordable housing, the challenges of operating an organization in a complex regulatory environment, and the importance of building relationships across sectors to accomplish one’s mission. Susan currently serves on the Affordable Housing Committee of King County’s Growth Management Planning Council, the Downtown Seattle Association Board of Directors, and the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County Board of Directors.

Gabe is a Principal at Spectrum Development Solutions. He brings a passion for creating great places, a deep commitment to civic affairs, and a strong multi-disciplinary approach to real estate. His extensive experience managing complex real estate transactions combined with a creative and collaborative approach allow Gabe to effectively lead development projects that result in long-term value for diverse stakeholders. Gabe is currently leading a number of workforce and student housing development projects.

With over 20 years of experience owning the full vertical of multi-family and mid-rise housing, Ben Gist has spent his career partnering with clients in cities across the west coast to help them find the perfect solutions to their unique challenges. A passionate champion of the collaboration and open, honest communication, Ben approaches each new project with a solution-oriented mindset, uniting all stakeholders—regardless of where they sit in the process. His years of specialty experience give way to supplementary added value to his clients, such as analyzing a footprint’s square footage to maximize residential units and amenities.

Ben’s deep knowledge and expertise of housing grant him unrivaled insight into the intricacies of all aspects of the industry, from parking and unit layout, to design and materials, all the way through construction and occupancy. Ben finds inspiration in the relationships he builds, the teams he works with, and the possibilities that future challenges hold. When he’s not getting lost in the world of design thinking, you’ll probably find Ben outdoors mountain biking, running, or kicking back with a cold one.

Randall helps clients acquire, develop, permit, use, and resolve disputes involving real property. He works with property owners, developers, consultants and governmental entities to obtain land use entitlements and, when necessary, to file or defend against lawsuits related to the development and use of real property. Randall also drafts covenants and easements needed to coordinate uses, maintenance and management between multiple property owners.

Randall is also the Chair of Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Group. The TOD Group facilitates transit-oriented development projects near the growing number of light rail and bus rapid transit stations throughout the Puget Sound region. These TOD projects will shape the future of our cities and surrounding areas in exciting ways by minimizing the number of cars on our crowded highways, decreasing the environmental impacts related to traditional car-centric developments, and improving our quality of life by creating compact, mixed-use neighborhoods with convenient access to our expanding transit system.
