Mr. Eudy is a founder and Senior Executive officer of Essex Property Trust, Inc., the proven West Coast leader in multifamily investment. Mr. Eudy oversees all development activities, from the point of acquisition through construction and stabilization. He joined Essex's predecessor, Essex Property Corporation, in 1985 and initiated the development activities of the company. During his tenure the company has developed over 15,000 multi-family units and is recognized as an industry leader. The financial performance of its development portfolio, through good cycles and bad, demonstrates a proven, disciplined approach to multifamily development. The company has also received national recognition and awards for Architectural Excellence, more than any multifamily developer in the country. Prior to joining Essex, Mr. Eudy was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Investment Group of Crocker National Bank from 1980 to 1985, and Home Federal Savings from 1977 to 1980. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University in 1977, and is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Management Leadership School. Mr. Eudy is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and is a Board Member of the California Apartment Association.

Melinda Ellis Evers

Melinda Ellis Evers is a co-founder of Ellis Partners and co-manages the operation of the firm. She serves as Portfolio Manager with oversight responsibility for the firm’s asset management and financial teams.

Melinda started her real estate career with A.R. Jarvis & Company, a regional mortgage brokerage firm and spent seven years in acquisitions and portfolio management with Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisers.

Ms. Evers holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Member of the Lambda Alpha Land Economics Honor Society, the Urban Land Institute, the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, and is a guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Ms. Evers’ past industry board affiliations include The Foundation for San Francisco’s Architectural Heritage and the Bay Area Mortgage Association.

Peter Solar is responsible for overseeing development activities in Northern California, including acquisition, capitalization, design, construction, operations and disposition. Mr. Solar has more than 21 years of real estate development experience and has built over 9,000 units in Northern and Southern California, Boston and New Jersey. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Solar was a Vice President at Equity Residential (EQR) where he oversaw development activities in Northern California. Prior to EQR, Mr. Solar worked for Trammell Crow Residential as Managing Director with responsibility for sourcing, developing and constructing multifamily housing in California, Boston and New Jersey. He holds a BA from The University of Southern California, a Masters from George Washington University.

David Cropper

David Cropper, Development Director, joined TMG Partners in

2000. He has 30 years of experience in real estate development

including project design, entitlement, construction and finance.

He is responsible for TMG Partners’ development activities in the

greater Bay Area and is a member of the firm’s Investment

Committee.

He has been a partner in more than 15 million square feet of

development transactions at TMG and was responsible for The

Crossing | San Bruno, an award-winning $250 million dollar

mixed use transit-oriented development, as well as 650

Townsend, a large mixed-use office and retail project in San

Francisco and most recently leads the acquisition and

redevelopment of Champion Station, a 810,000 square foot

rehabilitation of Cisco Systems’ former headquarters.

Mr. Cropper’s career began in commercial real estate finance at

Union Bank and Comerica Bank where he oversaw Comerica’s

real estate lending practice throughout the west. After leaving

banking, he spent several years developing infill retail projects

and acquiring properties for a private family foundation.

Mr. Cropper has an A.B. degree in English Literature and

Religious Studies from Occidental College.

Mr. Falconer is a senior managing director and shares responsibility for Hines’ development, acquisition and investment management activities in the San Francisco Bay Area Markets, as well as Sacramento. He serves as a member of the Hines Capital Markets Committee. Since joining Hines in 1997, Falconer has contributed to the development, acquisition, financing, marketing and disposition of more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate. Falconer earned his Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and his MBA from Stanford University.

His major roles include deal structure analysis, financial modeling, pre-construction engineering, due diligence, leasing, and construction management. Prior to working at Hunter Properties, Mr. Leigh worked at Turner Construction for 3 years and worked in investment banking for 2 years. He completed his undergraduate courses with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1997 from Vanderbilt University and received his Masters of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2004.
