Mollie has significant experience in the acquisition, disposition and management of complex real estate transactions domestically and internationally, including underwriting and closing transactions involving direct equity, bridge equity, senior and mezzanine debt and joint ventures across multiple property types representing over $2B in equity and debt investments and over $4B in asset value. From 2012-2018, Mollie worked exclusively with affiliates of The Blackstone Group. In her work with Blackstone, Mollie managed investments in which she co-invested and acted as a board member and investment committee member representing Blackstone. Prior to co-founding Cephas Partners, Mollie was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate Principal Investments group in New York. Mollie also served as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

Mollie is a graduate of Harvard University, where she earned an Honors Degree in History and Science. While at Harvard, Mollie walked on to the rowing team and earned NCAA Division I All-American, All-New England and All-Ivy honors.

Mollie is the 2018 President of CREW Seattle, and has served on the Board of CREW Seattle since 2015. She has also served the CREW Network Finance and Investment Committees as Member/Chair from 2014 to present. Mollie serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee of ULI Northwest and is a Member of NAIOP. Mollie has received several honors and recognitions including Seattle 40 under 40, NAIOP’s National Developing Leader Award, and was named a BisNow Seattle Power Woman. Mollie has three children and enjoys spending time in the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.

Ada M. Healey directs all real estate strategies for Vulcan Inc. and oversees over $2.0 billion in real estate assets including the redevelopment of nearly 60 acres in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. Vulcan has delivered several million square feet in new office, life science, residential and mixed-use projects with an additional million-plus in development and pre-development stages.

Healey is a leader in the development of integrated transportation systems and was instrumental in the passage of legislation for the South Lake Union Streetcar. Under Healey’s direction, Vulcan has earned widespread industry recognition and honors for its innovative development approaches and commitment to sustainability.

Prior to joining Vulcan, Healey worked for nearly 10 years at ING Clarion, holding positions in asset management, acquisitions and portfolio management. Previous experience includes several years at NYNEX Properties (now Verizon Communications) and time in the insurance industry with the Sedgwick Group, London and Metropolitan Reinsurance Company in New York.

Healey holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Lisa Picard is President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Office. In this role, Ms. Picard drives the strategic direction and investment execution for the company on a portfolio of diverse office assets within core urban markets. Ms. Picard has a passion for building a culture that uncovers relevant work place trends and market desires that drive office demand.

Ms. Picard joined Equity Office in 2016 as its Chief Operating Officer responsible for advancing the Company's organizational vision, technology platform and investment strategies in transforming office investment assets into desired work environments that generate new value. In 2017 she became CEO. Prior to Equity Office, Ms. Picard worked for Skanska Commercial Development US where she served as Executive Vice President establishing the company's strategic development, investment and execution for the Pacific Northwest. She also founded Muse Development in Seattle, worked several years for Hines Interests, and managed several national accounts for pension fund investments in real estate.

Ms. Picard received her Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Cal Poly and holds two master's degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She lectures on topics at MIT and the University of Washington on design thinking, mindful leadership, real estate innovation and understanding risk in changing markets.

A-P Hurd’s 25-year career spans real estate, finance, and technology. Her

experience leading a real estate company has made her a strong investment and risk manager. A-P is known for her ability to innovate in a highly regulated industry and think strategically about how public policy and technology are shaping her sector.

Since founding SkipStone in 2017, A-P has advised public, private, and non-

profit clients. SkipStone’s work is grounded in leadership of land use and development projects, taking sites through entitlements, financing, and construction. SkipStone’s work also extends to structuring and negotiating complex transactions at the intersection of public and private interests, such as negotiating a 30-year TOD development agreement between the City of San Jose and Google. A-P has also developed innovative capital structures for creating workforce housing without public subsidy, provided leadership on large scale light-rail infrastructure projects, and institutional campus master plans.

Prior to founding SkipStone, A-P worked at Touchstone—a leading developer in Puget Sound—from 2007 to 2017. There, she assembled a leadership team and executed a merger/transition that delivered a successful exit for the founders. In 2014 A-P became President and delivered nearly $2B of new buildings at top-of-market rents and sales prices, working closely with institutional capital partners. Under her leadership, the company earned several awards, including National Developer of the Year.

Prior to Touchstone, A-P’s career was focused on finance and operations. She worked for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider, and her work there (as well as much of her graduate research) concentrated on complex systems architecture. She also traded interest rate derivatives for RBC, the largest Canadian bank.

A-P chairs the board of Low Tide Properties (a REIT with assets in the US and Canada) and is also an advisor to Pinnacle OZ, a national Opportunity Zone-focused investment fund. Past director/ board advisor roles include: OAC

Services (national project management firm), Blueline Group (engineering), tech companies including CityBldr, Optio3 and OneBuild. On these boards, she has experience as Audit Committee and NomGov committee chair.

A-P also serves on the board of the Pacific Real Estate Institute (Chair-elect), the Downtown Seattle Association (NomGov Committee), and the Community Development Roundtable (CDRT, past-Chair). She has served on many other non-profit and industry boards including the Seattle Chamber and Friends of Waterfront Seattle. From 2010-2019, A-P was a Runstad Fellow and taught a graduate course in the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington. She frequently speaks on economic and regulatory issues and in 2012, she published The Carbon-Efficient City with the University of Washington Press.

Wende Miller is a Principal for Talon Private Capital (TPC). Wende joined TPC in 2012. During her time at TPC, Wende has overseen asset management and leasing for TPC’s portfolio, including partner properties. She has completed over 4.5 million square feet of new, pre-leased, and renewal leases while overseeing property management, project management and brokerage teams in multiple markets.

Wende has spent the majority of her 27 year real estate career as a broker specializing is significant transactions for owners, major law firms, corporations, financial institutions and professional and technical firms in the Puget Sound Region. She has implemented much of what she learned as a broker into her daily interactions now as an owner, while leaning on her vast industry relationships to ensure the most advantageous results for TPC properties, their investors and partners.

Wende attended Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina where she was a member of the cross country and track teams. Wende is a member and has been actively involved in several industry related organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), CoreNet, National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and was recently recognized as a Power Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Bisnow. She is also committed to giving back to her community having served as a board member for the Hope Heart Institute, Bishop Blanchet Boosters, Camp Fire USA and a member of the Jubilee Women’s Center Steering Committee where they were successful in raising $5 million in a capital campaign. Additionally, Wende has enjoyed coaching track & field, basketball and soccer for her children’s teams over the years but is now adjusting to the empty nest life since the last of her five children has gone to college.

Liz hails from Canada but has lived in Seattle for most of the past 30 years. Early in her career, she worked in a variety of software engineering and product development roles at Microsoft and then as a consultant to several software and media clients, before starting Dunn & Hobbes LLC in 1997. Liz oversees acquisition, design, development and leasing for Dunn & Hobbes' properties and oversees its affiliated operating companies.

In addition to its real estate activities, Dunn & Hobbes advises on policy initiatives that incorporate reuse of existing buildings and neighborhood fabric into cities' larger sustainability objectives - ranging from environmental performance to economic resiliency and cultural diversity. From 2009 through 2012, Liz started and led the Preservation Green Lab, a think tank of the National Trust for Preservation.

Liz currently participates on the board of directors of the Downtown Seattle Association, the Pike-Pine Urban Neighborhood Coalition, and Lid I-5. She has previously served on the boards of Capitol Hill Housing, Powerful Voices, the Seattle Architectural Foundation, On The Boards and ARCADE Magazine. In 2007 she was made an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects. She is an affiliate fellow to the University of Washington's Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies and guest lecturer in the real estate program at UW’s Foster School of Business.

Liz holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from INSEAD, and an MSc in City Design from the London School of Economics.

Wilma Warshak has been a widely recognized leader in virtually all aspects of the industrial real estate advisory and brokerage business for more than twenty years. During that time she has represented major corporate clients and many of the nation’s largest institutional and private investors, including RREEF, Prologis, TA Associates, Cutter & Buck, Sears, Amazon.com, Boeing, Macy’s, Blackrock, IIT, Cornerstone Advisers, Safeway, Teutsch Partners, Blue Nile, Port of Tacoma, Versacold, and Panattoni.

In recent times, Wilma completed the year’s largest single market industrial investment sale on the West Coast: one million square feet for the James Campbell Company of Hawaii and San Francisco. Following this, Wilma sold BlackRock’s 400,000 square-foot Portside Distribution Center and the 445,000 square-foot Kent 167 Distribution Center to Prologis.

Wilma was Colliers International’s top producing industrial broker in the Northwest for 18 years. Eighteen times she received the prestigious Colliers International Award for Excellence, given annually to the top five percent of Colliers professionals worldwide. In addition, she was named Colliers International Top Professional North America.

Known in the industry for effectiveness, access to decision-makers and creativity in representing clients’ strategic long-term interests, Wilma has three times earned the Industrial Broker of the Year Award for Washington State SIOR, and has been a finalist multiple times. The national industry research firm Costar has repeatedly named her Power Broker. Through her national and local work she has built a wide network of professional relationships that help her uncover opportunities and negotiate effectively.

Wilma has mentored others in the industry as an instructor in the University of Washington’s Real Estate Program for the past several years. She has served as President of Washington State SIOR and founded and headed the local chapter for CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Professionals). She is sought after as a speaker, having addressed numerous industry meetings and conferences throughout her career.

Wilma received a Masters of Architecture from the University of Washington. She is a registered architect and, early in her career, worked on the design and planning of several commercial projects at NBBJ in Seattle.
