Anuraj S. Jhajj is a General Manager/Partner at Microsoft. Anuraj oversees the Data Center Delivery program for the AMERs region. Anuraj has delivered and led many of Microsoft's fastest and highly cost-efficient data center projects.

Before joining Microsoft, Anuraj was with AWS overseeing their Data Center Construction program at various levels. He has been working strictly in the data center industry for a decade. Anuraj has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University

Enrique Torres joined Equinix in 2014 and serves as Vice President of Corporate Development, Real Estate Investment. Mr. Torres focuses on managing the real estate development investment process, capital prioritization, and supporting Equinix's Hyperscale expansion.

Mr. Torres brings to Equinix over 10 years of real estate investment, capital markets, and finance experience. Mr. Torres also serves as a Director at Mid-Pen Housing, a non-profit, low-income housing developer. Prior to joining Equinix, Mr. Torres served as an Acquisition and Corporate Finance Manager at Rexford Industrial where he helped close over $150 million in acquisitions and led the financial analysis for company's IPO. Prior to joining Rexford, Mr. Torres worked at Green Street Advisors as a REIT Equity Research Analyst where in 2012 was awarded the Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street Award.

Mr. Torres received his B.S. degree in Economics Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and his International MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

With over three decades of experience in public safety and security, Greg is a seasoned executive with exceptional experience in both the public and private sectors. During his more than 20-year law enforcement career, he established himself as a dynamic and innovative leader, culminating in his role as the chief of police for his community. Beyond traditional law enforcement roles, Greg also took on the responsibilities of interim city manager, successfully guiding his municipality through periods of budget reductions, substantial growth and leading strategic planning efforts.

Transitioning to the private sector, Greg has redirected his focus to the critical field of data center physical security. Recognized for his expertise, Greg serves as a regional leader and authority in deploying world-class protection in challenging and high-stress environments. His professional journey includes impactful roles with hyperscale data center giants Amazon and Meta (Facebook), showcasing additional expertise in the intricacies of leased data center environments.

Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Master's degree in Leadership from St. Mary's College of California, as well a certification in Critical Infrastructure Protection, Greg demonstrates tremendous academic and professional accomplishments. His commitment to mentorship and leadership is evident through his guidance of law enforcement and military veterans transitioning from the public to the private sector. Ryan Schonfeld is the Founder & CEO of HiveWatch.

In 2015, Founder Ryan Schonfeld was working as a leader of a Fortune 500 company’s Global Security & Safety Technology Group when he decided he just couldn’t take the status quo any more. Constantly hearing, “because that’s the way it’s always been done” and inefficiencies stemming from disparate systems and antiquated practices had gotten to be too much for him. From there RAS Consulting & Investigations was created to walk his clients through planning, education, and management of risk and liability, creating best-in-class, technology-forward, security programs for rapidly growing organizations. Through these services he found that there was a need for scalable security which some companies didn’t have the knowledge or human capital to create. From there sprung the idea of RAS Watch (now HiveWatch’s Swarm), a global security operation center (GSOC) as a service. In March of 2020 when the world stopped turning and the COVID-19 pandemic took over, Ryan recognized another need for a SaaS platform to make security leaders more aware, more connected, more proactive, and more informed - so he founded HiveWatch.

Ryan holds a masters in Information Systems and Technology from George Washington University and a B.S. in Justice from American University with a minor in Information Systems and Technology. He is proud of his past work as a police officer and investigator and an instructor for the U.S. Department of State's Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program. Ryan continues to serve as a volunteer Reserve Police Officer.

Mike Bahr joined DRW Holdings in 2013 and has built co-locations and stand-alone data centers for trading firms all over the world. Mike is also in charge of all MEP designs for all company offices globally. Mike also is co-founder of a start-up, Co-Low.com, a true subscription based colocation/data center finder for all IT needs. Mike lives in Crown Point, IN with his wife Colleen and his four children.

Adam has 13+ years of mission critical infrastructure experience. At Facebook, he led teams responsible for operationalizing some of the world’s largest and most advanced data centers. He has first hand experience in MEP and architectural design, construction, and operations. Prior, he led 1400+ person teams executing complex construction projects in excess of $75M at Shell. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Yuval Bachar is a leader in the data center industry and founder/CEO of ECL. He has held senior positions at Microsoft, Linkedin, Facebook, Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks and is recognized as a top influencer in data centers and Edge technology. Yuval is also one of the founders of the Open19 Project and president of the Open19 Foundation. His work focuses on sustainable, zero-emissions data centers with machine learning and artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance and hardware quality control. Yuval holds eight US patents related to data centers, networking, system design areas and three Cisco pioneer awards. He has a BSEE from Technion Institute in Haifa.

An experienced Structural Engineer and Development manager, Blake Roskelley brings 14 years of experience in the construction industry to his current role at Clark Pacific, a leading provider of innovative engineering and construction solutions.

Blake works across a spectrum of roles - Business Development, Preconstruction, and Product Management. He is on the front lines of project pursuits, developing innovative gravity and lateral systems while working closely with design teams to ensure project goals are met. Post award he continues to refine project specific solutions having successfully standardized these project-based solutions into cost effective market facing products.

In addition to his role at Clark Pacific, Blake serves as a Director on the board of the US Resiliency Council. Sam Rabinowitz is the CEO of LANTANA LED and has been delivering energy efficient and sustainable lighting solutions to the digital infrastructure industry for the past six years. Sam’s passion and keen focus on innovation, technology, and process optimization helps data centers improve efficiency and costs associated with installation, maintenance, and operations of illumination systems. Prior to becoming CEO of LANTANA LED, Sam served as the VP of Strategy and Administration for Project Frog, Inc., an industrialized construction and prefab pioneer, where he ran the Supply Chain, Corporate Strategy, Finance and Accounting, and Legal. Sam also worked as an analyst for Pharus Capital Management, LLC, a late-stage venture capital firm. In his free time, Sam is an avid cyclist and an active member of AGMA, singing regularly with opera and musical theatre companies in the Bay Area, including regularly with San Francisco Opera.

Trenton K. Thornock is a veteran CFO and Board Director with a long and storied

career spanning several high-growth companies, oil and gas ventures, and multinational

corporations. With a finely honed acumen for finance and an unbridled entrepreneurial

spirit, he has made a name for himself as a true innovator in the data center industry,

holding a U.S. Patent on next-gen cooling systems for artificial intelligence deployment

at scale.

As Founder and Managing Member of Wyoming Hyperscale White Box, Trenton is at

the forefront of the next generation of data centers, leveraging cutting-edge technology

to provide unparalleled performance and scalability. He also serves as Chief Financial

Officer for Wyoming Hyperscale Indoor Farms, bringing his financial expertise to bear in

the rapidly growing field of indoor agriculture. In addition, Trenton is a Senior Consultant

with the Boxley Group, where he provides strategic financial guidance to a diverse array

of publicly traded and private clients. Trenton is also a member of the boards of

directors of Scientific Drilling International and its affiliate Applied Technologies

Associates, and serves as the audit committee chair for the companies.

Beyond his work in the technology and agriculture sectors, Trenton is also an

accomplished entrepreneur, as director and angel investor in Hyperfuels LLC, the first

e-commerce racing fuels retailer and US distributor of TOTAL racing lubricants. He has

served in a variety of executive and board roles across the energy, aviation, and

Mr. Thornock has Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from the

George Slessman is a technology entrepreneur and visionary with over 25 years of experience in transforming software and digital infrastructure to meet the demands of the future. As the CEO and co-founder of DCX, Slessman, alongside his brother Bill Slessman, has been instrumental in pioneering advancements within the high-performance computing (HPC), cloud, and data center sectors. Their leadership at DCX aims to provide digital infrastructure solutions tailored for businesses requiring support for HPC, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), and other mission-critical applications.

Peter is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and has worked in the power protection and power supply industry for 35 years. As well as working on front end design for data centres, Government, nuclear and other power critical sites with HITEC Power Protection, Peter has a solid background in the electricity supply sector, including 9 years at the UK’s electricity regulator Ofgem. Peter’s skill is to understand client requirements and translate them into the best and most cost effective power protection solution to meet its business needs.

Justin Jurek is a seasoned power quality consultant and business development executive whom supports the design development of best in class power protection systems’ deploying $250M+ in his 15 year tenure into critical electrical infrastructure projects for some of the most leading datacenter providers, chip foundries, observatories, bio-labs, and defense installations. Justin is currently the sales director of Hitec Power Protection for the Americas, is based in San Diego, but has roots in WNY and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from SUNY Buffalo. Justin will be presenting on the impact of artificial intelligence in the datacenter on the mechanical system and solutions on the market.
