Bill is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Talon Private Capital (Talon), LLC. Talon is a Seattle based, 25-person, private equity company focused on commercial real estate investments on the West Coast. Talon has current total investments exceeding $500,000,000. Prior to co-founding Talon in late 2009, Bill was a Principal and co-founder of Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc., (PREP) a regional commercial real estate brokerage. Over his 17 years at PREP, he was instrumental in growing the company to market dominance in the Pacific Northwest and exclusively represented national and regional tenants. Bill is the 2017-2018 Chairman of Urban Land Institute Northwest Chapter and currently serves on the board of the University of Washington Runstad Center of Real Estate Studies. He has held numerous leadership positions in civic, charitable and industry groups, including past Chair of SIOR, NAIOP, Bellevue Schools Foundation, and many more. Bill has been married for 30 years to his college sweetheart and has two adult children.

Ned is responsible for sourcing and underwriting office investments and developments, arranging financing, and managing Unico’s Boutique Office Portfolio. Ned and his team have acquired over $2 billion in real estate and arranged for over $1 billion in financing since he joined the company in 2007. He has extensive experience in sourcing off-market real estate opportunities, structuring transactions, sourcing equity, arranging joint ventures, and debt financing, and his 2016 acquisition of a $209 million, 1.5 million square foot office portfolio in Boulder won the BizWest Deal of the Year in Colorado. Ned uses multiple perspectives to produce thorough and accurate critical analysis. Known for his creative out-of-the-box thinking, he sees and captures investment opportunities others miss.

After graduating from Columbia University, Jordan started her career in Berlin, Germany, where she ecologically redeveloped prewar buildings. During that time, she started to see how her passion for sustainability could play a role in the future of real estate. In 2013, Jordan returned to Seattle with the mission to join Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE) and continue to build on decades of innovation. Jordan now acts as MSRE’s Executive Vice President and has overseen the development of over 1.5 million square feet of space so far, including MSRE’s first multifamily property, The Modern – a project she oversaw from vision to execution. To diversify her impact in the Seattle region and beyond, in 2018 Jordan started J. Selig Real Estate (JSRE). The company is developing market-rate multifamily buildings that aim to deliver above-average yields to investors with properties that are a step above the competition in terms of architecture, design, management, and sustainability. Jordan is deeply involved in the Seattle community and passionate about initiatives that enhance Seattle’s built environment and quality of life. She is a board member of the Seattle 2030 District, an organization that aims to dramatically reduce the environmental impacts of building construction and operations. She is also a board member for the Runstad Center for Real Estate at the University of Washington, and a member of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) Policy Committee. Aside from her professional endeavors, Jordan is a wife and mom of two. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, yoga, cooking and travel. She is fluent in German & Swedish.

Virginia works with property owners facing regulatory roadblocks in attempts to use their land for recreation or business purposes. As a land use attorney, she navigates complex land use regulations, SEPA mitigation and entitlement issues to resolve disputes and move projects forward. She also represents clients in administrative and judicial appeals of land use decisions.

Brad Hinthorne is a Principal with the 120-person Seattle office of leading global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will. Brad brings nearly three decades of experience with complex urban projects, including leadership roles on master planning, programming and design efforts for a diversity of public and private clients across a variety of practice areas including healthcare, higher education, corporate, commercial and civic. In addition to his management and leadership responsibilities, Brad heads Perkins+Will’s healthcare practice in Seattle, including serving as Managing Principal for the Swedish First Hill Expansion, one of the largest healthcare expansion projects in the country.

Bonnie is based in Seattle's Workplace Studio and brings experience from North America, Europe and the Middle East spanning transport, hospitality, retail, education, cultural, religious and workplace design. She brings an ethnographic approach to design, empowering both clients and the end-users to co-create their space.
