Jacob Rose is the Datacenter Infrastructure Architect for Linkedin. Over the past 12 years there he has seen server growth from hundreds to over a hundred thousand, space from hundreds of kilowatts to hundreds of megawatts and a nearly unrecognizable datacenter landscape become the norm. He currently focuses on technical assessment of space, leasing strategy and negotiation, and creation of new technologies to support Datacenter deployments and operations. Arman Khalili is the Founder and CEO of Foundation Data Center and is a Board Member of Evocative and brings with him over 25 years of experience in Internet Infrastructure industry.

Prior to joining the company, Arman served as a Principal at Industry Capital a real assets based private equity firm in San Francisco. He was the founder and CEO of CentralColo also known as Element Critical. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Black Lotus, a leader in DDoS mitigation company, which was acquired by Level 3, and was the Founder/CEO of UnitedLayer, the largest privately held colocation provider in San Francisco. He was the founder of Sirius – one of the first ISPs in Silicon Valley, as well as the Co-founder and CTO of MusicBank, the first music subscription company. He has held numerous senior consulting positions at Level3, AT&T and Apple Computers.

Bijan Nowroozi has more than 27 years of experience with technology companies, spanning product development, implementation, and support engineering roles within all sizes of organizations from startups to large corporations.

Prior to joining OCP as its Chief Technology Officer, Bijan was the System Architect for EF Johnson Technologies/JVCKENWOOD where he championed innovation and developed roadmap and strategy for an array of both software and hardware-based infrastructure products. Prior to this role, he was founder and CTO of startups Aerietau and SONLTE. At Aerietau he developed leading edge components and products for wireless, data center and Internet of Things, solving new challenges in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, advanced networking, orchestration, and advanced hardware architectures. At SONLTE he partnered with industry leading companies providing subject matter expertise for new technologies. He’s held senior leadership positions for over a decade at Samsung, delivered architectural and innovation leadership within PageNet’s R&D group and performed engineering roles launching new products at NORTEL.

John brings 15 years of management experience to the operations of Sabey’s data center portfolio – with no incidence of facility downtime. In addition to all day-to-day operations, start-ups and transitions, John is responsible for developing the conceptual bases of design and operations for data centers, managing client relationships, overseeing construction projects, and planning for electrical utility capacity.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Aaron provides leadership, strategy, and management for

Base Partners with a focus on data center development and operations, as well as emerging

power and electricity technologies. Base Partners, Inc. is an advisory and development

company focused on next-generation mission-critical facilities and services.

Aaron has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career covering every facet of the data

center industry, including site selection and acquisition, sales, marketing, operations, finance and

more. Aaron started in the industry in the 1990s as a consultant, acquiring data center sites for

the first generation of mission critical facilities, before transitioning into the role of developer,

owner and operator of modern, efficient and sustainable data centers.

Prior to Base Partners, Aaron Was the Chief Operating Officer of T5 Data Centers. Aaron holds

a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.

Paul joins Enchanted Rock as the Chief Technology Officer. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Xenex Disinfection Services. Prior to Xenex, Paul led Google’s Global Data Center Operations and was responsible for designing, building and managing Google’s worldwide data center and server operations. He also served as the Vice President of Engineering for Rackspace Hosting where he built and led a team that pioneered the launch and operations of Rackspace’s datacenters, IP network, cloud and other key managed services. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Clae Anderson is the Director of IT Support for Kaiser Permanente’s Data Center Operation (DCO) team, with a primary focus on physical infrastructure and operations Clae leads the Digital Twin program across Kaiser Permanente’s data center portfolio bringing with him his career experience spanning across Hospitality, Semiconductor and the last 12 years in Healthcare.

Jeff Clark is Prime Data Centers' Vice President of Engineering leveraging over 25 years of engineering leadership to support Prime's mission. He is responsible for design decisions related to a portfolio of datacenter projects, equipment requirements, and the development of design standards. He is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, and Virginia holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Andy MacDonald is a Regional Sales Manager for STULZ USA, a Global Manufacturer that is

dedicated to providing innovative cooling solutions to Mission Critical Environments. Andy

joined STULZ in 2017, managing our Indirect Rep Organizations throughout Central and

Western North America and is actively promoting cost effective solutions within our industry.

As a 30+ year veteran in the Data Center Power and Cooling sectors, Andy has spent the past

decade focusing primarily on Mission Critical Containment and cooling applications. He holds a

degree in Mechanical Technology from Ferris State University and is a member of ASHRAE,

7X24, AFCOM, and Infrastructure Masons.

Ali Heydari is Data Center Technologist at Nvidia in charge of all data center technology development at Nvidia. In this role, he is developing direct to chip liquid cooling technologies using cold plates, cooling distribution units and manifolds for cooling of Nvidia’s high heat density.

Prior to Nvidia, he worked as senior director in charge of Rigetti’s Quantum Computers using the most futuristic technology in today’s data center compute. Accomplishments include, setting up the first Quantum Cloud Services enabling over the cloud access of the Quantum Computers.

Prior to that he served as Senior Technical Director and Chief Data Center Architect at Baidu, the largest search engine and AI company in China. In this role, he was server and data center architect in charge of hardware and data center design, development and deployment in China’s largest data center search and AI company. He was responsible for development of cutting edge data center and server hardware

technology such as IDEC and free air-cooled data center design, high power density server rack design, liquid cooling of GPU/CPU servers and liquid cooled heat exchanger rack and data center solutions for achieving extremely low data center PUE/WUE at Baidu’s data centers in China.

Formerly, he was Senior Hardware Engineer at Twitter where he was responsible for grounds up development of Twitter’s data center ODM server development. Earlier, he was Senior Hardware Engineer at Facebook where he helped in developing Facebook’s original OCP server and data center

products. Prior to that he worked at Sun Microsystems and spend about 10 years as Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in Iran. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana, M.S., Ph.D. in mechanical engineering and M.A. in applied mathematics from University of California, Berkeley. He has over 25 issued patents in data center cooling technologies.

Terry has over 40 years of progressive experience in Critical Facilities operations and management including strategic planning, critical infrastructure design, operations, and commissioning; business protection and recovery; preventive and predictive maintenance; technical training and professional training development.

Terry is an ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and a voting member of ASHRAE TC9.9 "Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centers, Technology Spaces, & Electronic Equipment", ASHRAE SSPC 90.4 "Energy Standard for Data Centers”, ASHRAE SPC-127 "Method of Testing for Rating Computer Room Air Conditioners”, and GPC-1.6P “Commissioning Process for Data Centers”. He is on the Board of Directors of the 7x24 Exchange Carolinas Chapter. He is on the Board of Directors of the Building Commissioning Association’s Southeast Region and has authored or co-authored books, whitepapers, and presentations on Critical Facilities, facilities management, and formal commissioning. He has developed and taught multiple training classes in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of critical facilities including commercial nuclear power plants, aerospace facilities, and large data centers.

Terry has performed site reliability assessments for more than 50 sites in over 20 countries and 5 continents. Terry writes a bi-monthly column in Mission Critical magazine called Sustainable

Operations.

With over 30 years of IT and data center, infrastructure and IT efficiency and optimization expertise, Greg has a proven track record of pushing the technology innovation envelope with the leading Thermal, Power, Monitoring and DCIM Solutions with Cloud Providers, Colocation Operators, End-Users and the Channel.

As an evangelist for new technology, rapid change and continuous improvement, Greg has demonstrated a unique ability to coordinate disparate teams and bridge IT, Facilities and partner/vendor gaps while they work to solve the daily questions of Cloud, Colo, On-Prem, DR, EDG/IoT and whatever is next? All while ensuring reliability, resiliency, availability, optimal service and value to the business.

Drew Tuholski works for Vertiv as Offering Manager for Thermal Products in North America, focusing on High-Density Liquid Cooling technology. A degreed engineer, he has over 10 years of experience in the refrigeration & liquid cooling field. With a work history that includes product design, applications selection, lab testing, customer coordination and project management, he has worked at every level of the product lifecycle. This experience helps create innovative and targeted solutions for the unique challenges faced by Vertiv’s partners & customers.

As General Manager/Vice President of Data Aire, Eric’s goal is to serve the project delivery process first and foremost. By understanding the drivers for each of the various stakeholders, Data Aire can help achieve customers’ goals. Eric seeks to build a strategic partnership vs. inserting the company’s products at a transactional level. In his role as National Sales Director for Data Aire’s parent company, Construction Specialties for 11 years, Eric improved key account development from 10-30% and was instrumental in reorganizing the sales and product management teams across multiple business units for a collaborative and scalable sales approach. David Klein is the CEO and founder of DHK Storage, Inc, designer and manufacturer of the ChilliRack® and ChilliAire™ data center cooling systems. David currently has 32 patents awarded for the ChilliRack® system in 17 countries. Over the past 27 years working on networks and data centers, he has achieved numerous Cisco, Juniper, and VMware certifications.

Ms Hulbert is CEO of Opus Interactive. Shannon has led the strategy and vision for the cloud provider since 2011. Prior to cloud, Shannon was in the utility energy-efficiency sector for 8 years. Opus Interactive is a hybrid and multicloud solutions provider with a dedicated FEDRAMP Moderate Ready IaaS/PaaS environment and can be found on the FedRAMP marketplace under OpusGov (OG). OG is housed inside of FISMA High faciliites, operated by screened US citizens. This environment is restricted to US federal, state, local and tribal governments, and their partners - backed by over 24 years of proven reliability in the commercial sector.

Mitch Fonseca leads the global datacenter product management and commercial services teams for Cyxtera, responsible for product pricing and positioning. With over 11 years in IT infrastructure, Fonseca has experience in product management, operations, sales, finance and business development.

Prior to GE, he joined Digital Realty, through their acquisition of Telx. At Digital Realty, Fonseca served as Director of Global Product Management for Colocation and Services. There he managed Digital Realty’s retail colocation product within North American, Europe and Asia; driving increased profitability to a wholesale datacenter footprint.

Therese is based in the Company’s Denver office and leads EdgeCore’s day-to-day data center operations and customer-lifecycle activities, from lease execution and move in through expiration and move out, including space build out, on-going support, and incident management. Therese brings significant experience in designing strategy and leading execution and operation of end-to-end service-delivery and customer-support teams, systems, and processes. Therese joined EdgeCore following roles of progressive accountability at CoreSite Realty Corporation, most recently as Vice President supporting and leading the company’s activities around customer-lifecycle management for more than 1,200 customers and $500M+ in annualized revenue. Her responsibilities included a) on-boarding and capacity deployment, b) on-going support via self-service systems (portal management) and a team of Strategic Account Service Representatives, c) capacity and contract management, d) service-processes design and improvement, and e) incident engagement, remediation, and avoidance. Prior to CoreSite, Therese was a Dean’s Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Law School, where she authored and collaborated in authoring works related to cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology. Therese holds a B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Craig Compiano is the co-founder and President of Modius Inc. Craig is a successful executive and entrepreneur and has been our President since 2004.

Craig has a passion for operational systems development and performance analytics for data centers. He brings 30+ years of business and technology expertise to his role. Before Modius, Craig was at Andersen Consulting and the co-founder & VP of Paymap, Inc.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from USC and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley. He also holds a patent for an Electronic Payment Technology that is widely deployed in the banking industry. Craig is also a US Navy Veteran.

David Lambiaso is Vice President of Portfolio Management at Legacy Investing, where he leads the effort for capital improvement projects to increase the life expectancy and resiliency of the various facility types within the portfolio.

Previously a consultant within design engineering, David worked on capital strategy and improvement projects for facility types ranging from class A office space to national laboratory exascale supercomputer facilities. Specifically, within the Data Center asset class, David has had extensive exposure to best in class design for hyperscale, enterprise, colocation, and supercomputer facilities from his time working within the MCF Consulting Group at Environmental Systems Design, Inc.

Anuraj S. Jhajj is a General Manager/Partner at Microsoft. Anuraj oversees the Data Center Delivery program for the AMERs region. Anuraj has delivered and led many of Microsoft's fastest and highly cost-efficient data center projects.

Before joining Microsoft, Anuraj was with AWS overseeing their Data Center Construction program at various levels. He has been working strictly in the data center industry for a decade. Anuraj has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University

Stephanie Henley is a Corporate Economic Development Manager with Xcel

Energy, a Fortune 200 investor-owned utility. In her role, Stephanie supports key

customer expansions and helps attract new customers to Xcel’s service territory

in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. She also helps manage Xcel’s economic

development offerings and promotes energy efficiency and renewable energy

programs to businesses from target industry clusters. Prior to joining Xcel,

Stephanie worked for the Colorado Governor’s Office of Economic Development

& International Trade (OEDIT). While at OEDIT, she marketed Colorado to

foreign direct investors, helped Colorado companies export to international

markets and supported State-led economic development initiatives. Stephanie

has a Master’s Degree in International Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oregon. She is an outdoor enthusiast, marathoner and mother.
